Yes but you have to ensure you include lots of evidence to show your relationship is substantial before, during and after your marriage ceremony.

If you check few pages back you will see examples of documents to provide.

But I do not have the Third Party Consent form as I have read in some past post?

You need to provide additional documents before,during and after your marriage.

Add a cover letter explaining your relationship(how long you were together before getting married) and the additional documents you are providing for the caseworker to understand

You can include Bank statements, bills jointly paid together, previous rent paid ,medical letter showing your address and attesting to your joint record, any investment if applicable.

Then Include ongoing WhatsApp logs, emails , text, call logs, ongoing bank statements if they are still running, bills still paid in both names

The pictures you provide should not just be during the ceremony,you should have pictures when dating throughout the span of your relationship, if you do ,add them too

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.
Please provide further evidence of your relationship to the main applicant as you have only submitted a marriage certificate dated 2022. The fact you have demonstrated your marriage took place does not act as independent corroboration you are in an ongoing, subsisting relationship.

When applying she uploaded our marriage certificate and wedding pictures , and still received that What else can we upload at this moment please help I don’t know what else to upload that would make them approve her visa help us please

I Started calculating my POF from Nov 4. I even had extra cash just incase of fluctuations but with the current Oanda rate the funds I had from the November 4 won’t be enough but I’ve had inflows since then.Do I need to start counting another 28 days? What if the rate keeps on going higher?

You might either request for more time after the deadline or consider the next intake so you can get this resolved

They refused to give us CAS(family of 3) because the date of birth on transcript was captured as 02/12 instead of 12/02 and we went back to the school dey are just telling stories and the final date for CAS is 5th of December and today is 3rd

If these are your activities since your last study gap please submit them do not skip or randomly select any.

Your NYSC,reference letter from work, CAC are all evidence, none is more important than the other

The credibility interview was compulsory before COVID, and was stopped. It is now being gradually returned and it isn't based on study gap

It's not a random selection, it's based on your study gap.
The interview is to confirm if you're really going for studies the number of student abandoning studies and jumping over to skilled worker's visa is increasing. They're trying to curb it according to a report I read.

Please, I was able to book my biometrics appointment date but now want to pay for priority, its then asking me to reselect another appointment date, and no good dates are coming forward. Please, is it not possible to upgrade to from standard to priority without choosing another biometrics date? If its possible, please how can this be done?

1. She can use her maiden name,your marriage certificate and other documents will be the proof of your relationship

2. She will need to havea court order declaring her the sole custody before she can apply for her child dependant

1, My wife is the main applicant and we got married 2021, her passport and all other documents are in her father's surname, my question is when applying to schools should we use my surname as "Mrs" or her surname as "Mrs". We only have our marriage cert has proof of been married.

2, She has a child before we got married with another man and the child bears the father's surname, will the different surnames not going to be an issue in our application.

Concealing information is not ideal, there are Unis that will give you admission even with previous refusal and some won't

Just remember to always do the right thing

Today is bang on 28th

If your eyes are set on the rates for today please proceed as it is Day 28

Worse case scenario is that you get an NSF requesting for another up-to-date statement which you should be able to provide .Atleast the rate you will be judged with is today's

Please I need your help, with your experience would you say submitting a statement from 4th of November to 1st of December is 28th days? I counted from 1st of August to 28th of August which a friend used and there was equal number of days between them. The major problem I have now is that, my POF would not be usable by tomorrow because the OANDA rate for tomorrow would be higher making my POF unsable as the rate increase from the 3rd of November until now already wiped out my 1m caution. But for today's rate, it's still okay but due to the financial announcements in the USA yesterday, the pounds would gain against the dollar from today which means the Naira will suffer a decline against the pounds from Tomorrow rate. Please is the 4th of November to 1st of December sufficient? Lump sum was 3rd of November. Thanks in anticipation.

Note: The second option is to pay more school fees but my school takes forever to update CAS and I'm honestly behind schedule.
