nyzeo:I know it will be AKS....your people are always like that. I had this kind of issue some years back, fought with my strength, and finally sluggishly my parents accepted, but later the girl disappointed and walked away, but the good news was that I got another girl from the same tribe and whom they accepted and am happily married now....both girls are from South East and am from Rivers. |
Before I answer you, the what is your motive of shutting your door at night when you sleep? |
NigeriaB:Foods are coming into Rivers State but you must possess a pass or document to warrant your entry, for them to be arrested, there must be a circumvention of law. The Governor Cannot afford to be irresponsible. |
Tissaia:You simply sound frustrated and uncultured....learn to be civil and respect others, purchasing a smart phone with data does not warrant you to throw caution to the wind.. |
EVILFOREST:You and your state that considers sanity and non-madness before choosing your own Governor, What is the current Covid-19 figure in your state, commpare that with the Rivers State figure and then we can start discussing from there. |
RIP Doc, you were a victim of your profession, God please show us mercy. |
This is indeed a challenging time to all and sundry, I really feel the pains of everybody, the individuals whose means of livelihood has been threatened by these restrictions, and the government who is always going to experience a lot of revenue shortfalls as a result of these measures, even though we know they have not been really transparent in the management of our resources, but we all good citizens should know that all these restrictions arose in the first instance due to the pandemic, before now we all were walking freely and engaging in our various activities without restrictions, so let's all be responsible and considerate...as for the PTF I must say you guys have been fantastic and wonderful, I pray God to bless you all, I also hope to one day have the opportunity to work for my country like you do now... let's all stay strong and safe. |
bamidelee:What is the problem with you people, why the so much hatred for this man and the state? Pls focus on your environ/environs and leave others alone. |

Confirmedzombie:What do you mean by Notice me? |
Yenefer:You just made me to respond to your over assumptions...who told you that no county can substitute ExonMobil?....in Rivers State here we have communities rejecting Oil Companies from Operating in their Community not to talk of the whole state...Eg the Ogoni's and some communities in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni L.G.A.....some of you just come here to say what you don't know. |
Coldie:You see how some of you lie and try to bring PH to disrepute becos of pecuniary benefits... The area you just mentioned now is where I Stay, I have been living for the past 20yrs...I stay Omachi Estate if you care to know...so where in that area did you say does not have Road Network, or Electricity, agreed is not as regular as it ought to be, but don't say what you just stated. |
With all their oil revenue, Port Harcourt still looks like an average city with plenty of ghettos around. The first picture tells a lot about how the oil wealth in Rivers State is being stolen by few individuals. Come to Owerri and see wonders. You would think that should be Port Harcourt.[/quot And you think PH does not have high brow areas, which Owerri are you talking about, the one we visit and tour every time or another one? The guy just showed you a picture of his neighbourhood and you quickly generalised....aside the few hotels that are located around both side of the high way in Owerri, where else can you classify as high brow residential area in Owerri. |
Nigerians are really surprising me at this challenging time....May God bless everyone who have in any little way extended hand of fellowship to anyone no matter how little... Together we shall emerge stronger...@Regina, God bless you and family. |
destinie2019:My dears some of you in this forum take every statement about Rivers State so far, castigating the Governor as if Some of you would do better than him, my church for instance observed the Good Friday service yesterday but with appropriate social distancing, and every worshiper was compelled to wash his/her hands appropriately and the sanitizers applied on their hands by the ushers before being allowed entrance into the church...and we have been worshipping though with multiple services of 50 persons, and God have been protecting his Children. Tomorrow we will still adopt that same measure not Minding the relaxation of the lockdown. The Hatred from some of you against Rivers State is too much, and for your information, we are aware and ready for you people, you guys should know that Wike would come and go but Rivers State Still Remains. |

ornicus:Some of you are just sounding unintelligent with these your political views, so you think you know more than the Governor about the economy of Rivers State, or he doesn't like making more money? Make sure you will do better than someone if given the opportunity before critiquing every moves of another person. |
Be clapping for Wike as he is slowly crippling the economy of Rivers state. Do you know how many people and establishments have left the state because of his misrule and abuse of office? You think people that work in that Caverton there are from the sky, or they dont pay tax to the state government? [/quot And you think you know more than a sitting Governor who despite all the fiscal benefits he derives from the said company still took this action. Some of you just politicise everything. |
VillagePipu:You people would just stay far away from a state and start quoting writing what you don't know, poor journalism just went to Mbiama and just interviewed one lady and ran to the printer, who told you that people are not buying food in Rivers State? Let she better ask other people and know how they are getting food, foods are passing Rivers State borders on a per seconds basis, and the markets where not shut immediately, it was after like three days that the Governor shutdown vehicular traffic, yet people and goods were still crossing the border and you won't believe it that we were buying goods in the open from 7 pm till 5am till he now decided to officially shut the markets, sometimes when you guys hear stories like this at least try to throw some open question in this forum before you people start castigating Wike and Rivers State... |
goldensoul55:In which state did this broadcast take place? You people are just so rediculous, this never happened and nobody ever made such broadcast in this state. |
seanfer:There you get it wrong again, Delta has at the FMC Asaba, Rivers has at UPTH even Ondo State has too, just say those listed above are the ones you are aware of. |
Coldie:I guess you know that Rivers State will long outlive whatever vested interest you think you have, what will you gain from demarketing the State even when you know some of the statements you are making here are wrong. |
seanfer:Why are you misinforming people, what would you gain from this? How can a whole state not have a testing center during a period like this? Why are you like this? |
kolaaderin:What you just typed is it true? Can you authoritatively prove it? If it is true then no problem, why am asking is because there hasn't been any official statement from the govt over the total deregulation of the price of PMS, or is another assumption from you. |
Congrats Sir... |
How can we measure their level of repentance before considering their rehabilitation....secondly on what basis was their alleged grievance or fight premised...how do we reconcile their rehabilitation with their level of destruction and killing of innocent citizens rendered fatherless and orphaned by their terrorist activities?...lastly where do we get the resources to fund and sustain this venture?. |
Rest in peace madam.. |
Just look at the nature of that road, even at the Federal Capital Territory. |
And theses are the people disturbing us with local content, buy Naija grow Naija...God continue to protect me and family from the evil in this country. |
HighWITCH:See how you are telling obvious lies...Wike meet the contract for the said Round About because it was already awarded from Trans- Amadi Slaughter cummunating at Garrison Junction, what he did was just pay the contractor and complete the contract .. Ameachi already awarded the contract... Where did you get the 13 billion amount from? The Obigbo Area you are talking about, pls which Governor reconstructed the internal road from Mbano camp-old court road leading to Oyigbo junction.. as for the major high way, is a federal road, and they are slowly doing there but there, as much as we want him to do more, Pls let's be considerate is not all politics every time... |
