Poster, Something similar has happened to me before. Not the same situation tho, but in terms of how I felt (like the other person is oxygen). No1 else is ever good enough, even people who are seemingly better than the objection of your affection. I think your case is even good because you didnt date him. I dated on and off for a long time and I have memories haunting me!! Sometimes, I get over it by indulging myself in other activities. Sometimes, I remind myself by looking at myself in the mirror and realizing I'm too much for that rubbish. But sometimes, it just hits me like a heart attack and I feel remaining under my duvet all day. When that happens, I pray. And it goes away. Till the next time. Then I pray again, lol. |

Bigrod, why are you even wasting your time replying him? G.B.T:It's a vicious cycle, my dear. We are all in on it in some way or the other. And even when we are aware, in cases such as this, we really cant do much about it. The system is so messed up. It's really a sad thing. And for those saying Fashola is as much a thief as every other Nigerian public official, no much arguments about that. But IMO, there are varying levels of "thiefing". I think what stands Fashola out is the fact that he has something to show for his time in office. Same thing with Donald Duke when he was Governor. You shd go to other states and see the level of nothingness and you'd understand why Fashola appears to be a favourite |

Our parents always mean(t) good but sometimes, they overdo it abeg. E.g Growing up, my mother would never let me have friends over to our house. Female friends always looked "suspicious" to her and males were forbidden!! You dare not allow a boy come look for you oh! The first day one yeye boy came to my house uninvited, my mother "banned" me from wearing trousers cos she believed it made me look "attractive" to boys. Now, this same mother will not stop doing aproko in my "love life". Unfortunately, because she created such huge restrictions in that regard for a long time, I'm not really comfortable talking to her about my r/ships. And this isnt exactly a good thing. And oh, they never talked about se.x education in my house. Never ever. Infact, that word doesnt exist. That's totally wrong! There were some other things she and my dad did that were just so ehn! But in all though, now I've realised how FANTASTIC they were/are as parents and I've come to appreciate their parenting skills because I mean, look at me today!! |

These Boko Haram people sha havent had enough?! 700 criminals now roam the streets free. This means trouble. And the yeye Governor is in Saudi Arabia "observing hajj" on state funds I'm pretty certain. Is that part of his duties as Governor?? Shame!! And the Emir vacated. What happens to hundreds of innocent people who have no where to "vacate" to?? Nigeria is such a mess mehn. It pains my heart. |
