The person who is in violation could be deceased but their estate is liable. The estate will now have to prove to the court, which EO6 permits, that the person listed is deceased. The court will then interprete if the case against the person is terminal or has continuity regarding the transfer of inheritance purported to belong to FG.

1. Do a press Conference (or a Press Release) to accept the outcome of the primaries and congratulate Sanwo-Olu.

2. Remain in APC and seek reconciliation with the party. Decamping will only make you experience more embarrassing moments.

3. Work for the party's success in February 2019 and warm yourself back into the hearts of APC leaders.

If you do all this, you can regain your lost glories.

He should 1st of all tender unreserved apology to SanwoOlu. Ambode of all politicians should have known that blackmailing or mudslinging doesnt affect electorate choices much in recent times. It didnt work for Donald Trump neither did it work for Adeleke in Osun. For me, he went too low on this.
