Just two? So all the noise is for just two members of APC? Sadly. those two you claim had their cases instituted by a PDP government. Your propaganda will not work. I suggest you crawl back to the hole you came out from or engage the services of other leading asslickers
The fact that you are ignorant and you don't know anything or you don't read the news doesn't mean looters are not being sent to jail.

The two you mentioned never released statements to support their associates with credibility issues like buhari did. Most of us know that those your allegations remain in the realm of allegations. The story of the $16bn has been cleared by fashola himself, as well as the House of Reps. If you guys continue to mouth such allegations as defense then you lots are simply unserious. Buhari was accused of aiding the smuggling of 53 suitcases containing dollar notes as military head. As PTF chairman, he was accused of mismanaging N2.8bn. How do you react to all these?

Meaningless ignorant and unintelligent rubbish as usual.

Tell me 2 APC members and former governors were not sent to jail under PMB and I'll pay you attention, till you do, go away with your ipob rubbish.

In 1977, the military head of state, Lt. Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo, set up a crude oil sales tribunal to investigate the operations of the Nigerian National Oil Company (NNOC, which metamorphosed into NNPC same year).

The tribunal found out that in three years, NNOC had failed to collect its equity share of oil produced by Shell, Mobil and Gulf.

As a joint venture partner, NNOC was entitled to 182.95 million barrels of oil production. But NNOC did not find buyers for its own share, thereby losing a potential income of $2.8 billion.

But it was instead reported by the media that $2.8 billion was missing

Just helping you cure your ignorance.

Please share this info with your fellow ipobs peddling the $2.8 billion gossips and ignorant nonsense.

GEJ and OBJ did a lot better than this guy in terms of fight against corruption
OBJ did better when he looted $16 billion power fund and left us in darkness.

GEJ did better when he stole our $2.7 billion and gave it to DASUKI/ATM to share with his crooked and corrupt cronies like Fayose, FFK, Metuh and other looters.

It's like saying armed robbers are excellent crime fighters.

Politics › Code Of Conduct Tribunal Sets Date For Continuation Of Onnoghen’s Trial by deomelo(op): 4:47pm On Jan 31, 2019
The Code of Conduct Tribunal says it will resume hearing in the case of alleged false asset declaration brought against suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen.

Mr Onnoghen was charged by the Code of Conduct Bureau for allegedly omitting details of his domiciliary accounts in one of two forms submitted to the bureau in 2016, among other offences.

He has failed to appear at the two hearing sessions when the matter was called at the tribunal.

Following an order of the Court of Appeal, the tribunal chaired by Danladi Umar suspended the trial indefinitely at the last adjourned date on January 22.

On Wednesday, the Court of Appeal directed the tribunal to proceed with the hearing after refusing a request by Mr Onnoghen for the trial to be suspended.

In response to the appeal court decision, the tribunal on Thursday said it would continue sitting on January 4. The tribunal said its decision followed a request by the CCB for the case to continue.

“Conduct Tribunal Fixes 4th February for resumption of alleged Non-asset declaration trial against Hon. Justice Walter Onnoghen.

“Following Court of Appeal ruling yesterday on the trial against Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Onnoghen Nkanu Walter, on alleged non-declaration of asset before Code of Conduct Tribunal is hereby fixed for Monday, 4th of February, 2019.

“The decision was reached today sequel to a correspondent from Code of Conduct Bureau, applying for the resumption of trial of the case captioned; Application for resumption of trial of the case of FRN V. Hon. Justice Onnoghen Nkanu Walter Samuel case No: CCT/ABJ/01/19, addressed to Hon. Chairman Code of Conduct Tribunal, dated 30th January, 2019, jointly signed by Musa Ibrahim Usman (Esq) and Fatima Danjuma Ali (Esq).

“The request reads in part; “The above subject refers. This case came up for hearing of preliminary objection to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal on the 28th of January, 2019 but the Tribunal could not proceed due to the pendency of the case at the Court of Appeal,” the statement said, quoting the communication from the CCB.

It added that the latest request by the bureau is therefore in response to the recent ruling by the court of appeal.

Why was the FG in a hurry to appoint a new CJN without waiting for a recommendation from the NJC?
If the NJC cannot meet and deliberate because the corrupt head of the NJC and the CJ himself canceled their gatherings indefinitely, how do you suggest they meet to discuss and recommend anything to the president? Was it even possible?

Answer that question, I really need you to.

Oga.

I never supported the action of the CJN. I am arguing about the process of his removal.

Besides why this time? why didn't the FG act earlier? Why was the FG in a hurry to appoint a new CJN without waiting for a recommendation from the NJC?

why hasn't such speed being applied to the petitions/inquiries against the chairman of the CCB, his Chief of staff and other party members who are also facing similar charges?

For christ sake, we are not fools na.
You are allowed to formulate and purvey your opinion and even read your own preferred meanings into the FG's decisions, but that doesn't mean due process was not followed.

The crooked judge, on the other hand, truncated the so-called due process you are talking about through the NJC by canceling meetings and gatherings of the NJC indefinitely, meaning he canceled the meetings indefinitely because he did not want the NJC due process you are talking about. With the crooked judge canceling the NJC meeting indefinitely, it means the NJC can never get together to discuss or deliberate on anything at all, including anything about the corrupt CJ, it means they can not recommend anything.

The crooked judge himself destroyed that due process arbitrarily because he did not want any accountability or any recommendation from the same NJC he chairs.. This is why they asked him to step down or recuse himself from the process.

The armed robber cannot be his own arresting police, his own prosecutor and his own judge.

The corrupt judge dismantled due process from the beginning so face the crooked and corrupt judge with your due process argument.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this again proves that we are not all equal as far as the law is concerned in this country. In a sane clime, the suspended CJN will be more concerned in clearing his name by going to the courts to explain the money in his account and most importantly the illegality of his removal. By opting for this "soft landing", he is unwittingly agreeing that he committed a crime and pleading for a pardon.

What really annoys me is the demand that the new CJN must be removed as well just to save face. The legal body is no longer concerned about the rape of our constitution, and the precedence been set which will affect us all. Now they are afraid of the possibility that he may go to jail and will rather sacrifice us all than let that happen. Cowards.

I may not stand with Buhari on a lot of matters but I really do pray that he rejects their demands. I am very much interested in how this man and his army of lawyers will wriggle out of this mess.
Just imagine, they swore to protect and uphold the law, but when it comes to them, they are above the law, they must walk away free even though they send the common man to prison for stealing goat and common cell phone.

And these are the same crooked characters shouting and raving that PMB is abusing their constitution and arm of government, the same constitution that the judiciary can not uphold and defend.

I'm sure PYO shook his head and concluded that the fight against corruption and our dirty judiciary is going to be a long fight.

The legal and moral burden on Onnoghen were mutually discussed at the session by both the NBA and the government team. It dawned on everybody from NBA that the minimum the government will accept is the resignation of Onnoghen.
+ Prosecution and forfeiture.

I scroll the internet for all funding opportunities to give my clients and I have never for once stumbled on a site of these organizations you called or met any organization/microfinance bank partnering with them. Since you where born I am not sure you have used half of the data I have used. Helping enterprise apply for funding iAtiku said GDP was 6% in May, 2015.
