I'm not sure, but it doesn't cost u anything if u choose that they should send it to IRCC by regular mail within Canada.
regular Canadian post won't go, because of an industrial strike

I have no idea because I even got bank letter in the required format and added pension 25% to take care of fluctuations. I thought I was meticulous with my application but it was the section that needed to be reviewed. I saw other peoples GCMS that stated things like- "..... amount in .... bank." While mine stated "review required, .....amount needed for a family of one"
ok

PPR IS HERE grin grin grin

IELTS – February 1st
ITA – February 21st
AOR – March 16th
IP2- October 23rd
PPR – October 24th

First week of January, I finally decided to see what all the hullabaloo was about Canadian express entry in order to decide whether or not it will be appropriate for me. I spent the week reading up on the express entry process and reading the living in Canada thread. On the 9th of January, my journey officially started. I paid for WES and applied for transcript. About a week later, I paid for BC IELTS. It was like the heavens approved of my decision, ECA was ready 1st week of February and I did not even have to pay for transcripts as my University sent them FOC. I passed IELTS and family came through for POF making my CRS score 476. I wore my swimming trunk and took the plunge. Everything was moving smoothly. I was already planning June landing BUT London decided to teach me a lesson.

Some days after AOR, I received the dreaded “how to find a job in Canada” mail. From my GCMS notes the email coincided with the date my file was transferred to London. For 6 months, my file was gathering dust in London Visa Office. Also, my eligibility changed from met to not met when it was sent to London. After 6 months, I raised a CSE and was informed that my file had been transferred to Kyiv, Ukraine. In October, I sent a mail to Ralph Goodale and he responded that my eligibility had passed. Shortly afterwards, I moved to NA2, then IP2 and finally received the long awaited PPR.

Throughout this journey, I experienced so many emotions; joy, sadness, hope, euphoria, dejection etc. It was an emotional tasking something but God has done it. Delay is not denial. It finally ended in praise.

Proof of employment – My reference letter was short, only three duties were stated on it. I sha attached payslips, letter of employment, confirmation and promotion to avoid stories that touch

POF – I thought I did everything right for this section but it was this section that sent me to London. My POF had review required on it. I know that some people with review required remain in Ottawa but the one thing almost everyone in the London whatsapp group had in common was that review was required for one or more sections.

IELTS - I stammered and stuttered during my speaking test and did not even finish the two minutes but thankfully, I still got enough points to apply

Finally Nairalanders, you guys are a fantastic bunch of people. Thanks to everyone that has helped in growing this express entry thread. It is a great source of information and was very helpful to me.
Congrats! sorry to ask..what did you do wrong with your POF arrangement that made your application move to London?

Surely it will be fair to people who play by the rule and do the right thing and not people who make every effort to cheat the system and by so doing make life difficult for other genuine applicants

Why do we actually have this default-dubious mindset about everything we do as Nigerians?

If you don't meet the requirement must you get it fraudulently?

Only about 3 people condemned that post and only one person reported it while more people give excuses for it and you still wonder while Nigeria is so screwed up?
I agree with you, and it's one of the reasons why our country Nigeria is in this state.

Being a newbie is an excuse for being dubious?

Or a newbie can not read enough to know that we do not encourage the Nigerian way of gaming the system on this thread?
I totally agree with you, but he/she apologised, and I think he/she is ignorant about the procedure of gift deed, but saying you want to report the case so policy can change as regards gift deed is not fair.

The only way to stop this fraudulent practices is by exposing people like you which will hopefully lead to policy change by Canadian embassy.

I AM NOT SURE OF THIS, BOSSES WHO HAVE ALSO USED ICES CAN HELP
I haven't gotten a definite answer yet, but from ICES website it says CIC will have access to the ECA report/information or so. I really don't wanna spend extra money for something that is not needed, and at the same time I wanna be sure it's absolutely necessary.

Is it compulsory to include IRCC address as a second recipient in an ICES application?

just the electronic verfication would do, you don't need to send by post. if ICAN is claiming they didn't receive any mail from WES, have WES send another mail. But am afraid you might have to wait for 7 weeks from the time the first verification mail was sent
Hello @iaatmguy, Please I want to ask a question regarding WES, if I expedite my delivery to courier, will it be applicable when WES sends my credentials for verification?

Hello all,

Please I want to learn more about using mutual funds and T-bills as POF. Will they overcome the 6 months account balance period requirement by CIC? and are they linked to an already existing bank account?

Thanks in anticipation.

it's gonna be ok don't give up..BC humbled me in writing..LRSW : 8/9/7.5/6.5, but my results won't carry much weight, because my wife is gonna be the PA, and she did very well in her IELTS.
I think our scores will drop by 2 points or so. Just In case please what's the method of remarking with BC, how much is it and how long does it take?

Just got scammed by a transcript contact in Futo. Paid him N25k to help apply and facilitate my B.Eng transcript since 13th of August. After all the promises and all, he has stopped picking my calls or responding to my messages. So much for WES sad
so sad was almost in the same situation, until I went to school and met someone else, I paid a deposit and he has being on top of the matter..

I just mentioned few pages back that ICES is very fast, that mine took 5 weeks for the entire process.ICES does not do back and forth verification like WES.Let your school send your transcript through their official email address or they send it through courier to ICES then on your part, you scan and upload your coloured certificate and international passport to them through email.
hello @veleta sorry to bother you again, please at the stage where I will put address of where the second copy of ECA report will be sent to, do I have to put IRCC's address or ICES automatically sends to them?

Hello Guys,

Please has anyone upgraded their ECA report to grade by grade evaluation for processing graduate admissions in Canada? I need information as regards the questions stated below:

1. Will I be required to resend transcripts from Unilag? *scares me*.
2. My ECA evaluation was completed late last month and WAEC result was not required for the processing. Will this be needed ?
Please guys what's the best ECA evaluation body right now in terms of speed of service? I'm using WES (Still waiting on FUTO to send transcript) but I want to use another company for my wife's bachelor's degree, because I don't have money to throw on verification and WAEC.

ICES ECA report came out exactly 5 weeks today.Their turnaround is actually very fast.I think WES should be ditched.ICES is hassle free.UPS mail with tracking number was also sent so,you can know when it's to be delivered.
Hello, if you don't mind I want to ask which school did you attend? Nigerian or foreign? Because I'm really considering using ICES for my spouse who attended FUTO.
