adenigga:May God continue to bless PETER GREGORY OBI the uncomon personality. |
Obinoscopy:The results loaded onto the IREV by INEC are dubious n unreliable, they are the written data from the altered n manipulated result sheets from the last presidential election,if you get to see the physical paper copies of some of those results from where the data uploaded onto the IREV was taken you would she'd tears due to how defaced by alteration n cancellations,no sane person in a sane clime would have accepted such as a valid document, I'm sure LP/obi's legal teams made photocopies of them as part of their INEC documents inspectors, Nigerians are going to be shocked, your so call statistical inference is made based on dubious data n therefore baseless, valueless n misleading, going forward parties should always insist on INEC pasting the polling units results of elections at the polling units immediately after the polls before forwarding the results to the collation centres to guard against alterations, falsification n manipulations. |
Emuforlife1:guy i know someone that was involved in that incident, Don't just assume I'm ignorant n crying more than the bereaved, but enjoy anyway, what goes around comes around. |
Emuforlife1:look I grow up n schooled in Nigeria state but I left there many years ago,so you can enjoy your niger ok,I only pity the helpless victims. |
lhordspy: |
Emuforlife1:Don't tell blantant lies, the incident never happened at 2am,Bago is a known bigot both in character and appearance. |
nlfpmod:This Islamic fundamentalist, that beat up NANIS delegation to his house jin Abuja ust because they had a female with them. |
Gerrard59:Let the girls refuse,or is it by force? |
Rubyjade:definitely not supporting the sex trade practice, but don't think the Arabs are saints,if you had the opportunity of knowing the Muslim community like in northern Nigeria very well, you will know how deceitful those guys are, what they practice is just an organized system of secrecy, it's not for nothing that they always pray that " Allah ya rufe mana asiri" |
peekspot:one of two things are certainly true with buhari, it's either he is a complete daft or he is deceitful. |
id4sho:The political parties have not done their home work very well, there's a provision of the electoral law thatake it mandatory for INEC to paste a copy of the polling unit result at the polling units as well as giving a copy to the party agents, this is the law they should have insisted that INEC complied with,if necessary they should have gone to court to compel INEC to comply, because with this law lots of malpractices would be checkmated whether electronic transfer of results or not, INEC is seriously compromised, they are untrustworthy, the parties need to be really smart n proactive. |
helinues:Mr Man why you people just upload the pictures of polling units results sheets for the 176000+ polling units for the whole world to see n compare with the ones provided by party agents,is this an impossible task? |
BluntCrazeMan: |
id4sho:I'm 1000% in support of obi's legitimate n peaceful legal pursuit to correct the ills of our electoral process,we can't continue to accept fraud without questioning, what's the essence of laws then?even if finally obi is not declared the winner but the elections are nullified n a rerun organized where the electoral laws would be strictly abide by,that would be a giant step forward, already there are stories of access been denied to some polling units results on the just loaded INEC iRev, everything about INEC n the presidential elections just stinks of fraud n must be challenged. |
Jones4190:Don't worry,just wait,time n events shall tell. |
kk2027:It's simple, the real Lagos indegines have seen a better chance in labour party to wrestle Lagos back from the hands n control of crooks n so they have simply realigned, watch out for Saturday. |
IyaebeTheGreat:It's people like you that are the real dangerous threat to peace I the country, people who can not insist that things be done right. |
Jones4190:I said, you all should just exercise a little patience, simple. |
Jones4190:Just exercise a little patience ok, it's not necessary about obi winning, it's more about Tinubu winning by fraud. |
Islie:His wife is a Christian and a pastor in RCCG,that should be enough,is that not what we are told, let Tinubu pick professor Akintola of MURIC as his chief of staff or even SGF.el rufai as his foreign minister, Ganduje as his minister of finance etc. |
[quote author=jokky44 post=121592155] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5C5IirKkv9g Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra state has told the people of his state that they should only vote for APGA house of assembly candidates. He said he if they elect a contestant from another party, that he will only get his salary and not any other money for constituency project. never knew soludo was this foolish! |
tinsel:Your own school of thought or which one?,if you can disprove my comment with facts n not by baseless retorts please. |
