shupy: . If you're certain you did. Attach the form and include a screenshot of that section. Be very polite in your response. In regards to the chargeback, reach out to the person that paid on your behalf. Let the officer understand that there's a 100 USD limitation on international transaction when making payment with card issued from Nigerian banks. That’s what am on already |

sirenoel: I can only answeron the chargeback part. It means the bank you made your applicationand biometrics payment with has recalled the money from IRCC's position. Either the person who mad Serge payment made the request or the bank did for some reason. Or a technical challenge from the bank. Either way, you get the point. You need to make another payment. I would I make a repayment when there is no charge back on the bank statement, the money wasn’t returned or something. More so, for charge back, the headings are always a request letter mostly.. don’t know why it’s added to procedural fairness |

Anon123: But IRCC should have contacted the applicant and let him know that the visa fee payment didnt go through before now. Besides its not its fault but from the payment platform or service at the time of payment.
I think its unfair to be issued a procedural fairness letter cos the issues raised is a technical fault not from the applicant My point, funny thing is there was no reversal showing on the card bank statement, preparing to submit the documents already.. |

Lekiboboe: I just thought of something now, (An ASSUMPTION THOUGH)
- Was it the day you wanted to submit your Study Visa Application, you downloaded your IMM FORMS from the IRCC website or you have downloaded it a long while ago on your system?
- Did you download the form from a random third party website that has the IRCC IMM forms?
- Was the Acrobat Adobe Reader you used to fill your form an UPDATED ONE
Am asking this cos IRCC do state that, an applicant must make sure he/she downloads the updated IMM forms from the IRCC website (cos the IMM form for January 2021 can be quite different from the March 2021 IMM form) & make use of the latest ACROBAT READER to fill the forms I actually downloaded it that day, and I checked with my old im forms, all are the same though.. and I have the bank statement of the card I used in Canada, there are no reversal till date also |

Spectro: You still do not understand how dire this situation is. You place emphasis on the IMM form and don't seem to be worried about the chargeback.
Good luck!
What does the bolded even mean? (rhetorical question) It's not exactly logical- it really doesn't matter which form asked about it, as long as the answer is false. For the charge back, it was my uncle that paid for the application fee, he was the one that paid for the first one, which was denied, I already sent him a message if he got a refund of the application fee, he is in Canada, and he isn’t online yet to reply.. the charge back is easy to explain , worried about the im form which I answered correctly. |

shupy: If you did, there must have been a follow-up section for an explanation. Do you remember given any reason for the visa refusal? If you don't remember, you must have clicked on "No". Just give them an explanation it was error. I don't know what else you can do. Post your intended response to the query here before submitting it. I clicked yes, even wrote in details in the im form, It was a mistake from them |

Good morning, I just got this now, and I remember telling them I was denied visa 2019 and all, while filling the im form, I just check all my files, and everything was answered correctly, even the im form of 5257 doesn’t have a USA denied question, it’s im 1294e, that has that question..please I would appreciate if someone could help me out how I should tackle this, or if someone was been sent a wrong false accuse information. I remember someone having this problem and how he solved it Please anybody who could help, I would appreciate it

Anon123: Did you fill the immm form and indicated you were denied a us visa. Did you save the immm form and reopen to ensure once opened, all you filled is there cos most times when u fill and save, you go back again and u will be surprised it's blank.
Did you validate before saving the immm form.
If yes to all this, please you need to write an explanation saying you filled the imm form truthfully by disclosing your previously denials on the imm you applied with.
I would have suggested you send that same imm form but not sure it will work
I do not know wat they mean by charge back... Okay brother, thanks |

Lekiboboe: Apart from the suggestions given,
Co-op letters of some schools e.g Conestoga, Cambrian college are always merged together with their Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
If that's your case , you have to spilt and extract that Co-op letter, then upload it on the EVIDENCE OF WORK REQUIREMENT IN STUDY upload.
You can do that on this website
https://www.ilovepdf.com/split_pdf I submitted my own without co-oo My program am going for as co-op with it. Any problem if I don’t show evidence of work? |

LegitPikin: Financial status and asset is broad. May not necessarily mean funds availability or funds not being enough. Could be unexplained fund that dropped or left your account that wasnt explained. I will suggest you wait for your notes to understand the details of the VOs mindset and issues with your application. That way you address directly and not second guess the VO. My personal experience though. Wait for the gurus. Also thinking it’s this, because I didn’t explain much in the money wen I submitted , I just gave a summary, Pension is 3m Available balance on sponsor is 9m My own account is 5m My account turnover is over 199m cuz I do crypto currency |
