Print out your colored copy and certify them as true copy(CTC) or request for the copy in your Uni and WAEC and do same

If you want to go with the angle that you need to start school then you would be applying for student visa and not dependent visa under your father.
So these are not same scenarios in my humble opinion
You were denied a child dependent visa because your mom didn’t apply and your dad is not with sole custody.
There is a lady I believe here that said she wont be going with her husband and would go with her kids, she did post a visa alert. Maybe find her and let your parents reach out to her dm to find out what extenuating circumstances she listed that ukvi let her go

You should be concerned about your 10years study gap, as long as you meet the stipulated minimum 28days POF that should be fine. You can use either account


For your study gap, can you provide an evidence for the contract job and a recommendation from the tailor in addition to the certificate?

The recommendation from the tailor should include the dates you worked/interned/studied with them

Or betterstill should I use my husband's account for POF, cos am the MA,while my husband and 2children are my dependants. My study gap is 10years

The answer should be Yes based on the additional instruction since your husband will be applying as a dependant and supplying maintenance

When it comes to POF and statement you can't use an extended family for study visa. In this scenario your minor is relying on her dad's account

Please select Yes, download the consent letter and your husband should sign it and upload it during documents upload

I am just confused. Someone else said my husband isn’t a third party, so answer should be yes. Said 3rd party is like an extended family, like my father etc.

If I click on yes, a 3rd party declaration(family consent) form pops up that need to be downloaded and filled but if I click on no, I don’t need to fill the form.

Print both and use a highlighter to draw the ECOs attention to your expenses on your UK account

A cover letter to explain what you are highlighting will be useful

Keep them ready incase your dependants get an NSF for you to provide this

I have a concern that I want experienced folks to give a head up.

I am about to begin my visa application together with my family. However, I might have to do it separately because the pof for the entire family application will not be available at the time I proposed to apply. Therefore, I plan to put up my application as soon as my CAS arrives and maybe, after three weeks, send in my dependants application when thier pof also matures.

Hello all, someone told me there is a 2 year nursing degree program for international students in some UK universities. The program entails 2 years; first year for BSc and second year for Masters ( one is getting two degrees after completion), specifically for international students who already have any degrees in any area of discipline from their home come. The program was designed because UK was short of nurses.
I went online for further research but couldn't find any thing about the program. I only saw an ordinary 2 year nursing degree program for international students (without the alleged masters). Does any one here know anything concerning this program??

You should be able to get your passport within a week or 2 of withdrawing your application, I know there are delays on TLS end

I would prefer you use same account for both purposes just so it ties in with what you had previously submitted to your Uni

Can you send a copy of the fidelity to them so they are aware you are submitting that account.

It's up to you to advise that the additional funds are for your dependants

Please, I used my own funds in my old account (access bank) for POF to give to school showing only the Main applicant fund just to get my CAS. But I intend using another bank(fidelity) for POF for me and my entire family at the visa stage.

I couldn’t book my TB test on the IOM website so I sent them an email. After days of waiting for a response, I called their office and the agent I spoke to said I couldn’t book online because I have done the test before and that they could only book me for an appointment when it is 2weeks before my first TB Certificate expiration date (which expires next month). Just some hours later, I got a response to my email that confirmed my appointment for next week Wednesday.
I will like to know if there won’t be an issue if I attend my appointment as scheduled because I will be traveling to Lagos for it.
My UK Tuberculosis test certificate is the only thing left for me to apply for my visa.

Will this be partner or child dependant?

It's same as what you will submit for study dependant the only difference is you need details of the COS.

Partner it will be:
1. Marriage certificate, and evidence of relationship so pictures, chats,bills , investment,joint bank statements, etc.

2. Evidence of £285 maintenance for 28days

3. The usual IHS and visa


For kids it iwill be birth certificate and family photos, you could add letters from schools and hospitals and maintenance will be different £315 for ist child and additional £200 for second child

For instance, I opened my account in Aba, Abia State and I am presently in kano at the moment, so when calling, will they call the Aba branch(where I opened the account) or the kano branch where I printed the account statement?
