This judgement of the supreme Court was so vague n controversial,I mean what were the scores of each candidate in the 388 polling units,what was the final tally for each candidate,what was the spread of winning to declare uzodimma a winner?,so many questions left unanswered by the supreme Court ruling.

Requirement for Nigeria election is an SSCE certificate. What happens if Tinubu is accused of forging his university certificate since its not a requirement.

The issue there is giving false information or perjury all of which are criminal, Tinubu could have just submitted the ssce certificate but he hadn't any so he has to submit his CSU credentials which is now been call to question, which ever way one look at this Tinubu saga, it's very difficult not entertaining doubts about the man's shadiness.

According to the UK nurse's statements, a man who is not capable of taking care of his family, shouldn't get married. I think this controversy started because of Kie kie's interview.
Bills splitting can be 50/50, 60/40, 70/30, I think all this depends on the financial strength of a man.

My opinion is, just like the nurse said, a man should be capable before getting married even if your wife will assist you, it should be little. A wife should help her husband out if he has financial challenges and husband that have financial challenges shouldn't just sit back and watch their wife do things. Try and do little things till you stand firm.

I don't know how obasanjo was wrong in asking the obas to standup to greet n recognize the arrival of the sitting governor, perhaps it's the language used if not in the hierarchy of authority the sitting governor is far ahead of an oba,in fact the governor can dethrone an oba, gone are the days when the traditional rulers were gods,now their presence n postio is just slightly above ceremonial, obasanjo as a sitting president wouldn't prostrate to any oba but would do so out of respect for the throne n tradition while out. Of office, which is very correct,we shouldn't mistake the respect given to the traditional rulers as they been too powerful,they survive on government funding.

Jurisdiction is like the gate to a house. If you don't have access to it, you can't go in.

The Courts simply interpret what they see in the Electoral Act, if there must be amendments, it has to start with the legislators (they make the laws).

I appreciate your candidate explanation,I think the legislature would consider this during the next amendments as I'm sure there's going to be,the electronic transfer issues has really raised up the need for a rethink.

That's the law. Whatever you have against a contestant, bring it to court before the general election. Election tribunals are not regular courts. If they feel Ode has committed forgery, they should approach the high court.

you know it's not always possible for some criminal acts to discovered immediately,now if our laws stand that anything that happens before elections is prelection matter n then some political office holders enjoys immunity, this means one can even kill in pursuit of political ambition provided it's not discovered before elections n he eventually wins then he is on the clear?

The said Form EC9 if need be, is not a forged Certificate, hence, does not fall into this category.

Submitting false information to INEC, I believe falls within Section 29 of the Electoral Act and are pre-election & "intra-party ." The Supreme Court in SDP & Or v. INEC & 2 Ors in March this year unanimously placed this sort of subject matter within intra-party.

If there was anyone to challenge same it was INEC not the Petitioner.

There's no questioning the popularity of Alia but should emotions be placed above the law?,to me it shouldn't be,the high court officials personally came to testify during the hearings that ode committed forgery,now this raise some pertinent questions, should the law be blind because of Alia's popularity?, should ode now go Scot free because the crime he committed occurred before elections? The supreme Court really need to look into the issue of the over 18,000+ blurred or blank results sheets from INEC itself,how is that possible?, the supreme Court also need to look into the INEC claim of a technical glitch against the facts from Amazon to establish truth,the supreme Court also need to state if that doctrine of legitimate expectations is not valid in the circumstances of INEC assurance,on the whole INEC conduct during the election was very very questionable n outrightly dubious, certainly the elections were far from transparent,free or fair.
