Funny to say that I have done a lot of businesses even before I got my job, even as I got my job, I still do other side hustle if I say that I am grounded in a lot of business line, I am not making a mistake, . I do these line of business along side my paid job, I do them that most of my colleagues in my office bring customers to me and they also consult me, I had made a move severally to resign my job, but each time I try, I hear something telling me to still give my self a target before resigning, and the target I gave my self was that I must be in my own apartment before I think of resigning, as luck may have it, I moved to my own house this year. I have almost 60% of all equipments I need to start the original business I want to start. But doing business this year been so bad, business environment especially in Nigeria today is not friendly, ask those who have been in business for years they will tell you. Well I am not discouraging you from executing your decision but I will want to ask you this question. Before you talk of resigning have you already started the business you want to resign your job for, if YES, nothing do you. I pray that may God help you.

To the glory of God, I will conclude by saying that I am perfectly healed from Insomnia, I sleep like a new born baby now. Just free your mind, don't develop the fear of, oh my God, this is night again so I won't sleep again, exercise too work, mind work also do magic.

Please just stop taking further drugs especially sedatives, take plenty of water, Honey, take warm glass of milk every night before going to bed, this is not about going to the doctor thing, if you go, the doctor will further worsen your case by giving you more sedatives "sleeping pills", you will have to relax your mind before it develop to serious Insomnia. I suffered chronic insomnia for good 8 years, so I won't even wish my enemy to have a feel of it. Best remedy for it, is the intake of traditional stuff, cos drugs or sedative will even worsen your case, if you are not careful and keep dosing your self with sedative, a time may come when you won't have a natural sleep or relaxation without being sedative, I know that 98% of Nairalanders may not understand what you are going through, I was once there, so I understand what you are going through. It is well with you. Coconut can also go along way at this stage, for me, I consumed a lot of Bitter Cola then, and it was also good for me. The highest sleeping pill I take is Puriten, any Friday I just feel I want to sleep throughout the weekend, the highest I will rake is just a tablet of Puritin, though it doesn't work on every one. I had my own Insomnia when I had Malaria and Typhoid I got admitted and they where just pumping drugs and injection into my system, after four days of being admitted,
I was discharged and got home, that year I discovered I could not sleep.
