So what you have is a transit visa you have to transit only(usually a one-time use) unless changed.

When you have settled in and gotten your BRP you can then apply for a short stay visa and visit France. At that point please ensure you go with your BRP

Incorrect, there will always be an NSF before refusal.
The ECO will not outrightly deny a Dependant visa. They will request for the statement with specific dates that matches the MA and Dependant's application

In most cases the people that recycled funds will not be able to provide that statement and will CHOP their refusal quickly

In this case it is better to wait and not confuse the ECO with documents not relevant to the dependant for now unless requested for, then they can provide it.

For an MA that has been here for months, I am not expecting a full statement for POF, there should be more invoices to show he has used funds for his maintenances.

Most people that had a refusal for recycling funds never ever say the full story. The ECO has guidance documents to work with

Have you submitted your application?

Did you include a reference or employment letter from your current work? That holds more weight than the CV even if it was omitted.

If you have then that should be fine,I won't worry too much anyway

If you can include the letter from your employment (Reference, appointment or confirmation) during your biometrics then that will be great

There should be evidence of tuition fees paid and receipt from rent, bills(if it is not included) and randomly selected receipts for groceries,clothing, books etc. These should be your evidence if requested for, the MA should scan them duly and should have a cover letter to explain them to the ECO

Only submit it if requested for via NSF

Good day house. I just received a conditional offer for a Graduate Certificate at Ulster University, Birmingham Campus.
The issue is I wanted to do a premasters with the hope of furthering with the masters program since i finished with a 3rd Class.
So I applied for the Graduate Certificate instead of Extended MSc and got a conditional offer.
Should I just do a fresh application for Extended MSC? Or I can write them to extend the Graduate Certificate to Extended?

Why will you be presenting your father in law's account?

1.Each applicant will submit their application individually, so your wife her father's statement and for you,your own account

2. Refer to No1.
Please look at different timeline and documents people here have posted

Generally as a Dependant it will be your TB certificate, Bank statement showing POF and your proof of relationship to the MA(marriage certificate, investment and/or bills paid together, hospital letter attesting to both, pictures before during and after your wedding -The list is endless

You haven't really understood my previous response

I asked why is the POF leaving? If it is for school purposes i.e paying fees or rent then keep your evidence for this. If the ECO wants an up to date statement you can resend your statement and attach the evidence for what left the account and the purpose it was used for.

Also,you may need it if the border patrol officers are interested in that when you arrive.

If it is not for school purposes then I have NO COMMENT

Yes you can with today's rate if you are sure that is what it is on Oanda

You can use multiple bank statements as long as the rule of minimum 28days is met on both accounts

Your document checklist should have both statements as your financial evidence so include them during your application

Ensure the relevant consent letter to use the statements from either HO website and/or yours is attached

Good morning all, please I need advice . The proof of fund needed for my family of 4 is 14.915,000 as at today’s rate . What we have is 14,972,000. Please note that this is in Two different bank accounts (one is 8,370,000. The other is 6.602,000). The MA already applied for visa on December 1. Is it okay to submit three dependant’s application today (this will mean submitting Two bank statements for two of the dependants during biometric). We don’t want to start adding money and recounting from day 1 again ?

Patience is a virtue

Make a paid call if you haven't gotten a feedback or NSF by Monday or Tues next week and ask for escalation to the person you speak to on the phone

Are you using your POF for school purposes?like paying for your fees or accommodation (not flight)

If yes,then have an evidence of what was done i.e form A or rent agreement and receipt

If No, you are ON YOUR OWN

Going with your dependant has nothing to do with the timeline

Some ECO's have had the choice of looking at a Dependant application same time with MA (on priority)but it is not compulsory to do so.

PGDIP is a level 7 course BUT you need confirm if the structure of his course is at RQF level to bring a Dependant.

When you pay your visa fee it is automatically on a standard basis unless you request for priority which you do when booking your appointment on TLS

So yes your visa fee puts you on a standard category if that makes sense

Did you confirm that the dates are correct?

No it doesn't affect your visa decision, if the figures are incorrect you will be sent a link at a later time for the balance.
