We worship God, cos we owe him our worship and praise, God wants us to give, so we can affect the poor and orphans with what we give... God commands us to give to those who most needs it... Even the premise to give to the household of God, is so they will be meat in the house. I implore all churches to feed all Sunday parishioners unable to afford food, and keep their doors open as a center of refuge... People are getting wiser, and reading the Bible themselves. We are not intended to give, to make the pastor rich, but so we can reach out to the poor among us... Churches should do this more, help people, feed them, advise people to help their parents and siblings. Giving is giving, not emphasising on one and ignoring the other ... Materialism is not among the fruits.
