If Yes, you should have stated that in your application even if you weren't travelling with them at the point

If No, the onus is on your wife's application and a proper cover letter as to why they were omitted from your application and hope that the ECO is satisfied with that

Along with enough evidence to show they are your child dependants

Is the MA already in the UK and how long was the MAs visa issued?

It is possible that the ECO will want to see the POF for MA if the dates are too close, that will be requested through NSF

If this is asked,the MA can prepare relevant bank statements (Nigeria/UK), tuition invoices/receipts, accommodation agreement/rent payment, and random invoices where applicable and submit to show POFs were not recycled

What if there are delays and the target to get the new one in December is delayed?

I personally will advise you get the new passport if the answer to my first question is a yes

Quote that your BRP mail has been received and then this recent email to resubmit your passport

Inform them that you didn't make such request and you will like a proper clarification on these events

Did you opt for the keep my passport service and do you have it with you? If you don't then there's nothing to submit

This could be a clear admin error

You have to speak to your school about this

Send them an evidence of your flight booking and confirm they are happy for you to arrive 2daya after enrollment

Some schools are very flexible on this some are not but please send the email today

I am not an agent. I am only celebrating what God did for me and I didn't deceive UKVI. Probably I didn't explain it better.

I started my POF August 8th, after 33 days, I printed my statement of account but couldn't apply for visa immediately. The POF has matured during this period even before applying.

I hope this clears up everyone's doubts.

Please I got an empty nsf on the 5th day after my biometrics..my bank called me two days later to tell me that UK embassy sent them mail asking if my statement of account is genuine. Today makes it 10 working days and anxiety wants to kill me here.

Please can I do a paid call/mail today being the 10th day or I should wait till after the 15 days??

A quick search on cranfield website- go to international page - and Nigeria will give you a basic information you will require.

If you have an undergraduate degree in Nigeria you don't need proof of English (see attached screenshot)

2. POF is standard for both schools so yes

Im seeing a good opportunity for me to get an Msc straight after my HND..

But I've been advised to let her study while I work.

That's good that you have your original certificate and an additional attestation document

One application shouldn't be enough to take that sort of decision

Back to your question, what is your first degree, what course are you planning on studying for master's?

I have the original certificate. Its just the transcripts that's the issue. I even got an attestation from my school that I finished from there. Just the results sheet absent from my file.
I have a conditional offer already from BCUIC and couldn't make it because of the transcripts.
Is there any school that doesn't ask for transcripts?

Do you have your certificate from your Uni??

You can use that for your admission process for Uni's that accept certificates.

Why would you throw over 4years of your life away and start paying for fees for another 4years because of this?

What will be your excuses for study gap if you don't have a BSc?

I would prefer you take your time and get your documents than repeat a full degree because of this, unless you have/had issues with the school then that's different

Do you have your court order that clearly indicates who has custody?

If you do then that's fine,she can apply as your dependant, you will need the court order showing custody arrangements, your divorce papers(if applicable) and consent letter and ID from her birth mum

Supporting documents from her school and hospital can be added if you are responsible for that.

2. UKVI can confirm your records with HMRC and other bodies and will know that you have breached your previous visa conditions when applying for any other type of visa or ILR and may refuse you
