BolaAThubv:Update yourself on the lie about beheaded babies my friend. . . . https://english.elpais.com/international/2023-10-14/the-decapitated-babies-that-no-one-saw-but-someone-used.html https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0el9wiOBmmM A viral tale on the other side of things offers a matching lesson: the apocryphal beheaded babies at the Kfar Azza kibbutz. President Biden was only the most prominent of many political and social leaders to repeat the ricocheting claim that Hamas terrorists had decapitated infants — only for his aides to recant after closer examination revealed that, at least as far anyone can prove, the terrorists had not decapitated infants after all. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2023/10/30/gaza-war-internet-lies-truth-hospital/ |
tctrills:I dont know why you keep denying what we both know, your religious passion is part of this. It is actually you who writes and reasons like a child. Not just a child but someone intellectually challenged. |
BolaAThubv:Its truly amazing you can be so addled in your head. I didnt edit jack, not even a punctuation mark! The evidence is there. Others quoted that post. |
BolaAThubv:Oh so you admit that there are non muslims who criticize Israel? Its just that every such person "does not know what they are protesting for?" In short, only those who agree with you know whats up right? How very open minded. How very tolerant. The singular fact that you're denying documented atrocities committed by Hamas and broadcast to the whole world by themselves on October 7 means you're living in self-denial and I shouldn't be having any type of conversation with youYou see, propaganda is a terrible thing. Its also potent and powerful. Don't take my word for it, please do your own research on the matter of the beheaded babies. While you are at it, since it is "well documented"as you say, you can as well assist us all by providing any link to pictures or videos of these beheaded babies. |
BolaAThubv:Here is my post. Note the bold. DeepSight:Please show me where I mentioned the destruction of Israel. Liar. |
BolaAThubv:The story about Hamas beheading and burning babies has since been shown to be a propagandist lie. Even Biden and co walked away from it. Please update yourself. No amount of calling me muslim will make me a muslim. It only reveals you as narrowminded since you think only a muslim can criticise Israel. Maybe all the protesters in American universities are muslims as well. |
firearcher:I didnt say they dont. The fact that such is banned by Israel only shows the despicable mindset of the oppresor. |
Onogiede:Yes, the kind of God who told them as follows - This is what the LORD Almighty says: `I will punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they waylaid them as they came up from Egypt. Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy [1] everything that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.'" 1 Samuel 15: 2-3 Not to mention the War against the Midianites (Numbers 31), and the battle of Jericho (Joshua 1–6). Mass murdering "God" of genocide. |
BolaAThubv:I said the defeat of Israeli oppression and apartheid in our lifetime. I am not Muslim. If you doubt it visit my profile and just take a minute to flip through. I have always been vehemently anti-religious. But I know you will not have a look. You will say you have no time for such rubbish. But you have time to assume that anyone who despises the actions of Israel must be a muslim. One does not have to be a Muslim to have a conscience in this matter. |
tctrills:This only discloses your lack of objectivity. Typical, when your views are based on misguided religion. |
Cul4real:1. The war did not start on Oct 7. 2. A guerilla army facing a high tech, nuclear armed orthodox army backed by the biggest powers in the world has no choice but to deploy guerilla tactics. 3. Resistant movements are always tagged terrorists by the West and its allies. They tagged Nelson Mandel a terrorist. Many of you dont know that he was on the USA terrorism watchlist up till 2008. |
AuthorMan:Why was it a crime when the Soviet Union wanted to put nuclear weapons in Cuba? No power will tolerate the full might of its adversary being camped on its doorstep. Simple. |
BolaAThubv:Maybe you cannot read. I did not wish for the destruction of Israel. I wished for the freedom of the oppressed Palestinian people from apartheid. |
alezzy13:Gbam. Thank you. |
TWoods:Keep counting your unprovoked insults oh. The term "jew" comes from the word "judea". Go figure.Oh really? And just imagine! We didnt know that! Thank you for educating us! We also didnt know that the word "Nigeria" came from the River Niger! Nor did we know that the world "Gallic"comes from Gaul! What a great teacher you are. Get serious and stop making ridiculous assumptions that your co discussant does not know the most elementary things. It only shows you up as one who regards pedestrian and elementary knowledge as special knowledge! |
Straybullet:Noted with apologies. |
