What you have is a visa vigenette that should get your dependants into the UK.There is nothing to correct with this

After 10days or so of entry they should pick up their BRP, that will have the correct visa end dates

Ensure they arrive before the vigenette expires

However, visa expiry date seems to be wrong. It says Visa Valid from 14/09/22 and Valid until 13/12/2022 (2022, this year December).

1. It will depend on your Uni,some Uni's don't need transcripts. if you have your certificate use that to start the admission process.


2.Academic reference will have to come from your Uni, a lecturer writing so should be fine

With CAC an email to just activate it is not enough,the reason you have an inactive status is because you have not filed your annual returns

Please go to CAC to get it sorted or get a lawyer to do so on your behalf.

I can not renew your passport as long as it's not yet expired even if it's remaining one day to expire.if u really need a new passport, common sense is to go to any police station and get a report certificate on missing international passport (about 10k),with the police report, u go straight to court and swear affidavit. With the police stuff and ya affidavit, u go to immigration and apply for lost passport.. I will advice u to go to immigration headquarters at Abuja. Within 2 weeks, u will get new passport

Please,I seriously need your help on UK Student visa application. Biometric was done on the 25th of July in Abj, I made my first paid mail on the 23rd of September, no decision taken. I escalated it on 24th of September, I was told to wait for 15 working days. Meanwhile, after the escalation I was requested to send my date of birth and email address, which I did. I made another paid mail on the 1st of September and it was still awaiting decision. I have been making paid calls each week till now and yet awaiting decision. I made a paid call on the 16th of September and it was escalated again. Am so worried,this is the 8th week of waiting. Though I have completed online pre-enrolement but my school gave 3rd October as a deadline for joining. What could be responsible for this long and unusual delay? Is there anything else to do? Anyone who has passed through same experience and what was the outcome?

It doesn't work that way

Unless you have fully adopted her then that's fine, if you decide to go down that route her natural parents won't have a right over her.