Racoon:The view of femi falana is backed the ruling of the appeal court, but the former AGF Aondakaa stated that the supreme Court ruled in 2008 that a candidate must get 25% of the vote in FCT to be declared elected president,no one has faulted his statement, I'm even suprise this write up didn't mention anything about it, well the case is now before the Court, the SANs Know what to do n time shall tell. |
mokafor:This write up is even self indicting, the write up clearly stated that INEC was free to choose the method it want n it was INEC themselves that choose electronic transfer of results, only to secretly n unilaterally jettison that n opt for manual process,if INEC had any issues but was desirous of transparency they should have notify the parties or even postpone the elections, but because it was pre-planned they went ahead without care, which ever way one look at this elections the result is always dubious, Nigeria has lost a big opportunity to make a giant leap forward no thanks to the hidden agenda been executed by INEC. |
KanwuliaExtra:Thank you very much for the advice,in fact that is what labour should have told her agents to do but everyone believed the dubious INEC,the so call reconfiguration is a big lie,INEC is just looking for a change to clean their dirty acts, let all the parties now insist that the next elections results copy must be pasted at the polling units for everyone to see n snap, any unit where the INEC staff refuses to do that, the staff should not be allowed to go. |
Toneypen247:If the labour party really want to win their case, this is what they should do,let them not worry about the so call data back up by INEC because it is simply the pictures of the fraudulently alterated results sheets that would be back to produce a result that ryhme with the one declared,so labour party should either ask for the polling units results sheets for Rivers,Akwa ibom,Lagos, ekiti, Adamawa n plateau states n make photocopies of them, those sheets will certainly be different from the one given their agents or strictly argue their case from the point of law that INEC did not conduct the elections in accordance with the amended electoral act, INEC guidelines for the elections n the winner was declared in violation of the Constitution, but labour should never approach the case from both angles,in either angles they have a good chance of winning. |
helinues:THIS is how it is going to play out,if the results are pasted at the polling units, many people would snap it,so if there's any alterations there after,it can easily be proven,so even if INEC fails to electronically transfer the elections results from the polling units in real time the parties would still get the authentic results except if the party agents are compromised, this pasting of results at the polling unit is what the LP N PDP should have also insisted on abinitio. |
beerfraud:Mr Reno, the issue is not about Peter obi winning in FCT n 19 other states, rather it is about INEC failing to abide by the electoral law n refusing to upload the elections results from the polling units immediately after the elections so as to prevent alteration n rigging which would have clearly given obi victory, the second is INEC declaring Tinubu as the winner despite him not getting the mandatory 25% of the votes in FCT as ruled by the supreme Court in 2008 as part of the ruling in buhari vs yaradua elections case, there's no point making noise, let obi go to court and try his best, most likely the original results of the election can not be established again but the elections should be cancelled as it was done in Kenya and fresh one conducted in strict obeyance of the law. |
ganisucks: |
unclejb2:In the alternative, the results of the polling units should be pasted publicly at the polling units im mediately after announcing the results so that anyone can snap it for record purpose,if not the INEC officials should be held responsible. |
Naijalarry:The labour party made a big mistake by not registering enough polling units agents but be that as it may,the law is made to protect the larger interest of all so it has to be respected n obeyed at all times, the electoral law as amended required inec to transmit elections results from the polling units im mediately after the elections but INEC without justification refused to do this giving room for widespread alterations n falsification, labour party was the major victim as her votes were free stolen due to lack of agents but INEC has only shot itself in the foot because if they transmit the guber elections results from the polling units then they would have to explain why they didn't for the presidential n if they also failed to transmit the results from the polling units, the elections are not going to be credible n thus putting the whole process into doubt, with BVAS it very shameful for any talk of over voting to be made, how exactly will INEC explain that! But this is Nigeria the land of abracadabra! Obi/labour should just wait for the guber elections to be conducted before going to court, what was the essence of the struggle to ensure that the electoral act was amended to make for compulsory electronic transfer of results? No wonder the APC led NASS tried so much to scuttle it only to clandestinely cook up a dirty deal with INEC. |
KanwuliaExtra:Nigeria our country is truly a disgrace, imagine what's going on with the currency scarcity! |
