That Rivers State Governor have not gone online to make noise does not mean that nothing has been paid, why am asking is because minimum wage was paid in the month of January in that state and the state NLC refused to own up because of reasons best known to them, the question is; does it mean that signing agreement with labour is better or bigger than the payment of the Minimum wage itself?...NLC Rivers State please what is the name of the money paid to workers in the month of Rivers State? Pls answer us.

Please which minimum wage are they talking about? Because as at the last salary paid last month I received an alert of additional 14k to my salary as a level 8 step 4 worker in Rivers State..after my pension deductions..and I did a normal calculation With my previous salary I discovered it was about 20 percent increase which is in line with the percentage agreed by the federal govt and labour at the national level, now the disagreement between the NLC and the govt at the state level was that govt did not conclude negotiations with them before proceeding to pay the minimum wage which they termed as below...but as a worker am waiting for labour to come and give us there own structure maybe it will be better than the structures agreed by the govt, but if all these is just noise making and politics. It will be very deverstating for those involved. Many civil servants in Rivers State were happy that they atleast saw an increment in the form of minimum wage this January..so I don't know where the people in this forum are getting the information of no minimum wage implementation that they were busy talking about..I now believe that this forum is skewed towards a political groups promotion..I know the NLC chairperson in Rivers State has been a mole of the APC in the state and believe me that has been her only fuss with the govt, and that is why the Wike govt has been very careful with her.. FOR THE RECORDS WIKE HAS COMMENCED THE PAYMENT OF MINIMUM WAGE IN RIVERS STATE CONFIRM FROM WORKERS IN THE STATE.

I understand your business needs mobility, but I don't know the kind of federal job she is doing, if it a job that has holiday, I will suggest instead of two cars, you get one strong car and allow her be in possession of it for the sake of your baby, and use it whenever she is home with you..

Now for the records, the case of Zamfara was a pre-election matter between factions of APC after which it was declared that the party did not obey its own constitution in electing the candidates, so their candidature was voided and the various runnerups were mandated to take over the first positions, thereby the new order, also you should know that it was not only the PDP that benefited from that judgement, other parties also did. So compare it with what happened in IMO and learn to make your comments Without embarrassing others.

I don't think you have visited Owerri very soon, if at all you have....some of you who are supporting Rochas did not see the projects that man executed in IMO state, compare them with the very ones Emeka did within this shortest time, you will understand more the pains of Imolites....Pls take a trip to Owerri ask people to take you to The police and immigration state headquarters he built and commissioned last year that you people where praising him online and you will know the kind of person Rochas was....these projects were not touched by anybody ooo or inhabited within this period but they are already delapidating. Was watching 'Democracy today' on AIT with Ijeoma Osamor...and there were three panelists...an APC man, PDP man and a lawyer(for the legal mumbo jumbo).

Anyway, the lawyer's analysis of the judgement was that it hinged on whether the results that were cancelled and then uncancelled by the Supreme Court were legit or not...and since they were signed by the returning officer...they were legit.

When PDP tried to allege the results were forged....the fact of the matter was that they had been signed by the INEC officials on ground was the matter.

What the judgement reveals for me is that INEC is really in a mess. And to be frank, we need electronic voting in this country. No more paper voting.

Also, PDP should have gone with a better strategy. The lawyer pointed out that once PDP alleged the results were forged...the burden of proof was on them to show how they had been forged, and also whether elections took place in the units or not. PDP could not prove that elections did not hold in the said units..and INEC was forced to admit that its officials did verify the results...in line with the electoral act.

Yes, the number of accredited voters was less than the actual vote...but unfortunately, the APC counsel in essence played the game well...by making the case all about autheiticity of results....and in the process managed to make Imo SIEC look very foolish.

All in all, the problem with Nigeria is simple. We are not ready to conduct free and fair elections in this country. Until Nigerians are ready to conduct free and fair eelctions, we can put angels in charge of INEC...and the same old story will happen.

And the said results that were signed by INEC had all the votes in favour of APC and no one vote went to the other political parties?...and PDP forgot the results without agitating for its inclusion before now?....make we no worry one day this judgement would come to the front burner again and everyone that had a role in this judgement would mull their involvement. Time shall tell.

Hope Uzodinma is an Igbo man and a bonafide son of Imo state. He’s not a northerner or a terrorist. His people voted massively for him and shall exercise the mandate freely given to him by the good people of Imo state.
