SeaGold: Ihejirika should be arrested immediately and compelled to announce ceasefire on his "Boko Haram" activities. He should also instruct his foot soldiers to release the girls without any further delay. Since his Boko Boys have exposed him, I think this is a simple and straight forward case.

If his boys didn't obey his command, he should be compelled to cancel their funding and if the sect activities continues, the Nigeria government should release him, ask for their refund from the Aussie or bring in the Mystery CBN banker for questioning.
