How many years study gap do you have and what fraction of it does your present work cover?

Pls if someone has worked in 2 places before the present job , do I need to get references from those places (which I m sure not possible for me to get but I ve their termination letters) or I will just mention them in my cv then only present reference from only my present place of work to take care of my study gap. Your IHS and visa fee shouldn't be part of your POF,those are separate and you should be able to pay for them without it affecting your POF

If the ECO sends an NSF requesting an updated statement with relevant dates what will you do? A big risk for refusal.

Cleared balance should mean funds are available to you.Sometimes both words are used interchangeably

I think it should be fine,if you are still concerned please speak to your bank

17. Six months Bank Statements (Proof of fund to sit in the account for 28days before the biometric appointment date)
18. Proof of ownership of your residential house
19. Landed Property: Proof of Ownership, Valuation document and rental Income (if applicable)

I and my Main applicant had our biometrics on Nov 2. She got a brp mail exactly 2 weeks after biometrics and a passport collection mail a day after. I on the other hand got a brp mail 3 weeks after(Nov 24) but till now, no passport collection mail. I have called and done the paid mail thing but to no avail. I got the Sheffield escalation mail on Monday but till now nothing has changed. I am thinking of visiting the TLS center, do you think it is a good idea?

You have already sent his passport so not sure what advise you need.
Whether it is enough will depend on the ECO

You could have

1.Included your divorce letter clearly stating joint parental responsibility and child care arrangements

2. A letter plus passport from the father stating his consent and travel arrangements plans to ensure he keeps up with his end of parental responsibility

3. Your cover letter explaining the situation so it's clear what the arrangements are

4. Additional documents from perhaprs the court stating this arrangement is feasible- Almost like an affidavit but signed by a proper Judge or someone in that capacity

5.Letters from your dependant previous school or hospital attesting to same arrangements.

The list is inexhaustible

My dependent just got NSF, and am confused what to send, I and the father of dependent are not together, but we both have parental responsibility as filled in uk application. The father is a US citizen. I just sent the father’s us passport. But am thinking that might not do because with us passport u can only stay in uk without visa for 6mths. So they will need more or to show that mother is sole responsibility, which was stated otherwise in application and interview.

will the US passport be ok? Or it might be denial for the dependent? Or I get sole responsibility from court( but filled both divorced have parental responsibilities)and attached agn,After attaching us passport today

Is this the standard bank statement format for visa purposes from first bank??

If yes then it should be fine,

If no please get the statement from the bank

One last question, while uploading documents before biometrics for my child, I forgot to add the downloadable consent form from the visa website but I was able to upload a typed consent letter signed by both parents, since we are all using the same account as POF which is a joint account.

Hope this won't pose a problem for the child visa approval?

MA did bio on the 30th November and got credibility interview invite from home office this week Tuesday.
Interview has been done. I am the dependent. I did my bio yesterday and I was given a UK sim card after bio,( TLS Ikeja, standard)

MA is yet to get any email and when we tracked it is still showing that application is in DMC.

Does me getting a UK SIM card imply that decision for MA has been made and it was successful?

what was the rate on the 6th Dec?That is what you should be concerned with not today.

On the 6/12/2022 you should have checked it and confirm if you can proceed and plan your next line of action.

Looking at it, it was N18,311,616, and if you had N18M that means you didn't meet this condition, a risk for refusal

As @Gloriyah said, please reschedule your biometrics and pay more fees and request an updated CAS

Or take the risk and proceed

No, I paid for IHS on the 6th of December, MY POF is 33,677£.
When I started my POF I only needed 17.6m Naira and I had 18m Naira in my bank statements, As at today POF required is 18.250M Naira.

Hello guys. I'm currently on my visa application. I would like to clarify three things.
1) I'm unmarried, I have a girlfriend but we don't share the same address. I plan to come back and get married so that she can apply for visa within the first 6 months of my stay there.
On the relationship status field, I picked unmarried partner instead of single.
Is this correct?
2) The section Additional information about your application. Do I need to fill anything there?
NB: I have CAS ready, pof is in my name, no dependant, no prior travel history. There's no special circumstance to my application.
3) Which tls center handles standard application faster Ikeja or VI (My course start date is 30th Jan)

You getting an NSF and your MA not getting doesn't mean your MAs application has not been looked at

Sometimes NSF is sent if more time is needed, you didn't need to send a paid mail asking if you need to provide documents when it wasn't requested from you.

Trust that the ECO knows their job and will do the right thing.On your end be patient

I'm a dependant who did bio @TLS Abuja with MA (My wife) and child on Nov 23rd (Standard). I got an NSF mail that requested nothing from me while the MA and child dependant are yet to receive any feedback since bio date.

Did a paid mail to know if I'm to provide any additional document as nothing was stated in the NSF Mail. The response was still that I should wait.

Im just wondering why a dependant is getting reviewed 1st while MA is yet to get any response.

MA has also done paid mail, no decision has been reached. This one tire person.

If I were her I will challenge that decision if funds were not recycled, however,since it was it would have lead to the same decision
