Mai God,
Do you live in a Western country? Are you conversant with their banking operation?

Once an account is closed, do you know what it takes to have even another account later with the same institution?

Besides, it took him about a year trying to contest. So, he closed this accounts for more than a year?

From what accounts were they taking is monthly repayments when those accounts were closed?

And, how did he build up his credit in the UK?

Answers, please
Sorry In any bank in the US, to open an account takes less than 30mins. Especially for someone with verifiable credit.

How do you know he hasnt completed his payments for those houses in the US? He worked in the US more than 30yrs ago.

He had top level jobs in Nigeria for about 26yrs, He was a Senator for 4yrs. What stops him from having completed all his payments and be debt/credit card free.

How can you be a Senator in Nigeria and still owe petty credit card debts.

I dont know about the credit system in the UK, But if you have a good balance with HSBC USA, that might be to your advantage when applying in HBSC UK Same with Citibank USA and UK

Kobojunkie:
Please apply common sense, even here. Stop acting an arse on behalf of SW or is it ACN now . . . STOP and go back to being the old person who applied COMMON Sense in all wise. The man filed a form . . . I cannot believe you are here providing SUPPORT that even the Man himself HAS YET to for the claims he has made.
Kobojunkie,

What do you want? The man declared his asset on the pages of newspapers, if anyone had reservations that they want him to address, they would contact him, And he might answer and provide clarifications for grey areas and concerns you might have.

Maybe the opposition is preparing a challenge already we might never know, If your concerns gets to the appropriate quarters It might be cleared.

Obama claimed he was born in Hawaii, If those who doubted didnt get their worries accros to Obama how would he have debunked it. Assuming I sit in Texas and yell to my neighbours everyday that He was born in Maiduguri, How would Obama hear to even think of addressing the issue.

MR DAYO,

PLEASE, ANSWER THIS,

He said he DID NOT have any account ABROAD.
Does that mean he couldnt have closed his bank account when he was going to contest as a Governor and the requirements stated that he cant own a Bank account?

OK . Dayokanu, Kobojunkie or ekt bear want to contest for Govs of Oyo, Anambra or Ekiti state, We all have accounts in the US but the requirements in Nigeria meams you mustnt operate a foreign account.

What does it take to close the accounts? 10mins,  grin As Senator, the Mortage could be paid within a short while cos of the amount of money he makes as a senator and he isnt indebted to anyone

And In case you want to re-open it since he has a SSN and an ID plus previous credit history It takes another 10mins.

How this now became rocket science is beyond me.

Most of these so called Turkish and Polish players were either born in Germany or grew up there

Its like asking why Agbonlahor or Muamba played for England, WHy Vieira, Evra, makelele, Zidane, Djorkaeff, etc played for France or how Amauri, Balotelli, etc played for Italy, Marcos Senna for Spain, Nani, Eusebio etc for Portugal

Since when is it the PUBLICs duty to VERIFY/PROVIDE PROOF FOR data presented by a Government official? Do you know how credits work?

Ok he worked for a bit in the US has a good credit he owns a house there which he makes payments on his house through his bank accounts he run thereby building his credits

Are you saying you cant work in Nigeria and own a bank account in the US to make payments on your bills?

ola olabiy:
Was he MD in the US or Nigeria, please?
He later proceeded to the United States of America where he attended the state University New York, in Buffalo, New York and the Governor’s State University, Park Forest, Illinois. He graduated with B.Sc (Honors) in Business Administration and Finance. He also obtained his Masters of Science (MBA) degree in Operations Research and Marketing.

As a result of his academic credentials and excellent performance at the New York Insurance examinations, he was engaged as the 1st Nigerian state certified underwriter by Equitable Life Assurance Corporation, which was the 2nd largest Insurance Company in America.

You dont need to close your bank account in the US when you work in Nigeria, This man lived in the US, has properties and he probably travels there regularly, What does it take to wire money from a Nigerian account to a foreign account to pay your Bills or is this rocket science?

OK. I live in the US, I have accounts which are well funded got credit cards and a good credit history, I buy a house and acquire properties from my credit.

I am coming home to contest for an elective post which requires that I dont run any foreign account and I close all my foreign account in order to meet the requirements

What part of that is not plausible

Some things shouldnt be compromised. Ok you meet a guy who uses drugs and you jump into it, Seriously what do you expect

I can say endure some things but not issues that bother on sanity, Cos a guy who goes into a fit of rage and beats anyone including his friends, workers drivers, sisters brothers is already a red flag But women in love like you would say he is acting MACHO

Issues like drug use, Violence, suicidal depression etc shouldnt be endured. But not when you say he doesnt hang his shirt or he removes his shoes in the living room

As a senator, he stole.

