Unfortunately this is a sad reflection of the Nigerian state. I don't think there is anything anyone can do about making Nigeria work. This is because the far majority of Nigerians are wicked, dubious and greedy. They only think about one thing "money ".

I just returned from the place and my taxify driver tried to set me up.
