you need to accept the reality that you're married, and there is no way out even if the disturbing affection persist. Infidelity shouldn't be an option.
The bitter truth is that you aren't in love with her because if you were, you should have married her instead. You are only been obsessed with her....

Start by cutting all ties with her, make her know your decision to quit the false affection.

This question come to mind because of my encounter with some men about their marriage. I still find it funny to think that some guys after marriage would still go for another woman for sex. Some would even go after married women. Some would go for girls as young as their daughter.