As an employee of NOLCHEM, he stole

As a businessman, he lied

And, as regards the declaration, he embellished one or two things.

Bottom line: he is an embodiment of lies
Proofs which would be how much he earned in total cos I know MD's of such companies are in the upper echelon of the society, Senators are in the top 0.5% of top earners in the country.

Never mind his contracting business

Let's talk about the mortgage/good credit you so strenuously defended.
You are not articulating your points well at all. You can get almost anything in the US with a good credit and downpayment.

He lived in the US, He would most likely have bank accounts, Anyone with a good credit can get any kind of house as long as you have the downpayment.

Someone said Senators make $1.2m a yr, His Monthly Salary alone of $100,000 would be enough downpayment on most Mansions you see around in the US.

ola olabiy:
And, he has accounts abroad.

Show/tell me one Nigerian billionaire without accounts abroad, please.

Just one.
Am sorry but you are not making sense. Whats the point in that you showed above. He lived in the US and most likely would have accounts in the US. or whats the problem ?

What proof do you have that this is ill gotten wealth that is not commesurate with how much a oil company MD, Contractor and Senator earns

Kobojunkie:
@Dayokanu, remember I asked you to tell us exactly how much this man got paid as a senator during the period he served, and you brushed that off so you can continue to argue blindly that he earned all that BECAUSE he served as a senator.

Again, do you have NUMBERS TO SHOW for the claims you continue to make ON BEHALF of this man?

Did you even read this portion? His VEHICLES alone are supposedly worth almost $800,000 dollars / POUNDS 300,000. Seriously, we should ALL be calling for all this to be VERIFIED beyond DOUBT.
The onus is on you to tell how much Senators earn in that period, I know Senators in Nigeria earn a lot of money, Insane amount which is hardly otained in any other country in the whole world

I didnt know you could be this cunning and dishonest. In the quote you said Vehicles and furniture, suddenyl it became only cars?

Buying 10 cars for 80k each is already 800k

The car below is in the open market, Not custom bult not bullet proof and cost $110k  7 of those solve the $800k riddle. This is a car that if you stay on any major freeway you see multiples within an hour

In the US

Minimum wage in New York $1160 per month

The minimum wage in New York State is $7.25/Hour, with few exceptions.
http://www.labor.state.ny.us/workerprotection/laborstandards/workprot/minwage.shtm

Average monthly rent in New York is over $1500

it seems unusual that New York, a city notorious for expensive apartments, didn't make the cut, look to the methodology. In terms of average rent, New York is the most expensive at an average of $2,800 a month, according to the Office of Management and Budget. But the story changes when salaries are factored in - New Yorkers may be paying more but they are, relative to other parts of the country, making more, too.
http://articles.nydailynews.com/2010-10-21/news/29441696_1_rent-jon-pastor-miami-tops

Never mind other bills, Groceries, transportation etc.

There is a reason its called minimum wage

@Ekt Bear

^^ How many of the electorates are that informed? The only thing they know is that This governor retrenched us.
And the other party would use that as a campaign gainst them

When Bisi Akande got into power, He found out that a bic biro was supplied for N220, Bisi Akande dramatically went outside the govt house and saw a woman selling the same biro for N10, Can celled the contractors deal and gave the roadside seller the contract to deliver at N20

In addition to his workforce reforms but the typical Nigerian electorates, Especially in Salary dependent states like Osun, Oyo etc Never saw the big picture.

In Oyo state after losing elections PDPs Alao Akala deliberately approved the minimum wage increase as a way to create problems for Ajimobi. Knowing that if Ajimobi dares reverses it, It would become a problem for the new administration

PDP is plain evil
Politics › Re: Oyo Workers Reject N9,400 Minimum Wage by dayokanu(m): 8:12pm On Jul 05, 2011
In the case of Bisi Akande, the strong foundation he laid by reducing the workforce was eroded when he was voted out and the chop I chop PDP was voted in

Now it has set the state back to where it was before Akandes restructuring

What Akande did was ask: that Why should we have 9 CRK teachers in a school and have 1 Maths teacher? It doesnt make sense He retrenched the redundant teachers and paid them their benefits but that was what led to his loss at the elections and set back the state.
