You have presented well over four reasons ![]() |
Where is he? Oloshi |
This is a proof that we are not a terrorist state. After all we haven't bombed anything and our Government has never deem it fit to curb violence like this in the past. The aszhole almajiris had always gotten away with their acts why shouldn't they attempt it again? Thank God the christian people are wising up everyday to resist unjust attacks on them. |
Why all the analysis? Face me I face you is better ![]() |
This is a JAMB question o |
The only qualified local coach is Samson Siasia but they won't be able to impose players on him so they will rather go for someone else. How do you explain a Yusuf Mohammed not only making it to the Nation's cup but also playing regularly for the team despite his school boy performance when Chidi Odiah a far better player is on the bench? I wonder the silence of Nigerian media on this. |
The two prophets are neck deep in the scramble for supremacy for the team's success in international competitions. You call guru Maraji a prophet? Are you alright? 2 - 0 becoming 3 - 1? isn't that enough fact that he is fake? |
Mumuni Alao is my all time best analayst. Print and electronic combined. Then this new guy in the block Bada Akintunde Johnson is really impressing. Ade Ojekere too is not doing badly I could have mentioned Mitchel Obi but I observed that he talks with the two sides of his mouth |
Nigeria will beat Mozambique.I Agree with you 100%. We can even win the cup by luck but that will only bring great doom to the nation at the world cup because we will be greatly deceived to think that we have arrived. |
lmao ;d |
Re: Nbc Stops Bakare’s Live BroadcastHow could you be so assertive? can you say for sure it is Dora Akunyili that is behind it? The woman is even in India at the moment on assignment |
You are wrong. see the link I gave. The story was written by somebody called Awenlimobor Sylvester These guys are professionals who live and breath sports. I think they should know a little about what they do or don't you think so? |
@ chidichris Have you read this: http://www.goal.com/en/news/815/african-nations-cup/2010/01/17/1748461/nigerian-comment-doomsday-postponed |
Nigerian Comment: Doomsday Postponed! Shuaibu Amodu can breathe a sigh of relief temporarily after his less than impressive ‘Super’ Eagles managed to scrape out a dour single-goal victory over their regional neighbours, the Squirrels of Benin. But can any Nigerian truly assert that they too can breathe freely? Many football fans would no doubt answer in the negative, as the display of the team was only typical of the level of competence of the man in charge. With this victory, Amodu and his gang of Chicken-breeders have only succeeded in pushing forward doomsday one game further. Though there was a slight improvement in the team’s play relative to the first outing against the current champions, the Pharaohs of Egypt, the team still maintained that incoherent and untidy attitude. The lack of technical play in the team was all too evident, and the team was unable to manage one single counter-attack during the entire game. They were static, with no fluidity amongst the various departments; reflective of Amodu himself, who wore a perplexed expression throughout the game. The Nigerian team’s showing was as interesting as watching paint dry. The side provided little exciting soccer artistry, if they still remember what that is, and it was just the individual determination from certain players that kept the side going. Without any form of prejudice, I boldly assert that the better team lost on the day. The Beninoise team were unfortunate not to have won the game, and a little more experience on their side would have come in handy. Had Stephane Sesegnon and Rasaq Omotoyossi been a tad more clinical in their finishing, the Eagles would have broken through new lows. Danny Shittu was undoubtedly the best player on the Nigerian side, closely followed by Dickson Etuhu, who was doing the quiet and yet dirty job in the middle of the pack. If these two players had not instilled their individual brilliance on the day, Nigerian fans would have been singing a much different song now. Much like the first game, Yakubu Aiyegbeni still continued to show his poor form, missing arguably the best chance of the evening for the Nigerians. My grandmother would have tucked away the sitter he threw away early in the first half. His penalty kick that gave the team the game's goal was also far from impressive, and only the poor judgment from the Beninoise goalkeeper ensured the ball lazily strolled into the back of the net. We should remain truthful to ourselves at this moment. The Nigerian team is still in tatters, and the short-term remedy lies in a total overhaul of the technical bench http://www.goal.com/en/news/815/african-nations-cup/2010/01/17/1748461/nigerian-comment-doomsday-postponed |
times like this, urgent need for drugs like chloroquine is prescibed.LOL ![]() Guy go back to sleep! ![]() Maybe the guys is seeing the opposite in his dream |
seconded |
i am not surprised at everything happening in angola because amodu warned us before he left.LOL ![]() You know that guy, Yusuf, is begining to feel like he his a footballer. That aszhole that is just enjoying the "benefit" of tribalism over a great player like Chidi Odiah. Until the likes of Sunni Lulu and the rest of the aszholes are driven out of Nigerian football management, you will always have an hausa man in a yusuf who will make the team not on merit but on tribal sentiments. |