TWoods:I dont think I need to respond to this brazen and absurd falsehood. 2. Egypt has a fortified border with Gaza, but strangely is never accused of making Gaza an open air prison. This is because Egypt - 1. Is not the occupying power with respect to Gaza and West Bank 2. Maintains its border for the main purpose of avoiding a clash with that very same occupying power. 3. Hamas is somehow able to bring in thousands of Iranian missiles, rockets, drones... who is the incompetent keeper of this "open air prison"In prisons the world over, smuggling of illiicit goods such as drugs, tobacco and alcohol still occur. That there is successful smuggling into Gaza does not disprove its status as a prison. It actually affirms it, because if it were not blockaded, there would be no need for smuggling. They would simply legitimately import arms just the way other free countries do. Again false. All you've done is regurgitate buzzwords and talking points.Names are not so relevant as actually history. Names come from many sources. That the world "Nigeria"is a British invention does not mean the peoples called Nigerians today did not already live in the space called Nigeria today. 2. The controls placed on movement in the "west bank" is a response to the intifadas from the 1990s... google it and the thousands of Israelis who were killed by incessant suicide bombs. The United Nations and the International Community have recognized Israeli settlements on the West Bank as illegal for decades now. There is no justification for them. What does the word ïntifada mean? It means uprising. And yes, a captive people have a right to rise up and revolt. Even violently, yes, because they are kept captive with violence. More than 30,000 Gazans had free access to work in Isreal until Oct 7, 2023... your guess is as good as mine.Millions of black South Africans had access to white reserved areas in apartheid South Africa with their work passes in order to go and work. What part of the mechanics of cheap slave labor do you fail to understand? Gaza has over 30 hospitals, all far superior to anything Nigeria has.You accuse me of lying and yet you lie with breathtaking ease. At all events, they have all been flattened as we speak - under the usual Israeli excuse that they are actually Hamas bases. You've once again lied. Now here is what you biblical lot fail to understand. Populations move. Migration is a steady fact of history. Conquest, wars, famines, trade, and myriad other factors ensure the constant fluidity of populations. Now settle down and understand. Jerusalem was sacked in 70 A.D, almost 2000 years ago. After that, most of the Jews moved into diaspora, in the middle east as well as Europe. Mostly into Europe. In the intervening time, there was the rise of Christianity and Islam. At the time of the first crusade about one thousand years ago, Arabs had already migrated into the land called Palestine (I have told you already that the fact that Rome gave the name is inconsequential). And through four to five crusades which lasted centuries, Arabs and European Christians contested that land and dwelt there along with a small Jewish remnant, because the majority of Jews had since moved into diaspora. Now, you have European settlers who are recognized as indigenes of America even though they only moved there in the last few centuries. How can you claim that Arabs who have been in Palestine for over a thousand years from the time of the crusades are not indigenous to the land? Indeed, they were the dominant people of that land thoughout the last millenium all the way down to the time of the Ottoman Empire which also colonized the place. After the second world war, there was a move by European powers to resolve the Jewish question of Europe by creating a Jewish state. And because Britain held Palestine under a United Nations Mandate, they were able to create the State of Israel in 1948 under a United Nations mandate. And for this reason, Jews who had been living in Europe for 2000 years, Jews who had been thoroughly Europeanized therefore, were moved back to a Palestine which already had Arabs dwelling there for more than a thousand years. There is no way you can claim that a settler population which had lived in Europe for the last two thousand years to the extent that they have become white - unlike the brown color of their semitic cousins in the same region - are more indigenous to the land than those who have dwelt there for the last one thousand years. And yes, this is why it is not wrong to call them Europeans. They are settlers from Europe, and many of them are not actual Jews. Any serious observer knows that the Israelis of today are simply not the same as the Israelites of the bible. Those Israelities of the bible were semitic people just as Arabs are semitic people - they were not the caucasian white men we see in Israel today. They were every bit as brown skinned as Arabs are today. Needless to say, when you try such a settlement of a foreign poulation, conflict will break out. That Israel came out on top is a fact of life based on the technological superiority of the Europeans. This says nothing about the authentic and historical issues at play. \ Since that time, every peace agreement which has arisen from the Western world to resolve this issue is horribly skewed. At all events, the apartheid repressive policies which the European colonial settlers have maintained agains the indigenous Arabs remain inhumane and condemnable by all people of conscience. 2. To call Jews "European settlers" is despicable. Many jews are Mizrahis... google that. And Ashkenazi Europeans. Please try not to send me to google. I find that irritating. "3. The first leader of the Palestinian Authority was Yassar Arafat in 1964... google where he was born.Al Masri"... google the meaning.I know where he was born. And it is inconsequential. In other words, you have regurgitated the same idiocy i read on X all day... half baked buzzwords.I have not insulted you today. You have started again and later you will end up the way you did the other day by calling me rude. Read up the appeal to authority fallacy... that's what you committed here. The truth is irrelevant because Desmond Tutu said something. Please try not to ask me to read up elementary things. This is not a mere appeal to authority. Mandela and Tutu are not professional experts in some field of knowledge such as humanitarian sciences. They are people who lived through a very very real, very very vicious and visceral racist