silastemplar:You don't know what he knows. If you think he's raising a false alarm, you're mistaken. |
silastemplar:He's not lying. He has always being right about Buhari and APC. |
There no smoke without fire. The Federal Government and Fayemi should be well guided. |
Just imagine, their children are now orphans because of Buhari foolishness. Buhari will destroy this country completely if he wins again next year and unfortunately, he'll do everything to remain in power. |
Voting in a selection? |
RareDiamonds:Please always say only what you about. |
This is the work of the opposition sponsored militias, not Fulani herdsmen- Buhari. The next thing you'll hear is Jonah Jang arrested in connection to Plateau killings. |
mamaafrik:We are on it already. Many southerners have their own mini cattle ranches now. |
NOETHNICITY:There's no need for it. When I needed a large expanse of land for farning, I had to go to my homeland where I can get it at no cost. Open grazing is no longer a 21st century thing. Herdsmen should embrace ranching by acquiring lands in their host communities or better still, go back to their home state where they can do as they wish. Any attempt to create a territory for the herdsmen in the guise of ranch, will be met with serious and deadly resistance. They can take their stocks back north and decide to sell beef to southerners at a price, double the normal in protest, nobody cares. |
NOETHNICITY:Do it...it's from your damn pocket man. Let every Fulani man who wishes to domicile their cattle in the south do the same individually. It's that simple. I know scores of southerners that have cattle and all have ranches. If the Fulanis are too poor to do ranch without government acquiring land for them, it's better they go back home where their livestocks can roam the street freely. I'm going into the business myself, and I'm not waiting for the government. |
Abacha didn't steal a kobo- Buhari |
hunter21:You are not in a position to tell me a thing about economics. I know better than you. Perhaps you don't know that most cows from the North we slaughter down South are being transported by road. I'm familiar with the veterinary section at the Jebba tollgate then. Northerners don't need to have a tomato or onion farm in Oyo. They do the farming up North and bring it to the market down South, and it has always been economically viable. We import livestocks, and it's economically viable. The Fulanis should deal with their private business. I know many Yoruba people who have cattle and they ranch them without government intervention. I'm going into the business myself and if the government do this by force, we the indigenes will take all the available space in the ranches. |
All I see is cattle colony in disguise. Whatever happens to having grazing reserves in states indigenous to the Fulani. They can transport their merchandise to the south for sale from there. It's that simple. The FG is planning to have a Fulani reserve in Oyo state while Alafin is still on the throne right? No problem. Keep dreaming. |
la1:The stitches on the right thigh is for embalment. |
It's quite unfortunate that Buhari and his goons are now spokespersons for herdsmen. Herdsmen or not, instead of apprehending the culprits that have been killing innocent people almost everyday of this year, all they do is make silly excuses that further expose their culpability in the mess. Is anyone else with brain still in doubt that the Fulani government is fully the coordinator of this genocide? I'm sure, very soon this crisis will escalate and the army will not be able to contain the reprisal attacks on Fulani. They will have no one to blame but themselves |
This has always been the trend. Most of those northerners claiming Kano and Sokoto indigenes are actually from Niger. Most of them don't even understand Hausa at all at first. |
"...na joke o!" -Rohr |
Think of it as an oppotunity to get someone who is better...a blessing in disguise. |
Better for you, because some parts of the said guidelines would further sink your ship. |
Esseite:Even Buhari doesn't meet this your criteria. Like management, governance can be reduced to common sense. I'm certain a 35 years old with a clear vision of what he intends to do and how to do it, will do far better than all these old bags. I don't see a Buhari doing better than an average young guy of 35...no way! |
Esseite:If you can't do a certain thing at 35, when then do you think you'll be able to do it? At 70? Physically, intellectually, that's the prime age man! PDP could have just been silent on that instead of stating it in defiance of the not-too-young to rule bill. |
Barring aspirants based on age...below 40? PDP is sure not ready to take back power yet. This will create an even worse image for the already dying party. PDP can't be working at cross-purpose with the law. It is illegal and so, won't hold. |
Boko Haram has been technically defeated- Buhari |
...so that the marauding herdsmen will finish them up? |
IbnAbdullah1:He has always won in the core north. He's the President today because of the supports he got from the middle belt and south west. He's a goner if he can't have majority votes in these regions, regardless if he wins in the core north. Buhari won't win Edo in a free and fair election. You should know we're not talking of only Edo north here. |
Ekotech1980:It's a good sample size considering the fact that most people that took the poll are from the south, the deciders of elections. |
SamuelAnyawu:PDP said the same thing you're saying now when they keep losing online polls, until they lost the real poll. |
He should not go free for that racist comment. |
But how can we explain the situation where Buhari increased fuel price from #87/litre while crude was selling below $60/barrel. All these times the crude oil price was low, Buhari's government have been making surplus from hiking the fuel price, yet records still shows they incurred over a trillion naira subsidy. It defies economic logic. The corruption going on in this government is monumental. |
If I can't hire someone with Buhari's level of intelligence to do anything for me, why in the world would I vote for him to rule a country? It doesn't make sense. I mean, Buhari hasn't worked in any organization that values merit. |
e7ejinima:All we're saying is, stop calling us betrayers, backstabbers and all sort of names, Yorubas owe no one any explanation for whatever political choices we make. You made yours. |
It's a matter of concern. We now have confirmed islamists expressing their opinions on Christian threads while we have to take some oath to do the same thing on islamic board. |
