^^ Dapo,

Seriously, i dont care whatever happens in other regions if they like they can install Idi-Amin peoples party.

My concern is strictly for the SW. If ACN is what would develop the SW, then let other regions think about their own problems.

And we dont need the mainstream cos we as Yorubas lost more when we went mainstream 2003-2011.

Based on quality of candidates alone, AC does way better than PDP

Fashola vs Obanikoro , Ajimobi vs Alao-Akala, Omoworare vs Omisore, Oyinlola vs Aregbesola, Amosun vs Olurin.

Its obvious the ACN candidates are wayy better.

ACN for SW and any interested states, everyone else look out for yourself

^^ I am anti PDP and I am all for any party that weakens the PDP and in all honesty in Nigeria you need a party that would fight your sectional interest and not some Idealistic National party.

PDP doesnt care about anybody except for their few rich cabals which cut across all region.

I have even advocated Igbos supporting Orji Kalu and his PPA to just get rid of PDP and later treat Kalus "Fork-up" as an internal issue.

Let Kalu be the loud-mouth, Political strategist and attack dog. Peter Obi is too mild even talks effeminately (Make he see Ojuyobo for some wraps of weed cheesy)

In Nigeria you need "rogues" like Tinubu and Kalu.

If not for the roguish tendencies of Tinubu, OBJ would have taken us for a ride in the SW and we would never have a Fashola etc

Imagine? What interest can the PDP have for you.

In the SW,

AC presented Fashola PDP presented Koro (Check the gap in intelligence),

ACN presented Ajmobi PDP presented Akala  embarassed (Nuff said)

And many other examples. I think Ojukwu could have done it for APGA but he is old and the new generation are weaklings who suck up to PDP

I would be happy if ACN have SW, SE have any party they can call theirs who fight for their interest specifically not the all comers one,

Thats the nature of the beast called Nigeria, The mainstream politics have nothing to offer common men. The best progress was made in the time of regional parties

^^ Was Drogba also the ne responsible for his woeful record with the NT?

I have never seen a player so much excuse is made up for than Torres.

If one can play in front of Xavi and Iniesta who literarily suffocate you with passes and still remain potent.

Spain and Chelsea play different styles, the only common thing is that Torres is failing in both. Who is to blame? The pitch? Oval ball, Fans or covered stadium?

What I have simply done is explain the rationale behind buying Torres at the time he was purchased. With his extended summer, issues with form and confidence, I don't see him returning to his best before next season after a good rest and pre-season.
Which extended summer? When he was the least used Spanish player? What should Iniesta, Alonso, Xavi and Villa who played games now say?

Someone must have made a decision within Chelski that a 'top class' European striker with proven pedigree was needed to replace DD. In my opinion, it is a good decision that will pay off in the long run. Is that the 'best' decision that could've been made? Time will tell
That decision can never be a wise decision given the circumstance, Maybe it was a panic buy or jazzed buy. But spending 50m on Torres is an EPIC FAIL

I believe Torres has been chosen as the long term replacement for DD - an EPL proven striker who can thrive as a lone striker. Whether Chelski will win trophies or not is dependent on many more factors than just Torres or DD.
Torres has never won anything with any club he played for.

Buying Neymar for 30m is hardly the same thing as buying Torres - one has never played in Europe, the other is a proven striker in Europe.
What part of Europe has Torres been proven and tested? Never been Highest goal scorer in any league only scored more than 20goals once in his career. He is on the same level with van Persie only that he is more expensive.

Scoring the goal to win the Euros no be achievement?
Were you referring to Angelos Charisteas?

Well, first of all we must salute ACN for their savvy political strategies and tactics which have paid off for them in this election climate. Their political calculations paid off for them big time. For them to make inroads into the East signifies the failure of APGA to replicate what ACN did in the SW, in the SE. I've watched carefully, the gradual widening misdirection of APGA since 2009 but never expected it to be a failure on this scale.

First of all, it looks like they're a confused party with no sense and articulation of ideas for expansion beyond ethnic borders. Even within the SE, they couldn't win votes. What an abysmal shame. Just look at CPC - just formed last year, already winning elections. The whole APGA thing has been a
fraud to say the least.

It was really disheartening to see Peter Obi running around against Ngige (on behalf of Dora) where ordinarily, APGA should by now, have established themselves within the SE with major inroads into the SS. The South-South, by now, should be part and parcel of APGA - if Ojukwu, Obi and Umeh knew what they were doing.

I look up to the sky and I see nothing but circling vultures who have finally come from far but familiar lands, to feast on the carcass of my beloved but politically disintegrated South East.

Oh Akanu Ibiam, Okpara, Mbadiwe, Wachuku, Osadebey, rescue your children for their custodians have lost control of the steering wheel.
I agree with everything you have said and I posited along these lines a while back.

SE needs to get behind APGA and streghten it so they have a front to fight for their common cause.

Instead of being in an all comers PDP who dont even send you

Keep looking at Awolowo a man who probably died before you were born while SE continue to play 5th fiddle within the PDP

FYI, PDP is more like an Igbo party too, Ekwueme founded the party and it lead to massive endorsement of the party in the East and that won't end overnight, that's why APGA is struggling.
PDP Igbo party huh mu he he I dey laff scatter o

I am still trying to understand the basis for the celebrations of the anniihilation of PDP oh. From the CONFIRMED results, PDP only lost its grip on the South  West(expectedly so). The results released so far shows that PDP is the only party to win seats nationally. For example, in the senatorial elections they have in Kwara - 3 seats, Edo -1, Rivers 3, Kogi - 1, Gombe - 1, Adamaa -1, Benue - 3, Enugu - 3, Abia - 3 etc. They have won seats in all parts of the country while CPC cannot even manage to get reasonable votes outside some parts of the North. So I really dont get it when people celebrate that pdp is finished especially as the few ACN and APGA seats in the South East were also won by associates of pdp eg. Dora Akunyili .Or is there a different result that cpc and buhari fans are seeing?
Can you show us how the PDP won in the SW? If not that deflates your theory that they won nationally

^^ Torres wasn't really bought for this season.

The prime reason for buying Torres is because Drogba is on the wane. The issue was, if Chelski waited till the summer, they might be gazumped by Citeh again, so they decided to buy him once Citeh had secured Dzeko's services.

The fact is that Sturridge needed to go out on loan to show he could cut it game to game, instead of bit part performances with the associated excessive criticism you face at a big club like Chelski.

I personally think DD's days are numbered, but y'all still need him right now.
DOes that make sense? Why buy him for that bloated figure when Citeh has already bought Dzeko and satisfied their momentary hunger for a striker
