Nobody disagrees with the fact that the appeal court is the final destination for national assembly electoral matters,the issue here is the appeal court going outside of it legal mandate to adjudicate n pass judgement on strictly intra party affairs,the supreme Court has clearly explain the position of the law in such cases, ideally the supreme Court should be involved now because it's now a case of interpretation n application of the law, except if you are saying that since the appeal court is the final in this instance they can choose to do whatever they like n it should just be accepted like that,but that would be very unfortunate.

please you people should always try to understand issues first before commenting n condemnation,the labour party is protesting the ruling of the appeal court because the ruling was based on an internal matter of the labour party which the law forbid the court from adjudicating on,so the judgement is like a deliberate legal brigandage,what I don't know is if the matter can be taken before the supreme Court for legal interpretation because the supreme Court itself is clear on who can n should challenge an intra party matter.

Forget what you read online. I am reading from INEC documents from 2021 to 2022. They have never publicly admitted programming the IREV for transmission of results. By their definition of electronic transmission, collating and transmitting polling units, wards, lga, and state results and assigning winner. What they claim it is to upload images of polling units results. They can design or programm it for electronic transmission but I am Nigerian, I doubt that IREV can actually do that right now.

Get me right, I'm not talking of electronic transmission, I'm talking in a general note,if the IREV has no bearing with the final tally of elections results, there's no point displaying it to the public,rather it should be an in house thing for INEC simple,if I may ask you,since the IREV has no bearing on the final elections results, of what purpose is it to the public?

Even Atiku that wanted to present a new evidence was allowed to move his motion for new evidence on Monday. All the parties have closed their cases so the only thing left is judgement. Even if the FBI files contains every of the lies you listed above, it won't count again as the court is bound to rule based on evidence presented to the court and not what is on social media.

Finally, you will do yourself a lot of good by purging your system of the lies that have been fed into you. President Bola Tinubu graduated from CSU with distinction and that is clear to every sensible person. Even David Hundeyin had to grudgingly accept on twitter that Tinubu truly attended and graduated from CSU. The FBI files are about the investigation into the narcotics connection and even at that, it can't contain anything damning because FBI never sued Tinubu directly for drug dealing. It is obvious you guys are very ignorant about how the judicial process works. How exactly do you want the Supreme court to handle the case? Ask all the parties to call and cross examine witnesses or what? Do you understand the differences between a court of first instance and an appeal court? The Supreme court is sitting as the final appellate court over the matter and not as a court of first instance. All they have to do is read the original judgement from the PEPC, read the appeal and cross appeal filed by different parties and decide whether or not the court of first instance erred in law or not.

Again, it's extremely ignorant to think whatever documents the FBI want to release has any bearing on the case. Court judgements are based on evidences before the court and not social media gossips and propaganda.
