soomedics: Good evening house... My business is sales is going down drastically.. I was in a area where competitors are frustrating my business...I got a shop in a complex where I sell food stuffs and my competitors sell provisions, and you know provisions and foodstuffs are up to 40% related with noodles and spaghetti and some other item related, but we have been told we shouldn't sell what others have been selling but in the case of noodles and others items, the law doesn't count but this is where the competition comes in, I want to start selling drinks, immediately she saw I brought freezer to the shop, she also brought freezer the second day, so please I'm bothered because she also use charm to sell market ( yoruba call it aworo) but I rely only on God, please professional advice on what I can sell together with foodstuffs that would make me unique and attract customers and what to do... thanks
Firstly, you have fight your sales balls with prayers!!! Secondly, to your question, you can add frozen foods to your business.
Please I need some clarification from people who have experience with CAC registrations.
Sometime last month I registered a new business as a business name. After getting my certificate, I proceeded to apply for a TIN. To my surprise, during the TIN application, the system brought up another company’s name entirely.
Out of curiosity, I went back to the CAC portal to verify my business number. I discovered that the BN (Business Name) number on my certificate is now showing as RC in front of the number, instead of BN. Even more confusing, it appears two companies are using the same number.
I have sent several emails to CAC and FIRS but have not received any clear explanation yet.
Please, has anyone experienced something like this? Is it really possible for two different businesses/companies to share the same RC number? What is the best way to resolve this issue?
Your advice will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.
It ought bot to be possible... This must have been an error somewhere somehow. You may have to register another company because trying to rectify this issue is a really long thing!!!

SuperPanther: I am just tired and heartbroken. For me to have access to my wife for sex is so difficult. I work hard to ensure the family is fine and even try to do some chores in the house as I am able to.
Right now I am trying to configure my mind to forget about sex, just continue to serve God and remain a decent man. I am good looking so it's not a case of my being unattractive. There are many beautiful women I relate with that are willing to be in bed with me but I am a Christian. I am so frustrated now.
It's either my wife is pressing phone till forever, or she has one night prayer, or she is tired and wants to sleep.
Married men, how do you handle this situation?
Good that you're a Christian and you're trying to do the right thing. I was once in your shoes and I had to talk about it with her. Secondly, I had to make her matter my prayer point.
Please, do your best to resolve this as it can make the marriage tiring to the man without the knowledge of the wife.
Both groups are right in their own thinking and arguments... But we all cannot share the same sentiments and belief system. Hence conflict most times, is inevitable.

RubiesBanking: Meet Edward Makuka Nkoloso, A primary school teacher who aimed to beat the USA and Soviet Union with just 12 Zambian astronauts, including a 16-year-old curvaceous girl, by spinning them around a tree in an oil drum and training them to walk on their hands, "the only way humans can walk on the moon.
Zambia gained it's independence on October 24, 1964. The former British protectorate of Northern Rhodesia, taking it's new name from the great Zambezi River, which inspired the name Zambia.
Edward Nkoloso was born in the British colony that was then known as Northern Rhodesia in 1919. The British drafted him during WOrld War II and he served as a sergeant in the Signal Corp using his wartime language skill as a translator for the colonial Northern Rhodesia government.
"Some people think I'm Crazy," declared an ambitious Edward Makuka to an Associated Press reporter, "But I'll be laughing the day I plant Zambia's flag on the moon".
Nkoloso's plans for a Zambia space program were not just paper proposal. The rocket hardware that the Zambian Space program would use was known as "-Kalu 1". It was a 10-foot by 6-foor drum-shaped vessel. The name was based on the first Zambian president, Kenneth David Kaunda. Nkoloso claimed the metal composition of the hardware made it space-worthy.
Nkoloso said he had been inspired by his first airplane flight. When the pilot refused to stop the plane so that he could take a piss, Nkoloso made up his mind to enter the space race.
Newspapers reported that Nkoloso boldly requested for funds ranging from twenty million to two billion dollars from Israel, Russia the US, the UAE, and even UNESCO. But instead of checks, he received piles of reject letters and well-wishes offering plenty advise. However, he did receive small donations from individuals around the world including a 10-rupee note, mailed by an enthusiastic Indian school boy who believed in Nkoloso's leap to the moon.
