2. No, most not all sole custodies usually come with visiting rights for the father.Her letter of consent should explain who she is, who he is, why she can't bring them herself and consent that she is happy for him to bring them, think of it from an angle of safety and trust

If it gets too complicated please talk to a proper lawyer

It doesn't relate to POFs although everyone assumes so

You can have the dependant POF in his account. There is no rule to say it should be in the MAs

If the dependant POF is in a separate account that is in your name, you have to provide a separate letter of consent confirming they have access to it

To answer you question

1. If you add it ,you have to restart the count (minimum 28days) for your dependant

2. Yes plus for dependant it is usually to prove their relationship with the MA

When applying for my dependent that when I realize I should have added his POF which is my other account where I have his own POF, but the account is in my name. Also, I used a different account for my CAS and Application.

QUESTION:
1. Please, how can I go about adding his POF?
2. Can I submit his POF with my documents at TLS because I already uploaded and submitted my application

If your wife is financially dependent on you then you can include her name.if not then just your kids

If you decide to use the MAs account then the POF for dependant is added to whatever is left of the MAs account(remember to start your count appropriately)

The MA should be able to provide if and when requested by the ECO necessary documents to show how his maintenance (fees and upkeep so far) has been spent.
There's no need to add or remove,it should be there already

I would prefer the POF in the Dependant's account to keep things simple and clear,then evidence of whatever is in the MAs account and relevant receipts for bills paid can be provided if requested by the ECO to check that the POF is not recycled

During the Dependant's application you don't need to attach the fees paid please. Focus on the application as a Dependant and proving your relationship (whether partner or child)

Good morning all. Please help on how to calculate pof for 2 dependant joining the main applicant in uk. We want the pof in the MA account. Are we to remove the school fee he has paid and upkeep for the months he has spent from his own and add for the 2 dependant. Or it has to be the total of upkeep plus sch fee.
Also, during visa application are we to attach evidence of the sch fee and upkeep that has been paid or deducted.

( walk in) for the appointment time for 12:30 and 1pm

Try and see if they will allow you in without that, hopefully they are kind enough to do so

I am asking because I paid my visa fees on 14th Nov and my POF was still within the range but as from 16th NOV my POF fell below as a result of the fluctuations and I am to attend my biometrics on 21st NOV (assisted service). I paid an additional fee towards my tuition on 15th Nov which was updated on my CAS on 16th Nov so calculating with the current remaining tuition balance and living expenses, the amount on my POF is still enough. The visa category is student visa. The account holding my POF (complete) is a busy one. I transact on it all the time.

Since I also use it to receive money which can be up to 1m at one deposit, could it be considered as lump sum? Remember my POF is complete and it is not adding to my POF.

AND if the said amount is considered as lump sum, would I need to write a cover letter explaining what's it's meant for?

No Uni will issue a CAS before deposit

Deposit is what secures your place firmly in the Uni. When you get to the stage of the deposit you must have in most cases met other conditions.

At that point the main reason for a refund will be if there are no spaces for your course in that session

Not all NSF comes with refusal,most on this thread have gotten their visa approved after receiving NSF and perhaps providing the additional documents the ECO requests

The only sign for a refusal is the actual refusal itself via an email

Simply put, flexi is what you should be after but it only applies for an early date/time from your biometrics day not later.

Later will mean you have missed it and will need to cancel your application and repeat the process or risk having your application refused

Yes UKVI will refund your IHS to the account the payment was made from unless instructed otherwise.

In this case since you have confirmed this has been paid, it now becomes a case between you and your agent

Unfortunately there's nothing UKVI or your Uni can do since they acted on your behalf unless it is a rep for your UnI then perhaps you can go through them and request they intervene(very slim chance)

If they aren't reps from your Uni then you have to find a way to get it out from them.

I relocated to the UK over a year ago and the travel processes was done by a travel company in Nigeria. We were eligible for IHS refund, so i informed the designated agent assigned to us when we did out travel arrangment in Nigeria to inform her that i will be applying for the refund, she told me to provide proof once i have applied because the Uk gov will only refund the IHS to originating account that IHS is paid from which happens to be from the MD and his wife account. The refund has been approved and credited into their various account since september this year and the company is not having a turn around saying they do not process refund and do not involve themselves with IHS refund. All i want is for my IHS refund to be paid to me by the travel company since it has been credited into their account.

Please i need help or advice to go about getting my IHS refund from this people. The company have decided to stop responding to our emails claiming our file has been closed. I have all the evidence including transaction details.

I'm new on Nairaland. It's my VISA application that brought me here.
I did my biometrics on the 15th (this Tuesday) _Priority Service. I got a mail from UKVI for additional documents of what I did after my graduation year in 2015.( such as my employment and reference letters) and a non straightforward mail(2mails at once) yesterday around 12:24pm. I replied the mail 5pm that same yesterday after getting the reference letters and my employment letters.

QUESTIONS
1.Does that mean the documents they requested is what made my application non straightforward?
2.What should be my next step of action if I don't hear feedback from them today.
3.Hope I am safe cos I've not been able to sleep since that yesterday.
4. Will my reply be also treated with the initial priority service I paid for?

My CAS states that I provided my degree certificate and student Academic Record to get admission. The issue I have is, the transcript I submitted to the school is student copy (No signature or stamp anywhere on it).
The official transcript is taking too much time to obtain although they are promising next week.

1. Can I use the student copy(no signature or stamp) to apply for the Visa or I must have the official transcript?
2. Since they are promising next week ( I sincerely pray), should I apply so I can get a close biometric date but choose assisted service so I don't need to upload documents until biometric date when the official transcript may have come? And incase the official transcript doesn't come will they allow black and white student copy transcript at assisted service??

3. Can i upload documents after choosing self-service before my biometric date or i cant edit again?
can I switch from assisted service to Self-service or vice versa??

Bear in mind that they may request for a copy of your own POF to confirm the funds are not recycled

In that case you can provide relevant receipts showing your expenses on rent,bills, groceries etc and balance of what's left in your statement

At the bolded are you going for a Frist degree or postgraduate (Masters) degree?

If you are going for another first degree may I ask WHY?

If you intend to ignore your BSc may I ask what your evidence for study gap will be? What will you show as activities you have been doing since your SSCE?

Are you using self service or assisted service

With self service then you don't need to convert it,
For assisted service yes please, make a colored copy of your NYSC certificate for TLS to scan on your behalf, still go with the original
