CSTR1003:That doesn't change the fact that his last post last night was some minutes to 10pm and first post today was around 4am. Do the maths. |
post=68219031:When is it night in your time zone? The time stamps on your posts still put your possible location in Nigeria. |
Voting against Buhari is one of my goals for 2019. It doesn't matter if he wins or not. At least, I'll be able to sleep well at night knowing I'm not part of the people that made same mistake twice by voting for Buhari or by not voting at all, thereby contributing indirectly to his victory. |
nowpresence:This time in 2014, Buhari wasn't sure of winning APC primaries yet, so you calm down. I'm sure there must be at least another aspirant on the ballot. It's too early to think Buhari has no viable opponent. You wait and see. |
I've lost hope in this entity called Nigeria. If you very well, why the executive is probing the legislative arm of government, you'll see self-interest written all over it. Buhari is only trying to secure his 2019 ambition, while dissenting voices in the national assembly are also doing the same. No people's interests at all. Like I once said, Buhari is the last president, and that's a good thing. |
This country is going nowhere near progress with this crop of leaders. Killer Herdsmen have killed thousands this year alone, and with many more reasons why Buhari should be removed, these self-centered law makers didn't deem it fit to consider impeaching the president until they started feeling the heat. You guys are on your own. Y'all can elimimate eachother for all I care. |
Why do these people need so much security details? Imagine a whole platoon guarding one man. This is a country where the police-citizen ratio is equivalent to 1:500. This country is going to hell. Like Buhari, like Saraki. I know Buhari corruption fight is directed only to perceived enemies. This case will be swept under the carpet as usual and he, Buhari will regret doing so, because given the slightest chance, Saraki will destroy him for even making an attempt to disgrace him. |
proudevil:Really? Don't you know it's this same people that are into prostitution, drug, and drinking, not outsiders? Northerners are hypocrites. Majority of them do drugs, they drink like swine, and many young girls engage in prostitution. I can get you a girl on hijab for the night in Yobe, but it's this same people that will be forming religious. |
The way Buhari is just making enemies for himself without really wanting to destroy them won't end well for him. This table he's shaking with the likes of Obasanjo, Saraki on it, it's dangerous. Small time na, all these Ilorin Alfas will reason your matter, and before you know,... |
The thunder that will strike your left ball for mentioning the great Machiavelli and Buhari in the same sentence, just finished training in Jaji. |
handsomeclouds:From the audio clip, the man said it was the job of Michael Adikwu (a dismissed police office and one of the accused) to provide the ammunitions. |
Frankiss44:That would be a very big mistake from Buhari. |
diltstwoods:Not Father. He was Umaru's Uncle. |
Buhari and his police chief are not very smart. The perfect time for them to nail Saraki was when hundreds of millions of naira was alleged to be stolen from his house, but as usual, politicians would cover up any crime, no matter how big, as long as you're in their good book. I hope Buhari and Idris are serious about destroying Saraki once and for all, otherwise, I'm sorry for them. |
Good riddance to bad rubbish. Everything works together for good. I hate Buhari with passion but if he can bring down Saraki, all well and good. It's true these people have cultists and political thugs whom they use to do their dirty jobs, so the Police might not be far from the truth. Thank God Saraki is at logger head with Buhari, else the president would have swept the case under the carpet as usual. I hope Buhari knows who he's up against and is prepared? If you know, you know. |
greggng:I don't think he will do jack about it. With different and contradictory statements from the President and his service chiefs, it's clear he has no political will to wade into action. These killings have been going almost every day of this year, and what we have is the President turned spokesperson for the alleged killers. Let's even assume some people are giving it political undertone and it's not the herdsmen doing the killings. How hard is it to make a single arrest of any of the "common criminals " that have killed thousands of people this year so far? I don't have any explanation for this than, the President is not ready to deal with his kinsmen who have been emboldened by his silence over these killings. His silence is deafening. |
greggng:And the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces is too helpless to do anything about it? |
brodalokie:Jesus Christ is the Son of God, not God the Father. I expect you to know that from your Bible. Jesus can not be the Father and at the same time, be the Son. Does that make sense to you? The law (ten commandments) was not killing the people, it is sin (breaking of the law) that is killing people. Wages of sin is death right? 1 Peter 22Fulfilling the law doesn't mean Christians are now licensed to go about committing sin. Jesus himself told you he has not come to the law but to fulfill it and here you are writing long essay to prove the unprovable. Fulfill as used in that passage means "to bring full meaning to it" "to teach it". Sorry brother, Jesus Christ didn't come to do away with the ten commandments but to teach us how to keep it. He kept the commandments and he expects us to do the same. His disciples did the same and we are expected to do it. Do you realize that the Apostles kept the Sabbaths and never for once observed Sunday? What then are we talking about here? Make no mistakes, the ten commandments (Exo 20) is different from ceremonial laws. The death and resurrection of Jesus took away the ceremonial laws because these laws are pointing to Him. We no longer need to observe the passover because Jesus is now our passover, and so on. But the death of Jesus didn't give us the license to kill, steal, worship other gods, not observe the Sabbath of the Lord, and so on. How can you claim to be serving God if you don't observe this things? Or which of this laws do you have problems observing? I'm sure it's that of Sabbath. Do you see why many will perish in the last days? The ten commandments was Spoken by God personally - (Exodus 20:1, 8-11), ceremonial laws was Spoken by Moses - (Exodus 24:3) While the ten commandments were Written in stone (how do you do you do away with something written on stones? God did this for a reason. It's unchangeable) by God Himself - (Exodus 31:18), ceremonial laws were written by Moses hand on paper - (Exodus 24:4) The ten commandments was placed inside the Ark of the covenant - (Deu 10:5), but the law of ordinance was stored on the outside of the Ark - (Deu 31:26) Breaking the Sabbath and any other of the ten commandments is sin - (1 John 3:4) But the ceremonial laws were kept because of sin - (See Leviticus) The Sabbath was established before sin - (Genesis 2:1-3), ceremonial sabbaths were established after sin - (Exodus 20:24) God calls it MY Sabbath - (Exodus 31:13, Eze 20:20). The Sabbath is eternal - (Psa 111:7-8, Isa 66:22-23) While ceremonial laws were nailed to the cross - (Col 2:14, Eph 2:15). They are two different laws that should not be mentioned in the same sentence. If you break the ten commandments then, you have to observe the ceremonial laws for the remission of sin. Now that Jesus has taken away the ceremonial laws, all we have to do is ask for forgiveness in His name whenever we break any of the laws. |
