Indians for instance have a business culture, they help each other from small stores to Big business.When most of them get educated they will join their fellow Indians

Japanese have a culture of honesty and kindness. You'll find kids bowing to a driver who stops at a zebra crossing. Kids in creche going to school or shopping alone etc.

Argentina and Brazil kids grow up playing football in the streets. Many kids role models are great footballers, many gravitate to football.

You still havent answered the why. You have only said that kids are exposed to a certain culture. Why is that so called culture there in the first place.
