Mine is a 2.5ltr 6 cylinder engine and it goes for 120k. But the seller has agreed to buy my bad engine for 20k, this means, I'll only pay him 100k for the engine.
While, the small engine of 1.8ltr, which is a 4 cylinder engine goes for 100k.

Sup Bro. In my opinion, the cost of maintenance is not the ish rather, the availability of the qualified mechanic to handle the mechanical issues around you.
Even though, I'm about to change the engine of my car by January, I think she served me well for the years that I've owned her.
Mine is a 325 2002 model and the fuel consumption is fair when compared with the likes of Honda and Toyotas with v6.
Pls when you are buying a Car, be pationate about what you want, that will ginger you in taking good care if her best.
More so, you rearly find fake BMW parts, and most of the parts are relatively cheap. The last time I changed a pair of my front shock absorber in my e46, i bought a Belgium type for 6k and till date I've not had any reason to change it again.

If your buying a Nigerian used, that I can't guarantee as it might have been abused by a none beema mechanic. But you can still get a good Beema mechanic you know to help you ascertain the true state of the Car.

Hello bro, If you don't mind, what has your experience with the e46 been like? I don;t care about the cost of maintenance, per se, but the fuel consumption. I am thinking of getting one, but my neighbour tells me his e46 325i drinks too much fuel. I currently drive a Passat TSI, but i want to opt for something much more compact and cheaper to maintain.

I'm thinking of fuel consumption because of the current situation. The e46 i have in view is the 325i.

So people have said that Dangote will buy crude oil from the government at international price, but since he'll be refining it at our backyard here ("Lekki), am I right to assume there'll be no extraneous expenses such as shipping/landing costs, at least as it pertains to distribution in Nigeria (because I'm guessing he'll sell to neighboring countries)

So if there are no too much extra expenses, does this mean that that fuel price would be generally cheaper?

Usually caused by sludge. I struggled with this problem as late as last month. Apparently, its common on TSIs. You need to clean out the while passage way of the oil. I won't recommend the mechanic i used because he ended up destroying stuff in my car that I'm still fixing. Clean out the oil sludge.

The gear doesn't affect the speed or anything. Honestly, the car is a dream to drive. Mostly smooth, bit sometimes when I get too enthusiastic when speeding, it doesn't change so smoothly. Hehe.

Op, if you are in Lagos just go to iyana-Itire and you will have a first hand knowledge before you go with your mechanic. You can also do what they call "counter balance". You sell your old gearbox and add some money to the one you want to buy. besides what exactly is wrong with it?

The former owners mechanic poured wrong gear oil in it. So now the switching isn't so smooth after a long while spent driving. I know I still have to change the gear, but I was looking for a second opinion as per the cost and every.

It's an auto car. I can manage it if I want (the owner repaired it and managed it for almost a year), but I feel like I'd have to change it soon. Too embarrassing, the knocking sound it sometimes makes when the shifting isn't smooth.

If you've ever been to Imo. youll know there is always something substandard about everything Rochas builds.

It's like he's just building in order to gather acclaim. His bridges begin to crumble and flake off within months, the roads develop potholes quickly, the government centres he builds are of low quality and this nigga has a problem of flooring the compound of his structures.

A friend gave me a privileged info that they are recruiting. I thanked him dearly and thought I had hit jackpot. Next days I polished my shoes kissed my kid on the forehead and headed for the company with my CV and carefully crafted cover letter. Few weeks later I was called for an interview and I did justice to the interview and impressed the interviewers. I was told I would be selected but that I had to resume month ending however I can move into a mini flat within the company premises because the work will require some days of night working.

I was happy at least my people we see daddy as scarce. I packed some of my things and started enjoying my new cribs. Few days to the end of the month I decided to ask the HR how much my pay would be and he told me 80k. I immediately felt like crying. 80k can't possibly sustain me, my wife, my kid and my galfriend. I told him outrightly that it was too small. He then said he will ask his boss so he can add something then he will get back to me tomorrow.

My question is how do I reject this job that I already accepted with a firm hand shake. And how do I suddenly park my bag and baggages out of the premises. I am so confused.

Palm oil is mostly imported. People who sell these thing also have to buy cars, clothes etc from people who have to import it with a high dollar. If they sell their garri cheaply, how will they be able to afford the new price of other things. Think.

I work in a big and very valuable organisation. I attended my job interview in native wear. I looked so hot that my interviewer took my tailor's phone number. You may not get away with it for a bank job, but I have never attended a serious interview in English clothes. I don't have a good frame for suit, but i dazzle in native.
