I think Unilag has got a good medical School.Though i don't know much about them.But you should be more concerned about passing your Pume test and securing a seat there.
It isn't gonna be easy cos there will be strict competition, coupled with the fact that a huge number of candidates wil be vying for a limited space,so you just try and put in your best.
