I have not been able to pay for IHS fee, it keeps declining the same card that was used to pay that of the MA and one dependent. Though transaction confirmation mail was sent by WorldPay but no IHS Reference number mail. Other usd cards has also been used yet no success.
Pls note I am a Spouse dependent. What can I do, their biometrics is in few days!

You have over 5 years study gap so please prepare like you would be asked

You have to include relevant work documents (Employment, Confirmation, Promotion letters etc)

Check with your company and confirm what they can provide,you have enough time to gather those documents for May 2023 session

Please I'm really disturbed about this issue. For me, I did my nysc 2014/2015 and have worked since April 2016. Although I'm yet to apply for visa but I'm just curious about being asked to provide employment letter. My admission is against May 2023. My monthly paycheck is not enough to fund my studies and to make matters worse the company didn't give me employment letter.

Do you think the study gap is too much for the UKVI to ask me to provide an employment letter and incase they do, what do you think i should do? I'm really troubled.

Most people say reference letter is enough but I'm wondering why they may have asked the guy who graduated since 2007 to provide an employment letter. Did he not provide any reference letter in the first place.

Have a file with everything you submitted during your application including an up to date statement of your POF( and invoice/receipt/telex copy if applicable)

Just incase anything is requested you can easily provide them without searching through your luggage.

With couples that just got married, atleast there should be evidence of pre dating,marriage and post wedding documents.
Everyone should arm themselves with as much evidence as they have to show proof of relationship. The certificate and pictures is not always enough.

ECOs get trained and retrained all the time

Especially in these days of fake relationships. Put in all the evidence you have

I think this usually applies to new couples. Old couples with children usually may not require more than marriage certificate and few pictures. Have seen someone who used only marriage certificate without any marriage or family pictures and was granted. It also depends on the eco handling your application

You should discuss with him on how to balance work and the children, when one person is at work the other should be available to be with the kids.

You can target some work from home jobs also but that will depend on your area

Thats a minor error

A cover letter won't be necessary, and I will assume the ECO can tell that's an error

If the Visa comes with same error, just notify and request for it to be corrected

My sister made a mistake while filling the application form.she wrote Mr. ******** as the husband's name and when she now chose the husband title as Mr, the application was now showing Mr Mr ***********.so it's now as if part of the husband's name is Mr. For eg where they are supposed to write Henry okere, they write Mr,Henry okere..so is now like his name is Mr Henry okere. now passport and other documents is suppose to bear mr.henry okere.. she is trying to put up a cover letter to inform the eco of the mistake..what do u suggest she do..?thanks..

Energy bills(electricity), hospital, Rent, any local government bill applicable to where you live, the list is inexhaustible

Please house i need your advise on this

During the time to fill previous refusals, I declared the Schengen visa I was refused in 2019 which I have the refusal letter with me. But didn't declare the Australia visa application. Reason because it was an agent who applied, he told me to go for biometrics which I did but he was in possession of passport. I remembered I never submitted my passport at the vfs office. And that happened a week before Covid. Then a week later the world was shutdown, some months later I requested for my passport back, which he gave me instantly. Reason why I didn't declear is Cox I never got a decision and the agent never told me anything other than covid disturbed etc and Australia embassy was shut for months etc.. so I moved on.. I hope I'm not in any problem

Documents like evidence of bills or invoices paid together, letter from your hospital,tenancy agreement investments if applicable etc.