system and they are recognized heroic fighters against that injustice. It is not unreasonable to think that such people will be in a vantage position to recognize the very system they laboured against when pepertuated yet again by Europeans in another land. At all events you should be careful with the negation of what may appear an appeal to authority. As a lawyer, I know very well that even courts of law, which are places of evidence, place reliance on the testimony of both experts in a field as well as people who have had substantal experience of a matter. So some appeals to authority can be rational, and i put it to you that even where citing the views of Mabiba and Tutu are an appeal to authority, it would be a rational one. 20% of Israel are arabs, who have supreme court justices and their own political party. How many Jews are in Syria, Lebanon, Gaza or Jordan? Amazing how we deny such glaring apartheid, only to bellyache about Israel.Firstly, there is no reason why Arabs will not be part of Israel when as I have told you, they have lived tehre for over a thousand years. It is the Israeli population that was imported, not them. Secondly this takes nothing away from the reality of apartheid being enforced against the Palestinians of the West Bank and Gaza. Israel does not recognize Jesus as Lord, but they recognize him as an important historical figure. That you dismiss his relevance to this issue shows where you are coming from too. If Bethlehem is the ancestral home of arabs... when did that change? After jesus was born of before?I dont think your focusing this issue around Jesus is useful in anyway. As far as the Jews are concerned there are far more important historical figures than Jesus. Such as Abraham, who came from Ur of the Chaldeans - a place which was in modern day Iraq. So be careful when you want to go back into history and just how far back yoy want to go. And how did the so called promised land now become the inheritance of his descendants? Because their mountain deity told them to go and kill the Canaanites there and take the land as theirs, right? By genocide right? Please see the book of Samuel to read the specific genocidal injunctions of Yahweh where he decrees that even the cattle of the people who owned that land should be slaughtered. Is this the biblical history on which you benchmark your belief that this land belongs to "the chosen people?" cc: tctrills. I only tag you here because I doubt I will ever have the special energy to address you on some of the issues touched on here. I can only pray that you will think seriously about them for once. |
MajorOvakporaye:Aaaaargh, that terrible and most reprehensible occultic song! |
erniok:https://x.com/EmmanuelMacron/status/1795041573224206368 |
gurujoe:Not really. They were formulating their alliance and fixing their relationship under the Abraham accords but that has been torpedoed since this war began. Some reason that that was actually one of the objectives of the Hamas attack. To torpedo that alliance. |
TWoods:Why did you omit West Bank from this list of yours? |
TWoods:Gaza is an open air prison where Israel does not permit even cookies for kids to be brought in. The place is restricted, under a firm stranglehold. Access to power, water, import, export and free movement are all controlled and determined by the occupying power, Israel. In the West Bank, illegal European settlements continue to expand. The Palestinians there do not have the right of free movement and like black South Africans in apartheid South Africa, they have to show passes and permits to have access to certain areas - many of them cannot access proper hospitals because of this. They are routinely removed from their ancestral homes which are given to European settlers forcefully. They do not have the right of a sovereign state at the insistence of Israel and the US in particular. If all this (and much more), is not apartheid, what is? Both Mandela and Bishop Desmond Tutu, men who fought apartheid, said they recognise what is going on in Palestine as apartheid, and this is why Mandela said we will never be free until Palestine is also free. That you mention Jesus shows where you are coming from. Probably you are one of those who support Israel for sentimental religious reasons, even though Israel does not recognise Jesus and does not give a hoot about Christianity . No one comes back to a land after 2000 years to claim it as his because his ancestors once lived there. Land law doesnt work that way anywhere in the world. |
Floky215:You have no conscience and no knowledge of history if you think this started on Oct 7. |
TWoods:Twoods, long time since our last collission. How are you. I trust well. I am not Muslim, and I dont think you can so easily discountenance the Israeli lobby in the states. PS: North Korea, Iran and Turkey also export weapons to the likes of Russia and others. |
Whalis:You obviously dont know your history. And no, Europe was not comfortable for those who resettled in Palestine. |
cl0r0x:https://x.com/EmmanuelMacron/status/1795041573224206368 |
Straybullet:It has been answered. How many more innocents blood will cure your thirst? |
cl0r0x:Yes they have. 40k people dead and you remain asleep? How many will it take to rouse your conscience - one million? |
EponObi:Four years is too short to reach the conclusion that he was good at global peace. He did take steps that were acts of war, such as the assassination of Soleimani. |
cl0r0x:Do you agree with them that Nelson Mandela was a terrorist? |
jiz:Dont worry they are being bounced. |
Whalis:If you seriously think that a full release of the hostages today will stop the Israeli onslaught you dont know anything about the real motives of the European settler colonial state called Israel. |
