If she’s a first time mother then you’ve to be patient she had a CS and your child is just 3 months. Sex should be enjoyed by both of you and if there’s a problem why one of you isn’t then it’s your problem too.

If your wife’s happiness is your priority and not just your libido then give her a day, a weekend off, tell her to take time off to take care of herself, let her take a break and she will come back to you fully recharged.
