truetosin: Thanks BeuHarry. I engaged him further and he said the agent that helped with his Canadian student visa application actually advised he used his uncle which was the sponsor as his father, so that is a misrepresentation. Now, he has family ties in Canada, his elder brother and because of the previous misrepresentation, they have different fathers on the immigration database. Please how can he regularise that? OH WOW!!!! Some of these agents are so clueless. Ah! |

Kekereekun123: you will include bank statement to show inflow of gift deed and outflow to mutual funds. These people love to see trails and transactions history. Many Nigerians have played a fast one on them. Some scaled through some were caught. So declare everything that will not make the visa officer begin to have doubts. Thanks a lot |

Zeus04: Ideally, it's only the PA that is obligated to submit account statements and payslips. They usually don't ask for account statement(s) from your spouse except he/she transferred funds to you that is declared as part of your POF... You may wanna show the flow from where the funds came from, thereby including his/her statements and LOE
Though people go ahead to include statement from their spouse but I understand it's not mandatory.
For the loan part as a determining factor, I'd leave that to the very experienced peeps in the house to respond. Perhaps, if they have heard a similar case Please when presenting 6 months stanbic mutual funds and gift deed (these make up the complete POF) would account statement still be needed. |

BeuHarry: Birth certificate is not actually required for EE unless you are claiming sibling points. In that case, you need to get attestation of birth document from NPC office in your state capital. Really? So how do they verify age. |

iammikun: Hello guys . I’m a new member here and I need your opinions Got my Ielts result today. L8.5 R 8.5 W 7.5 S 7.0 . This is going to give me a Crs score of 471 . Although I think I did better than the score they gave me in the speaking aspect & I’m considering requesting for a remark so I can max out and boost my score to 474. Do you guys think I should go for it or just leave it ? Is it possible I get a higher score ? Is it possible they reduce my scores too ? I’d really appreciate several responses . Thanks . plz apply for a remark. Scores can never reduce...at least I haven’t heard of any . it’d mostly likely increase to 7.5 |

oginnite: Thanks for your Response, right now, i need to start working on passing the IELTS. i guess that Would be the greatest Huddle to cross and it is surmountable. the only other option is to start looking for how to sort the issue of POF because the plan was to use gift deed for her as POF. i dont know if we can still use her account statement as POF while i am the PA. thanks Yes u can. She’s ur spouse so yes u can. |

oginnite: Evening guys, Good Job you are doing here...
My Details
Married Age- 31years (May 1) wife -26years (June 4) her sister is in Saskatchewan as PR Education - Both of Us has Masters wife's work experience - 2years frontline internship in ACCESS Bank (work duties is majorly that of Teller and other Executive Trainee). she Works in almost all the Units in the Bank within the two years. Principal Applicant - Wife will Definitely be the Principal Applicant
so My Question is this. 1. Can she use the 2years Work Experience for Express Entry. If yes, what will be the NOC? 2. for ECA, do WES considers the CGPA when evaluating Master or they Just Evaluate Master as Canada Equivalent of masters Also, prepare for and write ur ielts and dive into the pool sharp sharp. Time is of the essence in this journey. |

If yes, what will be the NOC? 2. for ECA, do WES considers the CGPA when evaluating Master or they Just Evaluate Master as Canada Equivalent of masters So here’s my advice for you . You should be the principal applicant.... assuming you have 3years work experience. You should aim to max out your ielts that is LRSW 8,8,7.5,7.5 your wife should also try to score 8,7,7,7, at least.. but if she can do better, more points for y’all. Her experience as FL intern will not work. How do I know.. I have same experience and thankfully I’ve worked elsewhere for three years before so I won’t be using it .. 1)it’s an internship 2)the NOC won’t count so dont gamble. With her sister being a PR, your scores should be tending to 480 or more. Which is a very sexy score. Ngwa goodluck. |

Glowing1: Hi all, I'm 28, had bsc in accounting, graduated 2018. I worked as a secretary, y'll know how Nigeria is, no job.. And I will love to try d express entry.. Please I would appreciate every advice I can receive here on how to go about it. Least I forget I'm 3mth pregnant. Thanks y'll I think the best thing you can do for yourself now now is get an additional degree before you deliver becos once baby comes it’d be hard to focus on the books. There are short courses like CIMA, BCS, ACCA that you can complete within 6 months all cost less than 200k. Once u’ve gotten ur extra degree then you can focus on getting ur WES evaluation and Ielts. Those can be done even when baby has come. Aim to max out your ielts and you’re good. Goodluck |

In light of the pandemic and WES not accepting hard copies, one of my edu criteria (ICAN) has given me the hard copy per requested but I’ve since requested for an e-copy to be sent to WES but The Institute has responded that they don’t send e-copies.
Please how do I go about this? Uhm sorry to burst ur bubble oo but u will not recieve a positive assessment from WES with ICAN |

Also, does my spouse need to evaluate his BSc and MSc or it's okay if he does just ielts? U’d evaluate just your MSc. Your partner should also evaluate his MSc if y’all are claiming points for it. |
