I have seen several foreign comments that argued Niger is more powerful than Nigeria. Some where even calling for Cameroon to invade Nigeria. All as a result of what some Nigerians say against their own military. |
Her dream for Nigeria shall never be in vain. May her soul rest in peace. Amen. |
When in the world did Ikimi said he was moving to the PDP? |
The theory that Politicians are funding Boko Haram is already public knowledge. Problem is the true identity of these politicians. |
Obama used to be attractive but alas, old age is fast catching up with him. |

Why do I have the feeling that Tinubu and Buhari would be the only ones left in 2015? |
Took time to read all the essays. To be honest, Tom Ikimi's arguments are valid and true. We saw some of them transpired with Shakarau, Attahiru Bafarawa and Alimodu Sherrif (Who almost slapped Tinubu) thus, leading to their defection to PDP. |
I received nothing ![]() |
Manchester United is no longer an invisible club as it was when the chairman himself Alex Fagie was around. |
1. Jona Jang Plateau State. 2. Akwa Ibom State Governor. 3. Delta State Governor. 4. Gombe State Governor. 5. Lagos State Governor 6. Cross River State Governor. |
OBJ did pretty well during his administration. But his democratic values are not really impressive. As far as am concerned, Goodluck Jonathan is far more democratic compared to OBJ. We should not forget the freedom of information bill. He was never in support of it. OBJ is notoriously known for disobeying court orders. |
tobi2050: but you will agree with me that GNLD is for real. Honestly, i didn't experience all this problems because i never listened to them about moving around selling which i cant even do in the first place, so i decided to take another approach that i felt comfortable with since they told me that it is my business. I never listened to them i read and understood wat Network Marketing is all about and started My own way. So on behalf of those who has put you in the wrong way of GNLD, I APOLOGIES FOR YOUR BAD EXPERIENCES.You are write. I read a great book about Network Marketing. I now understand how it works. Mis information has always been the major reason why a lot of people are not succeeding in the business. |
I understand the pain expressed here because I was ones a member and distributor of GNLD products. GNLD is actually a genuine company based in the United States. It's a Network Marketing company that specializes in the area of Nutrition. Actually their products are food supplements, not drugs. Food supplements are food in themselves. Treenen for instance is made up of wheat, soya beans, and rice bran. Honestly, GNLD products are great. I take them myself. As a matter of fact GNLD products are among the best worldwide as far as Nutritional products are concerned. THE MAJOR PROBLEM. Like I said earlier, I was a member of GNLD. The first time I heard about the company was during the so called interview I went to. Actually, It was my cousin brother who first saw their job advertisement pasted around their neighborhood. Then he came to my house and told me about the job advert he saw. He even brought the advertisement paper with him. Incidentally at that time I was in need of a job. I called the number displayed. Then I was told the job interview will be on Saturday the next day. My cousin came on Friday. So I was like this must be blessing from heaven. I went to the job interview the next day. The venue was one primary school. The interview started late. Lots of people came. Almost everyone came with some form of files with certificates. I had my certificate with me too. Then they started the interview or should I say their seminar. Actually it started well with some motivational talks, encouragement speech and so on. Everyone was excited. This must be the best job ever must of us thought. Then came the bomb shell. Excitement went down the drain when the speakers began talks about health and health products. The interview so to speak started looking like some lecture about health science. People were becoming uncomfortable. What the hell where they there for? Jobs not some gaddam lecture I could hear them murmuring between themselves. I sat there quietly listening to the lecture. I even made notes. Then came the Shocker! We where then told that to live a healthy lifestyle free from all manner of diseases and make money from it, we should register with the sum of #8,500. People became confused. What in God's name just happened? We came looking for job and they're telling us to pay money again? Tempers where high. Confusion sets in. A lot of people stated leaving one by one, looking highly disappointed. I was disappointed too but the scene of the event transformed into a comedy to me. Somebody was shouting, saying he came to apply for a driver and they're telling him stories. Anger was the was the theam. Before the show came to an end more than 98 percent of attendants had left. Only 4 of us stayed behind (I wished I left too). About 30 people attended the meeting that day. The problem I discovered is that members of GNLD use ignorance to take advantage of people. Truth is the company GNLD is genuine and reputable in the area of nutrition no doubt, but the people acting out as the distributors in the company are the ones running it down drain. They tell you half truths. Play on your ignorance. Manipulate you. Make you look stupid if you refuse to register. Lead you astray. Make you believe that you could make it in a short time and so on. To call long story short, outright greed is their watch word. Most or almost all of them do know what network marketing is all about. Real network marketing require that you buy the products for your personal use and send some as gift to friends and family if you can afford it. Real network marketing is never about selling. It's about building network. That's the plain truth about Network Marketing. Unfortunately the so call job givers will not tell you that. All they tell people is to sell products. You only get to see their real nature after have registered. Then that's when the stress steps in. You're told to go and sell. If you can't sell then you are in for trouble. That's how lots and lots of people started quitting. I inclusive. I like the company. Their products are great but it's biggest problem is its very top distributors. Majority of them are led by lies and greed. They're are the ones responsible for all these hardship caused to unsuspecting public. I hate the way these top distributors mislead people. Network marketing is a great business. The problem is with the top distributors who tell half truths and lies to manipulate you into joining them. |
We are watching things patiently. |

