Can I ask why you are repeating TB test in 2 hospitals?

Is the process in Q-life not the same and will it not require the 9weeks wait?

Will you not still have to wait for either IOM or Q-life eventually??

As regards this, I want to book an appointment at Q-life next week Monday and I also did another chest x-ray at a different hospital today just to be sure and it came out clear, the doctor said I don’t have tb anymore. Pls hope the test I’m about to do at Q-life does not affect the pending one I have at IOM.

My apologies then, I thought you had not declared all

A cover letter stating the omission and the date of the remaining refusal can be added

It should be fine, much better than not declaring all

I declared 4 refusals . 3 Uk and 1 US. I have always declared 1 US refusal along with my Uk refusals in the past 3 Uk visit applications in 2012,2014 and 2016.

It seems you have to meet the conditions before the deposit, however,keep an eye on any Information from your Uni incase it changes

Thank you for your swift response ma. University of Plymouth. Did a background check back and forth but all I could get was 2000 initial deposit for 2022 and that’s for undergraduate program. Nothing under postgraduate taught. I want to start my Form A as soon as possible . Is it after Unconditional admission has been met before I can see all the full details?

2 US and 3Uk Visa refusal and only declared 1

You had already taken the decision to conceal the others. Not sure why you want an advice now

What will you state in your cover letter as a reason to not declare the others??and why do you think the ECO should consider that cover letter and not you concealing information?

A cover letter can help but declaring it in your application would have been the best bet. It is left for the ECO to decide.Hopefully it goes in your favour

Goodafternoon . Please I would like to know your thoughts on this . I had 2 US undergraduate visas in 2010. I applied maybe within a week of each application . I’m not sure of the timeline again as I don’t have the refusal letters or stamps on my passport.Now I also have 3 Uk visit visa refusals after then. Fortunately I requested for my file from ukvi which they sent to me. Looking through it I see that I only declared one US refusal all these while and it was never brought up in refusal letters as a reason for refusal. have already filled my visa form and submitted which I only filled one refusal . But it just occurred to me that because it’s a student visa if they will check and confirm that it’s two instead of one. Should I upload a cover letter indicating that I’ve had 2 is visa refusals or just continue with the one . Urgent response pls . My biometrics is tomorrow. Thank you

There are criteria's/ pre courses/ evidence of experience or volunteering that non-nursing background can take to get in

Got a Mail from Sheffield Student Amendment’s Team that My Application has been decided Today after sending an Enquiry mail.

Did a paid call immediately to be sure of the status i was told Application still awaiting decision.

Is it that, those in-charge of Paid calls System have not been updated or what could be happening?

There is TLS, the embassy and DMCs

What happens in-between is story for another day but to respond to your comment

You might be partly correct however the security levels of a visa vigenette can't be left in the hands of TLS staff

I put that for the OPs in lay man's terms.

An applicant details are rather electronically transferred from TLS to DMCs (Which I read are located in the U.K, Sheffield and Liverpool to be precise) and then electronically transferred back to TLS

If yes, you have approx 2weeks plus to meet this condition, I doubt the Uni will be that patient

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we couldn't fund the account for POF until the 11th of November. The CAS deadline is the 25th (Friday) and the funds are not yet matured (28days).

2. The wordings of the consent letter will guide you and confirm who should sign the applicable letters, for the kids it can be signed by both parents

3. You will need more than a CV if you have study gaps...pending on what you were doing, employment, promotion,, confirmation letters or CAC and TAX if you were self employed

So I downloaded the Third party Declaration form From the UKVI site, I thought I downloaded during application for child visa, but I couldn't find it on my system. I hope its not wrong to download from their site, it looks the same.


Concerning the 3rd Party Declaration forms, is this just for the children or for all dependants?

Also is it only the MA/sponsor that is required to sign this or there are places where the mum and dad is supposed to sign together?? E.G THE part 2 (screenshot attached)

Do I need to attach CV for study gap??

If your sister has a study gap of over 5years since her last degree she will need to submit an evidence of her activities since then

If she is self employed then business registration and tax documents will be required.

If she has less than 5years then she won't need to be concerned about this
