I am not saying he should kick him out by force now, but the tenant can't insist he can not afford to raise money for rent if he moves hence he wants to remain where he will live for free. Unless he has been officially paying rent. Even at that, land lord is not compelled to renew an existing tenants rent.

If the buyer and the seller had followed due process, there won't be this problem.

The law says, before you buy or rent a house where there are occupants, you should have a meeting with the occupants and let them know that the house will be sold at any time. Where you need to refund money, you do so.

Pls don't buy or rent house occupied by people without following due process.

If I traveled and left someone in my house, I will let the landlord know that I am still responsible for the rent and as such my family can stay. In sane climes you will pay extra for bringing in a squatter to live in the house with you. I believe the real tenant has washed his hands off the rent when he moved out (not not that he traveled he moved out and relocated) at the end of the contract year, a landlord can decide that he would no longer renew the contract and give a tenant ample time to arrange another place and move. If he was a squatter (that means he wasn't paying rent or having any official ties to support his right to use the place for a certain period of time as OP puts it, then he can not come and insist he stays and becomes an official tenant. Yes he can not be kicked out just like that but he can not insist he become a tenant by force.

Fail. You remove the maximum time a baby spends in the womb from 3 years and that gives you the age that child should be. A baby born after 9 months in the womb is not considered nine months old.

E tire me o. Yes it is possible for a baby to stay in the womb even for 1and half years but the mom would be under strict medical observation . It happens when the child has delayed growth but doesn't seem to be in distress. So at 6 months it will look like 3 months baby this slow development makes the pregnancy take longer . But 3 years? Maybe she break guineas book of world record so therefore, police should investigate. If she break record, we give her baby and her due honours if she is found wanting, we trace out her supplier.

Nigeria police should investigate all the many years/over term pregnancy cases to establish that those kids genuinely belong to the women claiming them. Nothing personal, just to make sure that while one woman is dancing another is not crying over her stolen baby.