Public servants have a limit on critisizing the government. For someone working under the Presidency, uttering such statements is like critisizing the President face to face while still working in his office. I don't like Buhari or work for the government (not for now) but you won't see me being political on my facebook wall or on twitter (I've not even figured out the need for twitter )Everything has a limit and I think she outstepped her limits, especially concerning Osinbajo and Aisha. That was unnecessary. |
brodalokie:I hope you know the ten commandment also include laws like thou shall not kill, steal, worship other gods? I'm not sure the Apostles will agree with you on that. If you say the second has taken away the first? What then are the laws in the second? Jesus came to confirm the law (ten commandments) not to abolish it. It's the moral law, which you'll agree with me, forms the basis for our civil law today. Jesus Himself clarified that he has not come to do away with the law but to give it a meaning, so I wonder where you get your own from. Jesus and his disciples kept the ten commandments as an example for us to follow. Don't confuse ten commandments with the law of ordinance. |
brodalokie:Which is the first, and which is the second? Ten Commandment is not an ordinance, it's an eternal law of God. Law of ordinance is different from the Ten Commandment. Don't mistake the two. |
brodalokie:Jesus raising the dead on sunday (if there is any instance of that event in the bible) doesn't mean the day of worship is sunday. I don't know what you're talking about but Jesus never ever observed sunday. It was always the sabbath (which is saturday). The Pharisees rebuked Jesus for performing a miracle on the sabbath (not raising the dead) because to them, even doing good on the sabbath amounts to breaking the law. Christians should be those who live their lives like Jesus. Keeping the sabbath like he did while he walked the earth should be what a christian should emulate. |
Roger3D:You'll do well by quoting the section of our law that says so. |
brodalokie:When they do (there is an instance of such in the books of Acts), it's not for church service. |
@brodalokie Of course, I'm a sabbatarian |
brodalokie:This is funny. The first beast (sea beast) is not the Devil himself. Revelation 13:2 told us the dragon (devil) gave his power and his seat and authority to him. The first beast is not Satan, it refers to a kingdom/church (I won't mention name). The second beast that comes out of the earth is simply America. It is metaphor that when exposed to you, you may hang yourself for being a fool. However, the Bible specifically said the people who will not be having the mark has been predestinated (salvation is not for everybody)There's no metaphor. The early Christians knows exactly who the first beast is. You don't believe it's not only 144000 people that will not have the mark? Read Revelation 7:9. Can you see that multitudes which no one can count? They came out of the great tribulation (Rev. 7:14). You know the great tribulation is yet to come right? The time is not yet here and no one has the mark already. Salvation is for everyone who heed the Angel's message in Rev. 14:6. The image of the beast is a church-state union. The first beast was a church-state power and with Donald Trump as president today, we are seeing a uniting of church and state like never before in America. There are serious moves to enact Sunday law globally. This law is against the commandment of God that says we should remember to keep the Sabbath (Saturday) as a day of rest. It's left for you to chose who to obey, God or the beast. You disobey God, you have the mark already. That's why those that didn't have the mark are keeping God's commandment and the faith of Jesus. It's about obedience to God's law. The Sabbath singles out people who are truly following the Almighty God. |
The same people who are mobidly wary of the establishment of State Police, have disguised State Police in the form of Hisba. |
brodalokie:The mark is a law that goes against one of the commandment of God, and it's not in effect yet, so no one has the mark yet. The mark is not freewill (knowledge of good and evil). Everybody has freewill from Adam. |
brodalokie:Yes, I don't think anyone has the mark yet, but when the time comes to decide who to obey, The Creator, or the beast, almost everyone will obey human law (Revelation 14:12 already told us that those who won't receive the mark are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus). Virtually most christians have been deceived that some parts of God's commandment have been abolished (this has been a controversy since the second century AD). Don't mind those who think they're wise (I can see someone has already quoted you). The Book of Daniel and Revelation are warnings for those who are wise and able to decode the message. They even contain important times lines and events, all are proven to be accurate. We are in the very last days. |
brodalokie Great analysis. But trade is just a means to an end, and not the end itself. They're going to employ it to enforce compliance. Even the mark of the beast itself is something that would be acceptable to most people. Make no mistake, the world has already been deceived to receive the mark. The mark is not something new. |
worksmart:Then it's safe to say IPOB members are merchants, not terrorists. Can you see how warped your logic is? People who are murdering people in Benue are either criminals or terrorists. They are not herdsmen. The moment herdsmen left their business to kill and maim their host community, they became terrorists. It's good you said those killing in Benue are either criminals of terrorists (I say they are both) and they are herdsmen. Miyetti Allah, the umbrella body of herdsmen already owned up to the killings. Preach your herdsmen are not terrorists nonsense to your fellow illiterate zombies |
worksmart:Now substitute IPOB with Fulani herdsmen in the original post and give us a reason why Buhari has not deemed it fit to pronounce killer herdsmen terrorists. Oniranu! |