Siasia is rubbish crap, bullshit. Over age and pure fluke. He neva take a team to d top again. Always losin when it matters most. The problem is nt Amodu, 9jerian players r WACKED. When ivory coast have players in stuggart, hamburg, sevila, chelsea etc. Nigeria have players in dynamo kiev, locomotive moscow, cska, portsmouth, isreali league, bolton reserves etc. What do u expect, no nominee 4 caf player. Nigeria should leave Amodu in charge till afta d worldcup. Lets nt forget how he was robbed afta qualifing 9ja 4 d worldcup and his job given to an ignorant primary sch teacher FESTUS ÖNINGBINDE. For dat sake Amodu should b compensated. I tink is high tyme nigeria consider our BEST EVER dèfensive midfilder, Sunday OLISEH AS COACH OF SUPER EAGLES. He's done well as manager in belgium and is a fantastic reader of d game. U can see and listen to him on BBC.- Don Tonyenovich(the best fm manager in nigeria)Did you hear yourself? |
Now, l am almost amazed when guys come-up and start yawning about a foreign coach!Guy let me tell you one fact, calling for oyinbo coach is not about any color complex, I even think black is more beautiful, or any slavery mentality. What we simply clamour for is the best to handle Nigerian team be it white or black and that best is definitely not Amodu. You could sense that Amodu is dull merely by listening to his various responses to press interviews and the rest. And don't tell me that Berti Vogt is not good , I believe we were not just patient enough for the man because under him even though we were yet to start winning lots of matches, I observed that Eagles were beginning to play like a team. If you doubt me go and get the tape of all our eagles matches under him. Berti had a development plan that we were not patient enough for him to achieve. I personally had began to see the changes before we sacked him just because he lost a match to Ghana at the quarter finals. Now, we are all complaining about eagles not playuing as a team meanwhile that was what Berti was trying to achieve in his time but Nigerians love short-term results without looking at the big picture. That is why we hear some people call Amodu a great coach just because he was winning matches without pattern, tactics and without any performance worth reckoning with. There's only a little that luck will do for you. My own opinion based on my observation |
Planning to take my kids, nephews and nieces out to the Oniru beach. Anyone to give me an idea of how much that is charged to get in? ANy help will be appreciated tonight. Am trying to decide the best beach to take them but am also considering the best price because we are a very large crowwd going and am the one sponsoring. ![]() |
SiaSia has lost twice on the final day (both against Argentina). That is not inspiring. Is it luck or incompetence?Did you watch those matches? Those are the kind of loses that you call gallant loses. You lose and you are still proud of your team In addition, he was clueless in Cairo. His team was leading 2-1 with about 20 minutes leftHave you asked yourself the question, how much time did he spend with the team before he took them to that competition? If I remember, I think it was just 3weeks or so |
twaz Christain chukwu that lost the world cup ticket to Angola in '06 after Angola forced us to a 1 - 1 draw in KANO and hence having the world cup ticket in their hands.Thank you very much for stating that fact |
A WIN IS A WIN JO!!!!!!Are you a member of NFF because the above quoted statement is the type you get from a no future ambitious person. I'm sorry for your life if that is the value you attach to life |
Muri Ogunbiyi won MOM Award no??He deserved to win the MOM Awards. Question, which team was better? For me it was clearly Benin, they were just unlucky to have hit the crossbar twice. Shame on |
so in summary, if it wasn't for that hand-ball, this match would have been a draw. very pathetic.Wait to read the dailies tomorrow and you will read how heroic Amodu will sound about the stupid unconvincing victory |
We have many unpatrotic Nigerians. What a shame!I love Nigeria too whether we win or lose but I will never support mediocirty. This is a mediocre performance and it has no future in this competition |
I thot Berti Vogts was awful.I can't agree with you less. And am so disapointed in Benin Republic that they couldn't punish our super fowls. These days I watch Nigerian matches and instead of being happy after victory, I get more depressed ![]() This is really an all time low footballing period for Nigeria. So so Sad and shameful ![]() |
This is coming from a coach that lost 1-4 to Ghana with Junior Agogo in attack! Are you saying that Amodu is better than him just because of losing a friendly to Ghana? Have you forgotten that Super Eagles scored 10goals in two matches under him? |
Please stop mentioning that ambition-less player Haruna what? |
The poster is a prophet from Kano lol ![]() |
Eagles may return on saturday. Yaradua may never return, I hope not though |
A former Super Eagles coach, Austin Eguavoen, has called on coach Shaibu Amodu to find a solution to the frequent mistakes in his defence.Source: http://punchng.com/Articl.aspx?theartic=Art20100113445367 |
