Romance / Re: Why Nigerian Girls Now Go About unclothed by DeepSoul(f): 1:36am On Sep 08, 2010
Seriously, this is a serious issue and I was just complaining about it to a friend some days ago.

9ja girls, what's up na!? Everywhere I turn, I see nak3d women.
All you women shouting about self esteem, which kain yeye self esteem be that? How does being nak3dd increase your self esteem?
I dont think it even increases the number of "chykers" sef (Incase that's your aim). Or even if it does, na the wrong ones. . . .

Before now, the only time and place I saw half nak3d women was at night and/or in the clubs.
These days, in korokoro daylight, you see them EVERYWHERE. Lagos, Abuja, Portharcourt have the highest "culprits" (in no particular order).

Go to Silverbird Cinema in the afternoon in any of these towns and you'd be amazed.
As women, we all love to look good, yeah but please abeg, cover it up!!

Inked_Nerd:

A bride price shouldn't even exist this day in age!! At what point in time did I become property?!?! It is degrading to women.

Tell me you didnt just type that. Seriously?  undecided

albridge:

my God this world is in trouble. women can dress how they feel and thats why married women now also go about unclothed showing of 99% of what their husbands paid hard earned cash for. its a pity what women have become  undecided

I agreed with you up until this point. You seriously didnt just type this did you?!! "Paid hard earned cash for"?? Are we now items on a shelf Do you not have mothers, sisters, daughters, nieces etc. Do you see them in this same light?? Pity!!! You should know where to draw the line oh! Common sense requires you do. . . .

Since your 19, you'll probably be looking for a girl of your age or even younger, and girls of that age bracket are usually very naive what could the possibily know to keep you going in life. What you need is an education to increase your rate of perception and maturity, then you will be equiped to groom and help someone in life. Thats what Man were created for. Caio Much love.

These days, they arent oh! 15yr old girls shine eye pass me sef. I see them everywher and I cant help but mutter to myself "end time is near".

Realty101, are you ok ke?? "Beautiful man"

Anyway, the point I was tryin to make has been summarized below:

sandee575:

How about leaving the personality and addressing the issue of the man made dangers on our roads?

We are all about this because it involves Mr. Terry Gee. How about the numerous Mr. Totally Unknowns

who have lost their lives in these same circumstances. Those were not so drunk or stoned. WEMCO road

and such are potential killers for what they pose to safety.

Celebrities / Re: Breaking News, Terry G In Coma! by DeepSoul(f): 8:55pm On Sep 04, 2010
Why are people so prejudiced and judgemental?
Even tho it is safe to assume  he'd had alcohol, what part of the story says so? And what evidence do we have to prove he was drunk?? Do you need to be drunk to be an accident victim?

People talk like they know Terry G personally and have witnessed his irresponsibility firsthand.

So stayin out late has become irresponsible. I was out yesterday till 2am. With good reason

Does that make me irresponsible?  All these holier than thou people here making noise, I can bet my last kobo that you do worse. Blood.y hypocrites.

Religion / Re: Listening Into Others Prayers In Church. Good Or Bad by DeepSoul(f): 3:47pm On Aug 25, 2010
I doubt any1 goes out of their way to listen to another's prayer. In a case where you cant help but hear, what do u do? Block ur ears??

Anyways, I thinkk it also has its advantages:
E.g: If you do not know how to pray, hearing other people do it can teach you.

Like some people have said, there are certain situations where you just have to pray agressively oh! Anyone listening in on my prayer probably does not have enough problems to pray to God about  grin

Politics / Re: First Lady scolds governor in public. by DeepSoul(f): 2:54pm On Aug 25, 2010
All of you saying only Okrikans are qualified to answer should go and drink Bundu water side water  grin

Mbuela, you are absolutely correct - he is working hard but the quality of jobs being done is extremely poor. I think the problem is he was trying to "carry everybody along" by giving out jobs to indigenous contractors. However, these so-called indigenes chop the bulk of the money and use the remaining little for very very low quality jobs especially the roads. The road to my house was worked on a few months ago, you should see it now. Kai, I just ordered for a chopper cos I no fit pass the road again.

And for those complaining about the conversion of demolished waterfronts to parking space for Silverbird Cinema, isn't it better? B4 Silverbird went there, that was the headquarters of touts and militants. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Kinezeala:

Politics / Re: First Lady scolds governor in public. by DeepSoul(f): 4:01am On Aug 25, 2010
stagger:

All of you calling her power drunk have no sense. Have you never attended the town hall meetings to hear the governor addressing local govt chairmen and commissioners as if they are his houseboys?

Look at all the demolitions that were done to build roads. How many people got their true compensation? You want us to talk about how touts have been empowered to keep harassing innocent citizens in the name of the various task forces we have in PH?

He got what he deserved. He is an arrogant punk who has been put in his place!

Are you kidding me?? Seriously! Firstly, I didnt call her power drunk based on this singular incident. I did so on the basis of previous incidents, one of which I personally encountered so pls hold your horses b4 you go on an insult spree.

You are complaining of how Governors address their subordinates. Not like it's any justification. . .but they are elected officials. . .

You talk about the Governor being an arrogant punk, he's the best we've seen in ages so abeg think before you type

. . .marred by terrible grammar!

I mean, someone should get her an English tutor already!

Oh they did already. She was shipped abroad to some finishing school when her husband became Governor. But we no dey see the result oh!
She was prolly just a very poor student. But look on the bright side, imagine if she hadn't gone AT ALL  grin
Politics / Re: First Lady scolds governor in public. by DeepSoul(f): 3:48am On Aug 25, 2010
This woman is indeed power drunk. Imagine the whole Aba Expressway was closed becos of her! I no fit vex  angry

This isn't new though. Right from her days as deputy governor's wife, she had a knack for oppressing people with her supposed power. Concerning this issue of demolition, prior to now, she took the Rivers State government to court for destroying the waterfronts but she eventually lost out.

I mean, where does this happen, really!
Amaechi isn't planning to demolish in order for him to build a mansion. He wants to build schools! Schools!
What community doesnt need schools for chrissakes!

Infact I just dey vex for this woman seriously!
And this her yeye Women For Change Initiative (WFCI) is just plain annoying!
Just another yeye "pet care" to embezzle funds from!!
What happened to all other NGOs from previous First Ladies?? Why cant they be sustained!!
Infact!
