It depends, Your offer letter should have a(CAH3) code and should tell you if ATAS is needed.

1. No, in summary,prime time is a TLS service to allow you do your biometrics outside normal working hours, Priority reduces your decision waiting time

2.No,please check first page of the thread for the links

3. Scanning can be any sizes, as long as it is clear and not heavy,so A4 should be fine

4. No, passport photograph isn't required

Just explain your personal circumstances to your Uni, if they can't extend your resumption date, they might ask you to join the next session ( May or September)

Wondering why you used a different surname when you haven't done a change of name and no other official document bears that name

We should try to be consistent and keep things simple, your maiden name on your daughter's birth certificate should have been just fine.

Back to your question please submit both birth and marriage certificate in her application,you can include a cover letter to explain both names and why you have included your marriage certificate.

That's fine

Can you include a very detailed cover letter in responding to the request and explain the documents you have included, it should state your GWF no and when you made your application,it should draw the ECO attention to the court documents.

2. Add the Birth certificate and other documents (hospital letter, school letter and receipts/invoices of bills paid on your little ones behalf) that you had submitted previously

3. Does the court order give him visiting rights? Can you add a consent letter from the father with his ID?

4. How old is your little one? Have you attempted to make any childcare arrangements and can you include such evidence in your cover letter and as part of documents you submit?

Yes it was from the court. It was a sole custody order from the court. I submitted it after it was requested to be uploaded

Paying for assisted service doesn't render your self service null, the documents you uploaded are still there, they will only add the missing one.If you are concerned about this then you could do so at TLS,pay for assisted and ask them to upload the one addressed to the embassy

Hi Dutchess, pls I have important questions, i made payment to my school but they received late and told me i paid late and didnot meet deadline, out of frustration, i messaged my pof people to cancel it and refund me part payment after like 40 days running it, and they said they cannot cancel it, so i allowed it to run but after some days, the money disappeared and i called them they said it was a mistake and refunded the money, just today, my school overturned the judgement and give me pre cas. My question is do i need
to count pof from beginning for visa or can i use the old date, since the withdrawal and depositing was just one day interval? The money was mistakenly withdrawn on 13th and replaced on 14.

Today again, MA receives the below email.

Letter from hospital - proof that I take responsibility for her medicals
Letter from school - that I pay her tuition
Baptismal card - prooving my religion
Cover letter - stating my circumstances

With the statement that is absolutely fine, the minimum is 28days, if you submit more that's also okay

2. Please request for an updated CAS to show the additional payment you have made so it balances out.
Also include any receipts for that in your documents

@the bolded, are you sure that was me?? Your job is your job regardless of how meager the salary is.

Anyway back to your question,the confirmation letter from HR should suffice, do you have an ID, please include it.

With the slashes it technically means OR as employment scenarios differ from company to company but it is always better to provide as many as you can.

The company I work for does not give its employees any of these. its a private owned business with a poor management structure( the owner does what he likes). Like I said earlier my pay check is not encouraging and I read here sometime ago where you advised someone not to make use of an employment letter with a meagre salary as it puts one at a disadvantage.

The company pays its workers by transfers which is also a problem incase one is asked to provide payslips. I'm asking if one can get something like confirmation of employment from the HR that clearly states your job start date, job role, and maybe any other relevant information but excluding the salary amount. Do you think this can in anyway serve as what they need to make a decision?

I'm just being curious. Someone here said he was just asked to provide an employment letter after submitting reference letter which he did but the other was asked to provide a whole lot of documents, payslips /employment letters with contract details / bank statement with regular salary being deposited/ employment contracts. is he expected to provide all of these or just one of them? Does a slash in this case mean AND or OR?

I don't really know why some of the establishments in Nigeria don't give its workers employment letter.

I will assume your son is a minor

Step 1: discuss with the boys mum on your intention and proceed to court to get your custody arrangements.They could grant you sole custody and the mum visiting rights if it is uncontested.

Step 2: Gather supporting documents 1. Court order 2. Sons birth certificate 3.Mums consent letter and ID(passport, driver's license,NIN or Voter's cars)
4. Evidence that you have been responsible for his upbringing (Hospital letter, school letters, receipts/invoices of fees or medical bills paid by you, any evidence of travels you have done together)
5. Pictures
6. Any other additional documents you can provided, the evidence are numerous

Please I was trying to make booking for my biometric Last night and the only available date I got was 30th December for prime time which I paid for my spouse and i.

Is there a way to do walk in before that day and do my biometric?

Also my pof will expire soon , I have paid and submitted my visa and iHS applications. Should I be less worried about oanda rate


Can I takeout my pof since we are not even close to 30th and run the POF again from the 30th when application review starts.


Please can someone just clarify so I get the best option not to resume January late.

Does anyone depend on the MA for their day to day expenses? If yes then state so and who,if No then state so

Also,there was no need to lie about your dependants to your Uni.They can't stop you from coming with your dependants

Please, during visa application, in the space that asks if anyone is depending you financially. What is the right thing to pick if POF (including hers and the husband) is in Ma's account? Wife is MA. Whereas, information submitted to school was No Dependant.
