Hello guys, please if someone was refused a Canadian visitor’s visa for misrepresentation, would it be stated in the refusal letter? If someone is deemed inadmissible after applying for a visitor’s visa, would it also be stated in the letter ?

Yes it has. my spouse is the PA. Everything’s passed except my background check which has been “in progress”

Good morning people, please has anyone here got a permanent residence visa after getting a PFL from years back.
i got a procedural fairness letter in my previous application from 5years ago, which i got a refusal afterwards. i am currently applying for permanent residency and background check has been in progress for a long time.
Anyone knows if a PFL from my visitors visa can affect my application?
Note - i wasn’t given a ban but a refusal. Has anyone experienced this please.

Post - ita, in my personal history,i have mentioned dt i was an MUA from 2018 (it’s my brand)… i don’t know if i can say 2018 till date … (am i allowed to have a side hustle? as makeup jobs are mostly on weeekends) and my 9-5 job is monday to friday.

or should i say 2018- feb 2021 (before my current job started).
is it okay to run two things concurrently

Hello people, Please i’d like some advice.
In 2019, my mum registered a company (which she eventually never used) and put me as Director and secretary on paper.
Should i put the company name anywhere in personal history or attach an LOE explaining that the company was never used for any business activities.
This said company has no structure, never done any business and address used for registration is her home address.
PS - when someone googles my name, the company comes out on d search showing me as Director and secretary.

Make IRCC website & page 1 your friend as you prepare your documents and search NL extensively too. Hope your reference letter complies with IRCC requirements with regards to NOC.

About declining ITA....where is that koboko?

My reference letter meets IRCC standards .. my Boss also stated i was paid in cash .. hence the salary certificate as well.

Hello people i’m in a bit of a dilemma and i need the advice of seniors…
my job were i worked in 2013-2015 (i was paid in cash.. i have a salary certificate to that effect .. i know it’s not necessary but i can provide photos of me from years ago wearing the company shirt at the time) .. i also have my employment letter and reference letter from my former Boss.

Now the problem is, i just saw in my marriage certificate dated 2014, in the space asked for Rank or profession, i erroneously filled in “Engineering” because that’s what i studied. i thought that’s what they meant. i have no idea how to explain this. Should i decline ITA? or is there a way out of this.

When i add the 2013-2015 work experience,y CRS is 539 and when i use my current work experience which is 1yr 6 months i’m on 514.
Should i decline and wait for when i’m called at 514? please advice.

I really would not advice anyone to change their POF to dollars at this crazy rate unless you’re leaving the country now now. it’s an artificial increase mostly caused by Emefiele’s announcement on monday and then fueled by panic. This wasn’t an exponential increase. it was rapid. i believe it’d go back to stability of the 600’s.

But don't you have any recent work experience in the last 5yrs that you can use instead of 8/10yrs ago

I do but it’s not up to the required 3 years … in the past 5 years i’ve worked in customer service for 1year 8 months (but that doesn’t count because of the NOc)… i’m currently working elsewhere and it’s been just 1year 4 months …
Thankfully IRCC says not more than 10years so i’d have to use the paid in cash one to make up.

Yes it’s 3 years. You only need one continuous year in one noc. The rest can be non continuous and also different nocs.

Please i’d like to ask if this counts as three years work experience..

july 2012 - july 2013 - 1year
july 2017 - march 2018 - 8 months
march 2021 - july 2022 - 1year 4 months

My worry is the breaks … please will this amount to three years work experience?
