Pls can you advice me on this issue. As dependant I have received my passport. My spouse is yet to get hers even if we both got collection mail same day. It's been over 8 days now. I've called DHL more times than I can count. They still say that TLS hasn't given it to them. I've written TLS and they said they have sent it out. I try to track it using the tracking number and the only thing I see is the date of our biometrics. Do I need to be worried? Help pls.

I got my CAS yesterday evening from Uni of Sunderland for January intake. I plan of applying for visa towards ending of this month of October.

My questions are;

(1.) The bank statement I used for POF which is my mom’s to get my CAS was printed from 7th September to 4th October which is 28days.
Can I use that same printed bank statement to apply for my visa which will be towards ending this month of October??

(2.) My mom who’s my sponsor removed a lump sum from the account on the 4th of October which is the 28th days from the account after it was printed which makes the required funds fall way below the minimum needed funds required for visa. Upon my displeasure, she returned it back to the account that same day.
Can I go ahead with the account or start another 28days again due to the transaction??

Will be very grateful for responses please as am confuse right now..

The 28th days question should also apply to when you made your application

For a 23rd September, you are looking at 22nd October for both application and printing(I added an extra day). Ensure you do your biometrics before the 22nd of November otherwise you will need to print an up to date statement

Any immigration changes if at all won't affect you because your application has been made.

As long as the application was made before your visa expires you should be fine.

Sorry to hear this

1. You will get your IHS refunded but the visa application fee will depend on the stage, in most cases it wont be refunded if you have done your biometrics

2. If it is decided and you don't travel you won't get a refund for both IHS and visa application fees

Thank you for your query from the information you have provided, we have escalated your case to the relevant department on 05-10-2022 and you should be contacted within 15 working days.

Please wait until the 15 working days have passed before contacting the service again as we are unable to do anything further before this time."

Should I withdraw my application and apply for a new one or I should wait till they bring back my passport before making a new application?

That will be £680 outside London or £845 inside London per month for 9moths.

That sounds like a plan but please be aware of the clause on both parents applying at the same time, hopefully you can defend that their dad holds a US passport and will be visiting without needing a UK visa

Just a quick one, if I submit an application to NYSC to get it corrected(will also have to submit the old cert. in the process) but a new cert. is not printed in time for the visa application, can I still upload a copy of the old cert alongside the evidence of steps taken to have it corrected.

Or is it safe to just omit it entirely since I have a job that fill 5 years from the total study gap of about 8years.
