There is also not a whimper for your foolish uncle who was boy-boy for the Hausa. Looking for Hausa boy-boy who were shafted? Onlytruth: Ezeuche my brother,
There are no permanent enemies in politics. We can caucus (if PDP SE joins APGA ) with ACN and strike a deal to make Ngige Senate president and someone from North speaker of the house of reps. Does a combined force of SW and PDP SE senators give a majority? I think not |

Its agreed in footballing circles that Chelsea had a disaster of a season. Yet they would finish 4 points ahead of Arsenal with even a better goal difference |

Onlytruth: @dayokanu Like I said, I don't support it, mainly because it will only help the North to impeach Jonathan. I hate being used by the North or anybody. That is why this Jonathan betrayal hurts.
They should move to APGA and caucus with ACN and others to elect the speaker even if the speaker still goes to SW, at least they can defend that then, and also deny PDP that position.
That is only a first step among MANY others we need to figure out how to extricate ourselves from Nigeria if need be. I hope you have learnt your lessons from the No good PDP. Hope they wont give you some scraps in terms of Ministerial Position and you would think everything is OK. My interest in Nigerian politics is dethroning PDP and making OBJ and friends miserable and irrelevant. Whether through APGA, CPC, ACN or DPP. Nothing like having a party that cater to your specific regional demand and give Abuja a huge f-You |

Onlytruth: The leader we need now should not be a "conformist", someone who does not want to upturn the applecart.
We need people who say things UNDIPLOMATICALLY. We need courageous men who (preferably have some military background) can speak, and the rest of Nigeria and international community will hear us loud and clear.
There may be a silent conspiracy against Ndigbo which we need to fight with all our resources. It sunds like you are indirectly referring to Orji Uzor kalu. Eziachi, I wish you speedy recovery, Infact you told them so, and in weeks the predictions are coming to pass |

debosky: What a daft analogy - Wenger is currently third in class - so unless coming third equates to 30% you're chatting bollocks as usual.
A more amenable analogy would be three rival companies in a particular industry - out of the four companies in competition, the team paying its workers the least (and as a consequence lower skilled workers) still manages to finish higher than one of them.
To put it in better perspective, the firm that came 3rd in overall profitability had lower investment than three teams (Citeh, Tottenham, Liverpool) below them.
No one in their right minds would declare that a failure - performance is commensurate with production resources made available. This is a basic economic principle that is lost on most of you. Considering that the other 3 companies were recently bought over and are coming from an era where the necesary equipments to work were not available, They had a dilapidated office, rundown equipment etc VS the 4th company who had all the necesary infrastructure, who were achieving success before the new management took them over. How easy would it be for Wema Bank to upstage Barclays Bank |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (A New Strength, A New Hope). by dayokanu(m): 4:55pm On May 15, 2011 |
First thng SACK Wenger
There should be a bare minimum for a coach. Not spending shouldnt be an excuse.
LVan Gaal didnt spend last summer but that still is not an excuse for him not to get sacked when the team was bleeping up, This was a coach who almost won the treble less than 12 months earlier.
Wenger is the one who hypes his below average players to stratospheric level.
He plays the game where he buys duds and expect them to turn to Chicharito. Its a safe game for him, If he wins he can brag he he loses, he claims it was because its cheap.
Its like a student who doesnt read for exams, If he fails he would claim that it was because he didnt read, He would say "I was able to get 30% by clubbing all semester, just imagine if I read for even 3 days", On the flip side if he passes, he would say " I passed despite not reading, Am I not a genius?"

Basically he is a jack of all skill master of none which means he is a below par striker.
Good strikers need to be excellent in one thing. I cant think of a striker who deserves a Big club without an excellent skill thats also the problem with van R@p1st, Not excellent at anything. positioning sucks, physicaly handicapped, not intelliegnt enuff, average poaching skills, average aerial ability, not enuff nimble skills |

coogar: premier league is different. i actually saw one of his comments earlier in the season how the english league is too physical. that after each game, it takes him a long while to recover from the kicks, elbows and shoves he cops during the match. he is too soft for this league, he needs help/partner to flourish and wenger offered him none. Then why wasnt his physicality considered before wenGAY bought him, also I dont think Chicharito or Berbatov are that physical either |

Ngwakwe: I hail from Aba, precisely Ogbor (Hill) (Ngwa) and I worked for Unilever Nigeria Plc Aba as the time Orji Uzor Kalu was Governor.
Without controversy OUK did the following while in office.
1. Constructed and renovated up to 85% of all roads in Aba. 2. Free education for 8 years of his tenure including free adult education with supplies of educational materials for free in schools while mandating school heads not to impose any levy on students without obtaining permission from Government. 3. Built housing estates in the Capital for civil servants. 4. Paid workers as at when due 5. Supported Enyimba International football to historic performance. 6. Built Ohabiam Electronics Market 7. Floated many skill acquisition programmes. Etc
I was at Ngwa Road one day as it was raining in Aba when the inhabitants started pouring at their refuses into the drainage and I marvelled. Then I shouted blame Government when the drainage blocks.
If you are from Abia State and what I have written above are lies please disprove them with facts.
I am not OUK's fan and will not be until he separates from his evil mother. Thank you bros. I admit I didnt know much about OUK's performance but I admire his anti-OBj position |

coogar: i actually like chamakh, it's just that he's suited more to 4-4-2 than the 4-3-3 arsene wenger deployed thus making his purchase nonsensical. If your postulates are correct that means Wenger is the cause of Arsenals problems. BTW didnt Chamakh play as a lone Striker in Bordeaux? |
