And so long as they dont, no one should bother blaming Bola for rigging. Because the real people who would have ceded the election would be both of them. Bola could wait for Buhari for eight years yet neither of these chaps can chill for the other for the greater good. That in itself will show that neither of them deserves the presidency. |

profmallor: Statistics have shown that more than 80% of those who win lotteries end up broke in just 2 years. That means people generally don't know how to grow money, she won't be an exception, nor would all the BIG mouths on Nairaland. $4000 a month may not be the worst of things that can happen to her, depending on her lifestyle. Spreading the price money for a lifetime gives her time to research what could be good opportunities, and then learn to compound, without being under pressure. if she later finds a way to invest compoundly $500 weekly, $ 1million would be child's play to her in 10 year. Slow and steady is what makes one rich and wealthy, not suddenly stumbling on cash + GBAM! |

Sheuns: Omokri, Bwala and FFK are political jobbers and started out as that. Keyamo was a strong critic of bad governance and corrupt politicians in his early years (as a Gani Fawehimi protege), the sudden switch to dining with the same people he condemned once is a big dent on that reputation he was known for.
I wonder what a younger person that saw him and looked up to him as a role model when he was “fighting” injustice will see him for now. + I worked with him circa 23/4 years ago so believe you me, the about turn is more jarring to me than to most people. |

Racoon: So sorry Kukah. It's too late to deny because that speech is already out there in the public domain. Imagine a supposed knowledgeable person saying the definition of genocide rests on the intent and not casualty figures. God abeg!
Once a group of people are targeted because of their religious beliefs, then a clear case of genocide has been established! You can continue twisting words to satisfy your your new slave masters.
Your siding the persecutors of the Christian faith is clear. At least the world now knows where you stand! + You are contradicting yourself. Your second paragraph shows that intent is key. |
Politics › Re: Won’t Look Away — US Congress On Stand Against Christian Persecution In Nigeria by DeepSight(m): 8:43am On Dec 11, 2025 |
casualobserver: America is not here for Christians, America is here for America….that means money….it’s all they care about.
Those pushing a christian genocide agenda who think America is here to protect them will be disappointed. Similarly on the govt side those who are celebrating because Riley took pictures with Ribadu will equally be disappointed.
America has an ambassador in Nigeria, their ambassador is not here to take pictures. This is the same America that was compiling intel reports on Aliko Dangote as far back as his early 20s when he was just a regular businessman. They have intelligence on Nigeria, they know more about Nigeria than we do.
Riley is not here on a fact finding mission. It’s just optics. They have already concluded that Christian genocide is the leverage they are going to use to muscle their way into Nigeria and that is going to be the conclusion of their report. Did you see Riley visit any mosques or Muslim hit areas? That tells you he is not interested in truth but the appearance of fact finding.
They will submit a report that there is Christian genocide and they will use it as leverage to muscle their way into favorable economic deals. If they do t get their way, they will fund the terrorists they have been funding and use it to create more mayhem in order to reinforce their narrative.
America doesn’t care about Christian killings. Nigerian Christians are not white christians, If more Christian’s have to die to give America more leverage they will facilitate more Christian deaths. That’s how America rolls. + Jakumo I highly recommend this post to you: it nails down American Modus Operandi in matters like this perfectly. Especially the bold. |
