I am based in lagos. For the period of 3 to 6 months that I will be consulting your the business, I can relocate for efficiency.

After the consultation period where I get involved actively in the business, we get to review all the progress made and test run the operations structure put in place already . We can then decide the way forward if I'm to continue as a passive consultant for a while longer or we sign off on a great note.

Asking for a friend.
So there's a puzzle I'm trying to solve,
Let's say there's a trading business that just hit it's Billion in equity,
About 19 employees(including the MD who sits on the bulk of the work and thinking/profutability of this business) ,an accountant and lots of sales people.
Revenue of say 400-600m/Mo and the business is profitable,
The business is looking at setting a proper structure to run efficiently without the MD overseeing everything himself and of course ,
How would you go about such a task?
The MD is confused,overwhelmed and scared,a lot is going on and the business cost a lot to run too and running with heavy inefficiency.
There's a lot of automation in the business(SAGE) and it's processes but it needs new vision,MD has run out of ideas and is tired and scared.
PS.Got an Indian to help lead the business but wants to work remotely,we declined.
Where do we look?
Or is the MD just paranoid?
What's the next step?

We schedule a meeting where I get to understand the business operational/organizational cycle of the business.

Then, we get to work for 3 to 6 months depending on how long it takes to set things in place. After which, I am out!!!

Travel to Benue to buy yam, bring them down to lagos to sell in bulk to market resellers in the market.

Note: As I've always emphasized, I didn't replace this addiction with sex (as many people propose as a solution). All through my recovery stages till now I've never engaged in sex, as I'm not yet married. Glory to God!

Remember I was also told that it was 'impossible' to quit this addiction when you were hooked. I also suffered terribly. I had also failed and failed, until I looked at this addiction with red eyes and said 'enough is enough, today na today!'

This testimony is to encourage anyone struggling with the same (or any other) addiction that total victory is possible. Seek help. Run to God. Engage in accountability. Don't give up!

I told God something back then: I want to be a model to youths (especially young men) that you can live without any addiction and without premarital sex. God granted my request and here I am today five years after! Brothers, yes it is hard but this is possible. This is my life now. JESUS is KING!

Are you looking at a long term investment or short term?
Are you investing for cashflow or capital gains?
How much capital you've got and your investment preference.

As per your question about the cost of building your a house in Ibadan... It is cheaper to buy a distress sales house and renovate/refurbish it to your taste.

I have a concern I would like to share with you, am married for 3 years now with 2 kids.

Firstly, when I got married to my wife, everything about our relationship was fine and we were rolling forward happily.
This year 2025, everything changed. I traveled for a business trip I was to send only 4 days but due to delays from my business partners I spent 8 days.
I have an issue with my wife on call, 4 days to my return and on the day I was to go back to my city I spoke with her to inform her I was coming come that night.

When I got back home, my house was locked, her mother has come to pick her up from my house and never called nor informed me, I slept outside my house that night bcs she traveled with house keys.

The next day I broke the house door and found out I have lost valuables which she made away with..
My mother in-law has always used her daughter to decide on what happens in my home which I have always rejected.

She traveled while pregnant, blocked me everywhere and never informed me when she put to bed and her family named my child and took custody of them.
We are in welfare as I write.

Note: Her concern to welfare for divorce is on grounds of my not coming back according to our agreed time and abandoning her for 4 days.

If all you've posted here is 100% true and you've not been abusive towards her over the years... Then I'm sorry to say that; You don't have a wife... Unfortunately, you guys are married.

Please I needsoke reasonable advice to anyone that has been in this shoe.

Ok I met this lady in Ibadan in 2019 we lived together and eventually had a kid together .. we have been staying together in Ibadan very fine because I was doing very good .but things take a turn on me financially in 2023 as my farm was flooded abd I lost a fortune . So I had to move to osun state where I built a 4 bedroom flat. I was the first person to move and she later came with my child .. but one thing let to another ..I hit her so she had to move out back to Ibadan with her mother's sister .. her mom and siblings live in delta state .
So now she is telling me before she can come back I have to do traditional marriage but knowing fully well I don't have that fund now in this economy .. my salary is only 70k . I told her to come so I can take a loan to open a shop for to start selling things while I hustle to save money for the wedding and take cae of my child's school stuffs but she is not having it .. now she calls me everytime to send money for feeding and all that .. after I place them on 10k monthly feeding allowance .. but now I just don't know what to do again . After giving money for feeding she will still be asking for 2k -1k randomly almost everytime ..her own salary is 22k ..

Please should I just free this woman because if she is with me we can do more together like saving money and taking car if the family ..then we can go do wedding when we have money but she want me to save money for wedding . Pay school fee , send 10k monthly and sti be sending urgent 1k2k every now and then

Hmmm... My brother, don't blame her too much. Her salary of 22k is too little and the 10k monthly allowance can not feed a child for 1 month in this present economy.

I support her on she saying you should do traditional wedding before she comes back... But, if you know you are not yet ready for marriage and the responsibilities that come with it; pls let her be in peace and be sending upkeep for your child while you work on improving your finances.

We married A Year ago. We decided to wait for a year before having kids. We started trying 3 few months but no success. I told both of us needs to get tested. I did Sperm Analysis & the result is good, I'm very fertile.

She did pelvic scan, and in the scan, She has fibroid (Submocousal fibroid 5.5cm). The news broke me and I was very sad, I never imagined I'll be in this kind of situation. We went to the gynecologist and He told us to go for HSG to check her fallopian tube, The result showed that Both Tubes are blocked.

I've not been myself for the last couple of days. I had to pretend to be strong because She was down & has been crying as well. This are two serious fertility issues and Her chances of conception is very low. Even if The gynecologist tells us to do the IVF(Which I don't even have money for it cause it's vey expensive) They'll still have to remove the fibroid.

This are very expensive procedures that are not even guaranteed that it will work and She will conceive. I'm the only male child in my family, in my early 30's. Pressure will start coming from all directions and also considering my my age, I don't pray to experience delay with child birth. I just decided to pour own my mind here. I'm really down, I don't know what to do.

I understand how you feel bro... But, first calm down.
It is not as bad as it sounds... You both just have to determine to work through this challenges together.
First and foremost, go and register for a comprehensive HMO (choose a package that covers major surgery). This will greatly reduce the medical bills and make things easier for both of you.
Discuss with the gynaecologist on the best way to proceed with the necessary medications and surgery then go for it.

Your wife needs you now more than ever before... You can reach out for moral support at anytime and any day by just mentioning me in your comments.
