Good law. However, will tenants be able to challenge unreasonable rises and malpractices in courts given the costs? Maybe we need to look at a legal aid system? |

Having reassed the justification for this, I think the idea is good, but it is by fat not the most important issue facing the country right now. But in a brighter side, if during his term he initiates good developmental projects, then his successor will be able to continue these projects and not be worrying about re-election |
Its a movie!!! Its not Nigerian day or African day, People didnt dress in beeds or leaves or sheckles at the premier of King Kong!!!!
I don't get you, are they still wearing beeds, leaves and sheckles in Africa ni? Dont get me wrong the picturees are nice. My point is that it was an opportunity to promote african/nigerian fashion also, therefore gather more interest in the area. Apart from showing that they make movies in Nigeria, what else does it say about african culture? |

Why block it? Nigerian is almost evenly split between Muslims and Christians. Introducing Islamic Banking will allow achieve plenty in the efforts to integrate the North. Simply, any scheme that encourages the North to take part is a good thing. |
Would it help with preparing for the 1015 elections? |
Why Lagos? I have never lived in Lagos and dont even like the hustle and bustle of that city, only go there for few days on business. There are cool cities in naija. Have you tried Calabar, Enugu, Abeokuta?
But the problem is that most people would want to return to Lagos Island as it is the closest to what they have become accustomed to abroad. Also if the demographics of Nigerians in the UK can be extrapolated to other countries, we will find that majority of diasporans are Yoruba, they may consider Abeokuta but almost certainly not Enugu or Calabar |
jason2010:If everybody in the diaspora came back it most probable that they will choose to resettle in Lagos, which doubt will able to cope with the volume of people |
