Were the contracts actually executed? If YES I don't see the problem except the EFCC can prove that it would have been done cheaper by another company |
I dare them to deport an Almajiri, Hausa or Fulani and let's see. Besides hell breaking loose, are they gonna drive them by bus up North at the risk of kidnapping? |
Rocky247:The remaining buildings become useless once access to the beach front is restricted. The place operated primarily as a beach if I am not mistaken. |
Even after you get the drug you are looking for, there is no telling if it isn't counterfeit. |
Spraying money is a culture. To avoid wahala just get yourself Dollar Cedi CFA And spray away without any fear. |
I agree with here. I watched the video and the naira notes looked very crisp and not mutilated. The EFCC needed to present evidence of the mutilation. Doing something that can result in mutilation doesn't necessarily amount to actual mutilation. Bobrisky should get a better lawyer and appeal. |
The exchange isn't direct. First the rate to the dollar is established and then used as a rule to other currencies. Even if you wanted to change naira to cedi the dollar equivalence is still what you get. |
Seriously, is this what appears on the Police Medical Form or Zazu faked it?

Take note that Cassava was introduced from Brazil to Africa or West Africa by the Portuguese. That means no cassava meal can be classified as NATIVE |
Very easy lawsuit would make her some millions and get her readmitted with an apology from the University. Such a condition for expelling her could never be allowed in an university statutes |
Good observation. But then think through it and then it is problematic. If missiles are still been fired, I would expect that the firing point is tracked. Those missiles ate huge and definitely not been fired from a hospital or building. They are fired from open space. The fact it is still happening raises questions about so called fighters in civillian infrastructure. HAMAS members who aren't actually on the ground fighting would always evacuate when an order is given to evacuate so at the end of the day it is pointless because the cycle never ends and IDF can't get them really short of an actual ground attack emeejinsm: |
Nothing to see here. Beauty queens are only the nice ones amongst those that had nothing doing with their time and signed up to contest. The more beautiful ones are out there and don't need to compete, when they step out the looks they get is enough to confam |
Hmm, maybe it's worth noting that Yams have been around long in West Africa however, Cassava was introduced to Africa by the Portuguese. Before that no tribe prepared any cassava derived foods. It's safe to say Amala was very likely prepared and eaten by Igbos since only yams existed before the Portuguese arrived |
Performing rituals isn't a crime. African traditional religious practice is recognized by law MS247: |
Name the brand of water so we organize boycott campaign |
That rope is too small to hold him. But assuming it's high tensile then you would expect the rope to cut his neck or slaughter him, then there would be blood. Secondly, most suicide at low heights would have the person holding their neck to free the rope at the last minutes. But this height he is hanging I think the suicide is staged |
Hope some occult grandmaster isn't killing them off |
Reason Buhari didn't care was because he has sense, a sensible person would realise that the UAE is the one losing out in tourist revenue not Nigeria. Frequent travel by Nigerians to the UAE stresses the exchange rate. Now tell me, what benefits accrue to Nigeria if the spat is resolved? None absolutely. So why is Nigeria taking the lead to resolve the matter? Is it simply important to Nigeran politicians because that is where most of them go to spend stolen public monies?? |
They are funny sha. The point is irrespective of currency used you can only establish the value of what you are being offered by comparing it to the dollar, pound or Euro. Which still has the effect of using the dollar. Now what would the UAE do with the rupees if not buying something else from India? They can't pack the rupees to go shop in china or Russia because these countries hardly buy anything from UAE or India. |
A minister is a representative of the president who heads the executive branch. A senator duty is simply to vet projects of the president which in most cases is brought in by a minister. Similarly, even supreme court judges are vetted by senators because that's the law. The same law makes it clear all the arms of government are equal except for the president of course. In short, a Minister comes in the name of the president so has more power to do stuff but a senator can only talk and vote. Been a minister is definitely an upgrade |
Your logic is defective. Nigeria practices the common law system. It means a high court decision at any level that remains unchallenged is valid law in itself. If you were killed in a village the killers punishment won't be any different from a killer in Lagos or Abuja. The same logic follows in the right to representation and to represent. |
There is a lot government can do then. You seem to have listed all the possible problems that could have culminated in the accident. If deserving professional drivers and not touts are employed there would be less of these problems. This is no ordinary road crash we can blame on force majeure. zed7: |
Very unfortunate if truly those are his words. The sensible thing would have been to encourage them to take advantage of the injunction to deposit their monies however difficult it is. |
This is pure nonsense. Is the satellite only of Nigeria? NGO's have been using it is sub Sahara some years now |
I don't see anything wrong with the lyric. Not all rituals involve human sacrifice. As a matter of fact human sacrifice is but just a type of ritual. All churches, mosques and religions perform some kind of ritual daily. We must be careful to respect African traditional practice and not consign it to criminality or 'evil' in haste. |
Me I identify as American. Can I have my wish? |
Very funny. Its a water way so what possible plan can a town planning committee have for it besides allowing water to flow freely there?? Your mumu too much. KingofTheStreet: |
ValCon888:Nice theory. But all ACs dry air or remove moisture from inside and not bring in any new air from outside. You can read a bit on how ACs work. However, there is a vent in cars on the driver and front passenger side that can be opened to allow for fresh air to flow in by atmospheric pressure and mix in. If your theory must be through then that vent was accidentally open. But it has nothing to do with the AC |
Nigeria isn't ruled by tribal laws. There is clear laws on paternity and child custody. If the womans family wants the child the right path is to sue u in a family court for custody. I don't suppose they plan to storm your house and kidnap the kid after overpowering you. In the meantime, you may want to confirm the paternity of the boy just to be on the safe side. |
Dorwadora:That's a wise decision. There is no sound reason in rationalizing obesity in any guise. |
Well at least he os alive sha. |
Anklets were worn by married women who slept with other men with the knowledge of their husbands. In other words if u saw a woman wearing an anklet it's a susggestion she is sexually available with reprecursions. |