If true this is great news ![]() |
tokunboh: I noticed that part of the video too bro, over 100 BH firing at 2 soldiers; what do people expect them to do? Fire back and kill all of them like Rambo, Commando or Jason Statham always do in movies? People have been watching action movies a lot, I will rather commend those two soldiers; for maneuvering their way through hail of bullets. Trust me, they are the real action heroes.Exactly. Lots of peeps here don't even know what it means for few brave soldiers to stand up to a dozen enemy fighters. More grease to Nigerian Army! |
May his soul rest in peace. |
Keneking: Jona ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhIt looks like you love calling the name 'Jona' a lot. Don't forget to name it to your first son. In life you never know he might end up becoming a Pres....... ![]() |

Waiting for more confirmation. ![]() |
groovie: chief, bokoharam don't have rules of engagement, they are not afraid of humanitarian backlashes, they are not careful not to start a civil war, they can go in anywhere and use all they got. The Nigerian army cant do that. That is the major problem. Fire power isn't the problem. The need to buy more equipments isn't fire power, its the need for more tactical gear, so they can pick targets out more easily with less civilian casualties. Anytime you guys keep trying to portray that bh has more fire power, you are improving their morale, that's the truth. Just sit back and think through, the Nigerian army is well trained, although there are bad eggs, and they have what it takes, only their hands are tied. Haven't you ever wondered why Nigerian peace keeping forces always lead in Africa? You made very good points. |
ratiken: When I read comments from here, I seem not to understand why some folks are quick to acknowledge and believe news from the propaganda stables of Bokoharam but will always doubt statements from the defence headquarters. Are they really for a win against this insurgency I always ask? Some of the commenters especially in the other thread are showing sympathy to Boko Haram because of their mis guided hate for GEJ. It beats my imagination really. When Alshabab terrorist group attacked Kenya, the whole citizens rallied round their President and gave him total support to deal with the terrorists group. That's patriotism on display. Sadly that's not the case here. Of course, everyone has the right to like or dislike GEJ. But when it comes to the point where bad reports about their own country is rejoiced over and admired, then it becomes entirely something else. What we see here is hatred on a massive scale to the point where any bad development about Nigerian troops whether true or not are celebrated. An act some of them believe will further ruin the image Goodluck Jonathan. Their hatred has clouded their sense of reason. It has made them very unpatriotic. Let me give you a case scenario. I support PDP. I want PDP to capture Lagos in 2015. But my support for PDP cannot mean that I am totally against the government of Lagos State. That shouldn't mean that I wish Lagos State government a miserable time in governance. Let's look at the case of Ebola for instance. As a PDP supporter I will never wish for Ebola to wreck more havoc on Lagos State just because the Lagos State government is APC. I will never wish that the deadly virus kill more Lagos citizens just so that the image of Babatunde Fashola be brutalized. Why will I want to support an epidemic that could threatened the lives of millions of people just because Fashola is the governor of Lagos? That would be wicked! It's the same thing playing out here. Some individual's hatred for Goodluck Jonathan has made them sympathisers of Boko Haram not minding the fact that the terrorists themselves are criminals that destroyed properties and KILLED thousands of innocent lives over the years. |
komekn: There is a current co-operation and joint multi national forces agreement with Chad , Niger and Cameroon that was instituted through Holland in Paris a few moths ago.Nice to see questions like this. It shows you're current with the ongoing war against Boko Haram. It's international protocol that Soldiers from Neighboring countries who finds themselves across the border submit its arms to the host country. This is standard practice world wide, based on the UN convention of non aggression pact treaty by member countries signed since 1945 after the second World War. |
WildChild00: APC men and women in NL hv taking over the thread, not one not two, alll... A lot of their comments were made in complete ignorance. |
Amadaz: i guess you visit the war scene to get your own info. You are free to believe what you want to believe. |
jmaine: The content of the thread is very laughable.Too hilarious. |
Grand Master of APC, Bola Tinubu ill? Wish him quick recovery. |