Despite the failed outcome, Nkoloso refused to give up on his quest to be the first man on the Moon. Nkoloso demonstrated D.I.Y. space technology and training. These included rolling down a hill in a forty-gallon oil drum to simulate the weightless condition of the moon, The mulolo swinging system which involved swinging from the end of a long rope and cutting the rope when it reaches it's highest point.
“We have tied ropes to tall trees and then swung our astronauts slowly out into space.” Nkoloso had considered launching the shuttle with a catapult system which turned out to be "too primitive,".
As you may have guessed, the Zambian Space Program never materialized. “My spacemen thought they were film stars. They demanded payment,” Nkoloso told the A.P. in August, 1965. “Two of my best men went on a drinking spree a month ago and haven’t been seen since . . . Another of my astronauts has joined a local tribal song and dance group.” Even in the early days, Nkoloso had complained that “they won’t concentrate on space flight—there’s too much love making when they should be studying the moon.” Matha Mwamba - The only female astronaut on the team - eventually got pregnant and dropped out. The program suffered from a lack of funds, for which Nkoloso blamed “those imperialist neocolonialists” who were, he insisted, “scared of Zambia’s space knowledge.”
You can still watch documentary footage from 1964 of Nkoloso and his team training in Zambia on YouTube. A group of young men and women, dressed unassumingly and mostly barefoot, jump up and down, clapping their hands in front of a banner reading “ZAMBIA SPACE ACADEMY.”
Even as the interest in and infrastructure of the Zambian Space Program waned, Nkoloso kept up his campaign on the importance of de-colonialism and the scars that European rule had left in Africa.
He dared to dream even when the dream sounded absurd and crazy...
malali: Hitler also claimed he was “protecting his people.” Most psychopaths, after all, come wrapped in charisma.
But a leader who bombs every neighbor at the slightest excuse is not protecting anyone, he is trapping his people in constant fear. You cannot step outside without watching your back, knowing every neighbor remembers what you did to them.
And when you start bombing the mediators, it becomes clear, it was never about peace in the first place.
I totally agree with your point of view... He is out of bounds in so many areas of the war!!!
Even though I feel Israel is going beyond her boundaries in this fight the wrong way... You can't help but admire the tenacity of a man who is willing to go to any length to eradicate those he terms as 'enemies'.
I love when a leader is determined to protect his pple at all cost no matter the backlash!!! That is patriotism from a leader which inspires confidence in the followers!!!
But really, this war has got to end cos so many innocent souls are dying for a crime they know nothing about.
I hope you’re all doing well. I really need your advice on something.
I’m a 27-year-old guy with a small, skinny body. Most of my life decisions have been influenced by others because I’m always scared of making financial mistakes.
I’m a barber, and I worked as a stylist for about a year and a half before my brother supported me by adding to my little savings and helping me set up a small barbershop here in Ondo State (he lives in Lagos).
It’s been 3 years now, and I’ve managed to save about ₦1.5 million. I have a street brother who has always been nice to me and is currently working on his own house project. He recently advised me to get a plot of land too.
Here’s my dilemma: If I tell my brother about the money I’ve saved, he might ask me to lend him some of it. I’m thinking of buying the land secretly, but I’m scared of making a mistake I might regret later.
Please, what do you think is the best thing for me to do? And if you have any good side hustle ideas that can help me grow my income, kindly suggest them too.
At 27, you're not too young to make your own decision. Just ensure you do your due diligence before paying.
🔎 At Ryan Automotive Limited, we don’t guess with your car — we diagnose with precision. Most car owners ignore small issues until they become BIG, expensive problems.
Here’s a real case: 👉 A client came in because his car was jerking lightly in traffic. Many people would assume “maybe it’s just fuel quality” — but we ran a computerized diagnostic scan.
📊 The scan revealed an early-stage transmission fault. When key parts in the gearbox — like solenoids, sensors, or fluid pressure — start to fail, the gears don’t shift smoothly. Instead of gliding, they slip or engage harshly, which drivers feel as jerking or shuddering.
✅ We fixed it immediately, saving the client from a full gearbox failure. 💰 Estimated savings? Over ₦2 million on what could have become a complete transmission replacement.
That’s the power of diagnostics before repairs.
When you bring your car to Ryan Automotive Limited, you get: ✔ Advanced scanning technology for luxury & standard vehicles ✔ A clear digital report of your car’s health ✔ Transparent recommendations — no guesswork, no hidden charges
