peeps4u: But why can't all powerful God safe her without Leah needing to deny God? Isn't something wrong that God couldn't safe her despite standing for God? Leah trusted God, but God failed her (I had to say this). Leah is not to be blamed. We are all taught to trust in God and never deny him like Daniel and those three Hebrews never denied His desoite being thrown in the Lion den and lake of fire respectively.
I am a practising Christian but this religion is looking like a scam truly.
Just days ago, CAN chairman and UNIMAID student were also murdered by BH for their faith If you believe in God, you should also believe that He is an all knowing God. His ways are beyond human imagination. It's only natural for us to think as humans and would call the development unfortunate. ...but know ye now, He works in mysterious ways; without mistakes, and perfecting all imperfections. I'm a living witness! |

Business › Re: I Released My House Document To My Cousin To Obtain Loan, How Can I Get It Back? by decub: 4:36pm On Jan 23, 2020 |
wwwkaycom: I gave my house documents to my cousin to take a bank loan of 3 million naira but I like to retrieve my documents back because of the way he and his wife have been doing things since October, 2019.
He is involved in sales of agrochemicals. He discussed with me on how profitable the business is but that he didn't really have money to put into it.
The wife lost her job in the bank and had to join him in the business. Being a close cousin and friend of mine, I gave out my house documents to him as collateral and the bank actually came to do some inspection in my house and I signed some documents.
The big issue now is that my cousin have not paid a dime back since August last year when he got the loan and between then and now he has done 3 parties that I'm sure gulped lots of money. The wedding of his younger sister in October, wedding of his brother in law in December and 40th birthday of his wife in January. These were serious lavish parties which I think could be done modestly.
I asked him on Monday about the loan and he said his moratorium will expire in February and there's no cause for alarm. This is different from what he told me before I released my documents, he said he will have gone far in repayment even before the expiration of moratorium. I reminded him about this but he said there is no problem about his ability to pay back since the business is lucrative.
I also discovered that one of our uncles actually borrowed him 2 million naira in 2017 which he hasn't paid back till now, he hasn't paid a dime back, I didn't do due diligence before releasing my documents to him.
Uncle told me yesterday that he would have discouraged me from giving out my documents if I had informed him before the loan was granted. Uncle also told me that he disagreed with him about his clubbing and partying lifestyles as a struggling businessman but that instead of appreciating his concern, he and his wife fought him and boasted his 2 million naira will be paid back before mid 2018 but till today he hasn't paid a dime. Hope I haven't shot myself in the leg with this help which I think I rendered to a friend and family?
The worst part of it is that my wife was not fully in support of my intention to help him then.
Where do I start from good people?
He promised to start paying by January ending, if he fail to do this, is it possible to break that bond and retrieve my documents from the bank? Can I tell him and the bank that I'm no longer interested in guaranteeing the loan? I'm afraid, kindly help. You were wrong cos you don't trust people so easily. However, January is ending in 8 days time and it wouldn't hurt to wait till then. But if I can pay back now, why wait till a week's time unless I want to turn the money over within such period of time. I refused to guarantee for a VERY close relative and friend, closer than even a cousin, when he needed a loan from a financial institution not because he can't pay but I know if things go wrong and the payment delays, they would come for me and that would have dented our relationship. That I never wanted. Cooking up a fight wouldn't be in your best interest, rather, tactically look for a way to make him pay back. I don't also think you can pull out of the contract legally and get back your documents cos they were neither stolen from you nor signed under duress. I just pray they won't call family meeting because of this loan. |

Commentor: What you don't realise is it is racial discrimination and she could be jailed for it. I don't think it's racism. She was explicit and anyone can understand her reasons; she doesn't want people from a particular race because of the smell of their food and seriously, some Nigerian spices (iru and ogiri) could make you take certain decisions cos u don't want to inconvenience the other tenant(s). She already knows she can't tell you the type of food you would cook as her tenant so she would rather prevent it in the first place. Also, some people are not considerate of others when using such stinking stuff that they leave exposed for a long time. Even as a Nigerian and a lover of local delicacies, I hate those 2 stuffs I just mentioned. |

DSS has actually violated the man's human right grossly and trying to lock him up again is simply an act of tyranny. |

cybertron88: You are looking at it from the wrong perspective. For example this season about 553 goals has been scored. 38 of those goals were pk, about 16 free kicks, 43 headed goals. If u remember ur probability calculation in secondary school probability=required outcome/total outcome. If u do the small maths and convert the probability to odds u LL see that the odds are actually in d favor of goal via shooting. Am a data analyst and have done a lot of simulation with football data on PYTHON and other programs The truth is the odds the bookmakers give for straight win and ov1.5 are not in ur favor. Especially for football. Those odds are not a true reflection of the probability of that option. In summary we need an element of luck in punting but to say straight win and over 1.5 is a better option is totally false. The surest straight win would give u an average of 1.2 odds thats if u are lucky which takes about 5 wins to break even. In goal type method the least is 1.45 I just need two wins to break even. On d long run the goal type market is more profitable than the regular straight wins. I love your analysis. The tendency of losing with goal type method (shot) will only increase if you accumulate so many games. A ticket of 10 games split into 3 tickets has a very high tendency of breaking even. At least 1 ticket would likely come out green if all doesn't come out. I like being around data analysts. Permit me to ask if you are a statistician? |

over 1.5 goals is certain. BTTS (NO) Cs: 0-2 or 2-0 I'm thinking Barca might just win that game with one or 2 goals so betting a 2-4 total goals won't be a bad idea. |

Waterview: Asisat won with over 20votes without Nigerian vote, what does that tells you?...... She clearly deserves the award.
She lead Barcelona femini to women UCL final although lost to Lyon in the final, she even scored in the final.
She scored once in the women's world cup She plays for the second best team in the world whilst the rest plays for shitty teams. I am a fan of Oshoala but if I were voting, I wouldn't have voted her because in as much as I believe in patriotism, I also believe in not being biased. Oshoala is undoubtedly good but she doesn't put her best when playing for Nigeria. Forget that she scores when it matters but the footballer I watch while playing for her club is different from Oshoala wearing a Nigerian Jersey. When she plays for Nigeria, she plays as someone who wants to fulfill her obligation and contribute her quota while clubside, you can feel that enthusiasm even when you are not a football fan. I don't know about the politics in the dressing room but for all her countrymen to back off, then something is definitely not completely right. Compare her to the way the likes of Ahmed Musa, Francis Ordega, Wilfred Ndidi, Samuel Chukwueze play for both club and country. Even in some bad days, you would feel the enthusiasm and the 'we must put in our best' spirit. |

RiyadhGoddess: I hope after her shameful attitude at the mall, she suceed in keeping her husband till death. I have seen men who left and never returned after such show of shame from their wives. The woman looks like the women the book of proverbs 21:19 talked about. A wise and Godly woman will not stoop so low to fight her husband concubine but rather, pray to God to win/have/arrest the soul/heart of her husband. If God can't have your husband, you as the wife can't have him either. My opinion though... #WarRoom Finally a woman has spoken. Except for chronic cheats, a virtuous woman is her husband's best friend. |
