Awolowo would be so ashamed of those people he entrusted his Newspaper to if thats the level of journalism that comes from it.

That's a joke, right?
Whats your take on this and how did Tinubu come into it?

If its because he is the owner of the nation then we can say the Awolowos started their attacks first

Dayokanu,i respect most of your posts on nl.and also find them very funny

but i'm shocked u didnt see anything wrong i what dt omatseye dude wrote,u even went as far as calling mama HIV,dts not fair at alll

tinubu ll get his,lagbara oloun
Maybe I should ask you if you have ever seen anything wrong with the incessant attacks on Tinubu by the Tribune papers?

How did it get to Tinubu would get his? You are blaming Tinubu for Omatseyes write up?

So in a similar manner I can say Mrs Awolowo and family are responsible for the incessant attacks on Tinubu?

if that is true, then the Awolowos attacked Tinubu first through their writers and Tinubu responded through his own writers too

Which law says that one party can attack  the other and not expect return fire?

you might need to look into that evidence again. it has the same pattern. when african players jet off for the competition, arsenal don't miss these players per se as they always nearly win all their league games during the african competition. it is when those players return back to arsenal that the problems start. i dunno if they bring back some sort of complacency or they just get tired. arsenal's run of results after every nations cup is abysmal.
When you now look at it much closer, You would notice that Nations cup end around February and Arsenal players get back around Late February and Early March. Those poor result is a yearly trend that even pervades to non AFCON years

Everyone knows that From late February to April is when Arsenal start losing games every year.

Its something a good manager would have worked on but Wenger is clearly incompetent to do that

So in line with you reasoning, every attack on Bola Tinubu by TRIBUNE, sometimes very direct, over the top and personal was sanctioned by Mrs Awolowo/Family? Can you answer please.
I have put your quotes in bold so everyone can see and they can respond appropriately

By the way, we WILL win a trophy this season. What will your new song be when that happens?
That last sentence I can swear I have heard it over 100 times.

So there is some sense hidden in that lanky frame. cheesy

Proudly is correct in highlighting a potential issue with signing African players, but evidence seems to suggest we haven't been affected as much as perceived. This is another example of perception not reflecting reality.

As for losing Eboue for two months, I wouldn't really mind if we lost him forever. grin

I dont think I have business about what names Tribune calls Tinubu!!. I am not a naughty person who use left hand to point to his fathers house. Tinubu wanted to rewrite history. He got it wrong. The river that forgets his source goes dry.

Asiwaju of what? of drug barons of looters. His cup is full.
You have no business with what Tinubu is called by Tribune? isnt that funny? I am sure no Yoruba person would ever reason like that.

Tribune is free to call Tinubu whatever names REALLY? Yet HIV Awolowo couldnt call them to order

Well thank God for the likes of Tinubu and ACN else Yoruba land would have gone  to the dogs. If not for Tinubu, Obanikoro, Akala, Omisore and Oni would be leaders.

Can't help but be disgusted with the comments here. I agree 100%. Imagine how dismissive some comments here are of the baby, as if an abortion is an easy thing because we want to be called 'liberal' or we don't want people to call us 'narrow-minded'. People saying 'remove the foetus' as if it's trash. Even if abortion is inevitable, I don't find it a bit ethical to degrade the foetus with some words being used here. Jeezz!!!
Better to abort the foetus than bring him to life without any plan by parents to take care of him/her

you are obviously not knowledgeable- marriage should never be viewed as a contract, and that's the problem with the world today. a little heat and everyone wants to call it quits and thats where the pre-nup comes in, no one wants to come out loosers. for a second think practically, if you do not envisage a divorce then why go ahead with pre-nup huh huh
a pre-nup clearly states clearly, loudly YOU ARE A BLOODY GOLDDIGGER_ I DONT TRUST YOU_YOU ARE WITH ME ONLY BECAUSE OF THE MONEY tongue
I am certain most people you see in divorce court never married thinking they would divorce.

We are human and human beings change. The sweetheart of today might become a monster tomorrow.

Several men and women after marriage come on to say " I never knew when my partner changed" Thats human beings we change, I am sure your likes 10yrs ago have changed significantly

if you do not envisage a divorce why worry about a Pre-nup. A pre-nup is in case we divorce, If we don't divorce you don't have to worry about it, It becomes a useless piece of paper

Its sad the one of the legacies of Awolowo has been hijacked by never do wells.

The Tribune has now become a paper on the level of Prime People and City people

Or whats the basis for the unprovoked attacks on the person of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the past few years?

Check some of their headlines below

Asiwaju of Yorubaland not for felons

There is a felon currently stomping the streets of Lagos, whose ambition is to be installed the Asiwaju of Yorubaland. The ambition in itself is not criminal but to attempt to get the title crookedly with means of doubtful sources is offensive. The Asiwaju title is not an award; it is a reward. So, it does not answer to money. It is a reward for unequalled service to humanity, not for recklessness and rascality

http://www.tribune.com.ng/sun/index.php/borderless/4102-asiwaju-of-yorubaland-not-for-felons

The making of a bastard (1)

Yet, try as he may, Tinubu will never become Yoruba leader. He will remain the felon, the brigand that he has always been, until his cup is full.

http://tribune.com.ng/index.php/opinion/23232-the-making-of-a-naughty

The uncouth language freely used on an individual is actually turning the paper into a huge joke

They claimed Tinubu is a Felon, What makes him a felon and which court of Law has convicted him of felony.

The Tribune is actually making a mockery of the intellectualism which the founders ingrained in the South West

Such journalism is to be expected from Lolly, Ikebe Super, Better Lover, Prime People and other soft sell magazine not a newspaper of repute.

5 kids in 7yrs is still possible and she cleans you out takes custody of all the kids and child support for 5 children, I bet you would be left with less than 20% of your wealth when she is done

In 25yrs most of the kids are adult over 18 and dont need any form of Child support.

Pharoh:
Women will never support pre-nup because they are the ones obviously gaining out of all these divorce we have in the world. What is this silly idea that she gave up her career to take of the kids, take care of the kids in what manner?.
Phraoh,

What do you think about my idea, Prenup in place and lifted after 25yrs of marriage. If you love me enough to stay for 25yrs then you deserve half or what do you think?

Sagamite:
That is possible and most likely the outcome. It is pointless after so long.

Even if she takes half then, she can just regard it as the kids inheritance as I will give my half to charity when I kick the korooba. grin.
So my semi-prenup makes sense? Stay for 25yrs in marriage and the pre-nup is lifted. Both parties are happy.

Any critique to the idea is welcome.

Prenup and after 25yrs we cancel it
