Sure u can meet up with July if u apply for ur visa by April. Just make sure all required documents are sent and pls certify all documents in court bfr uploading. it will hasten the process.

I applied for masters in nursing, western sydney university, Submitted application 19th of November, did medicals on 22nd of Nov n biometrics 23rd of Nov. I had my first refusal (Australia) on the 9th of July, 2018, I applied for vet course( Early childhood education). My sponsor is my elder brother in Australia. Received visa grant today. Have faith u ll also receive ur own good news.
