I was in warri towards the end of january, discovered that most of the three, five, eight etc pot hole across warri were tired with only sharp sand mixed oil paint. First, let us examine how reasonable the two people in question are, since it is only a conscious person that can make a good leader. Obasanjo was a military head of state, a president for eight years and also an aged man. Both, put together is capable of mulding a normal human being having gained such huge experience. But what do one see and hear of this man? Are you crazy? Na your father be nigeria jakajaka. (in response to a musician). To me, he is a premature and unconscious aged man. Therefore, could not have made a good leader.

where i am now (name withheld), there has been steady light for not less than three days, off for half day. But for about four days now, light usually go off in night, say about eleven but from 7.30 a.m there is usually light till night, ie same time. maybe, time and place (towns and cities ) matters in this issue. In my time,especially myself, i flog children much. My second son who finished his short service was an outstanding case. In his secondary school days, we were almost wrestling physically but gradually changed until he became good after his university education, the girls were gentle from time to when they finished university without flogging. can't tell why the difference in character.
Generally those who grew up in remote areas tend to flog children than those who live cities.
